The staff was very welcoming and professional. I went for an eye exam and I believe I was in and out of there in 20 minutes. Very satisfied with my visit! Can’t wait to come pick up my new glasses! Thanks for all your help guys! Keep up the great work!

Lovely facility, wonderful products, friendly staff. Dr. was professional and efficient. However the time it took to wait for lenses to be fit to the frames was long, about an hour, and a week waiting for the lenses to arrive. I also could not see for that hour as they were replacing my lenses. After that they don’t fit the glasses to your face and your head, they just hand them to you … to me that’s not excellent service ! I had to request that they clean the nose guards of my existing frames and also the ear tabs they were just gonna put the lenses in and hand them back to me. And the first time I got the frames they never fit them to my head correctly and they left an indentation on my head behind my ears. If they had fitted them to me it never would’ve happened.

The best Optometrist that I have had in the past 40 years! Totally professional and goes far beyond than simply giving you an excellent Rx. He actually gives you a full eye exam! Going into what is physiologically happening to your eye and recommending the proper treatment.

After bringing my mom down to live with is from Illinois-had to make my mother an appointment. Not knowing where to take her (she has alzheimers) I turned to google. Follow up with the office for patient paperwork was immediate.Upon entering the facility, it was clean, extremely organized and full of a wonderful team.What a wonderful experience we had. Not only have we found moms new eye doctor- Ive now found mine too!Great, knowledgeable staff. Caring and considerate. Absolutely Top notch!

The whole experience i had with Dr. Goldbergs office was very pleasant. From the time I arrived and was greeted promptly. The receptionist was very proffesional and friendly. The eye exam room was very clean and modern. Dr. Goldberg was very knowledgeable and explained the process very well and answered all my questions in a way that I understood. I would definitely recommend Dr. Goldberg and his staff.

Wait time was less than 3 minutes. Dr Michael Goldberg (he prefers Michael) was personable, knowledgeable, and completely honest.And the gals at the front were friendly and helpful as well.

I came in for contact not knowing if they would work or not paid $200 called into the office and told them they were not going to work after five days never was I told that if they didn’t work that I wouldn’t get any of my money back so o go back to the office a week later to tell them they didn’t work again I was never told I wouldn’t get any credit back I told them I had my own frames that I would like to just get some type of credit to put new lens in them I was not asking for a full refund just some type of a credit but No not a dime back just a No have a nice day what type of service is that so we will never do busy with this place again very very poor service how you treat your customers

The entire staff at Dr. Goldbergs office was wonderful. They were so patient and gracious. It was nice to see that measures were taken to protect clients from the Covid 19 virus. It is sometimes very difficult to have a conversation with a physician, however Dr. Goldberg did not rush through my examination and took his time to listen to my concerns and patiently answered my questions. I was telling some friends about my experience and they enquired who the doctor was. I told them Dr. Michael Goldberg. They told me that they have been a patient of his for 18 years and will never see anyone else. I wish I could give them 10 stars but unfortunately there is only five.

Dr Goldberg always explains everything hes doing. He takes his time but still manages to have quick, excellent service. I highly recommend him.

I did not appreciate being told that I “ must” fill out out a new patient profile befor my visit. First, nothing I my profile had changed, so why fill out exactly the same information again?Your on-line form was not user friendly. I could not even get the questioner to orientate horizontally.I like Dr. Goldberg, but your administrative requirements only serve your perceived needs. You could have requested that your patients simply update their profiles, if necessary.JON DERIDDER

I actually had a very pleasant experience all around. The receptionists were kind, the Doctor was great and quick too. Everything was smooth.. didn’t take long. Paperwork handled online. It was a great experience.

All staff very professional and still practicing safe distancing and use of masks by all.Lense Crafter sales people not pushy. I felt that I had all the time in the world to pick the frames that I liked. I was told I got a great deal on the best polycarbonate lenses available based on my insurance.Cant wait to get my new glasses. Older pair is too strong in lenses and new frames are way cuter.

It has been so long since my husband and have had this kind of service. This office and staff were professional and personable. What a wonderful way to run business. Everything was fine up until I found that all my discounts werent applied to my glasses. I had an additional $50 discount that should have been added to the cost but I was told all was included. Actually they had to put in a code to have the discount applied. Other than that it would have been a 5 star visit.

I have always used LensCrafters in the past so I was pleased with the Florida office.

Fed up with the all the additional premium charges at this office. This office finds ways to overcharge for routine eye visits. Ive been a patient here for 6 years but will not be returning.

The office was clean and open. The staff was friendly and professional. I was seen quickly by the doctor and was able to get what I needed.

Got an appointment for myself and spouse the next day and one for my kids four days later. Was an easy process, on time and did what needed done.

There is a reason I have been with Dr. Goldberg for so many years. He not only has an amazing set of high tech gear, he takes the time to answer every single question thoroughly, no matter how esoteric. Hes a fantastic doctor and one of my favorite members of my carefully cultivated healthcare team.

My husband had an appointment today. We filled out the paperwork online and when he went they asked him to fill out the paperwork again. He then went up to the person at the front desk and let the lady know that we filled out the paperwork online. She was rude and very unprofessional. She told my husband Well the paperwork is not in the system so you need to fill it out. I was on the phone hearing the whole conversation and someone like that doesnt belong in customer service. I then called her and told her that her behavior was unacceptable and she said that she wasnt rude. I told her if you went to a doctors office and you were treated or spoken to the same way you spoke to my husband...would you be happy. Her response says it all... She said Well I had three patients, I am the only one in the office and the paperwork was not in the system.. To which I said, thats no excuse for the attitude you had towards him. It happened today 5/7/21 & I believe the reps name was Meghan. I told her to cancel all my appointments and remove my information from the system. Her response was Ok have a good day. I strongly recommend that you go somewhere else where they know how to treat patients as what they are, the people that keep the office running. I feel bad for the doctor for having people like that working in his office. There are plenty of people needing a job so if you are as rude as this lady...please look for a different job thats not customer service related.

I saw Dr Nuget for my exam which went well. The representative assisting with purchasing glasses practiced social distancing and asked everyone to wear mask. In addition practiced performed excellent customer service with people that did not want to comply.

Gail and Dr Farmer were very nice and made our experience really good! I would definitely recommend this location to everyone. My husband’s appointment was for 5:30 and mine for 6. We were out doing some Christmas shopping before hand so we were almost an hour early to the appointment. The were able to get us right in and by the time we picked our or frames with lens crafters it was just after 6. Very fast service!

Was to see Dr. Goldberg, but saw an associate. Staff let in walk ins before those of us with appointments. They were very pleasant though running way behind. The doctor I saw was friendly and explained things very well. She told me I need cataract surg. so Ill have to come back after that for corrected Rx for glasses.

Would have given you an A+, but I had to go back to ask for a contact starter kit. Maybe you dont normally give those out with sample contact lenses. If not, my bad for the missing star! Dr. Farmer was great! Thank you all for the quick and informative exam and service!
