I love BJS Wholesale Club. The store is well laid out and was easy to navigate. They had plenty of the motorized scooters available and they were all completely charged. The store personnel were very friendly and helpful. I go there because they have the Duracell batterys in all configurations. The other big box stores carry another brand.....I prefer the Duracell because they just last longer. Hurricane season will arrive shortly. Dont wait. Start your preparations now.

I went by the BJs on US1 in PSL and had an awesome experience. After shopping, I went to the gas station , realized that the air machine is no longer there. I drove over to the tire section at the west end of the store to ask about the machine and if it would be possible to check the tire pressure on my tire. A young man name Ethan came out to assist. Wow What an Absolute Blessing. He showed me how tho check what the pressures should be as well as tire size which is located on inside the drivers side door. He went on to check all 4 tires and put the air as needed in each. Wow What a Trie Blessing and an asset Ethan is to your organization. A Fine young man with a Great Heart and Spirit gif helping others. You are an Inspiration Ethan. I Pray the World transform in many many more caring individuals like Ethan. Wish BJs Wholesale Club would open up a location in the Tradition area of Port St Lucie. That huge lot available off Gatlin/I-95 next to Home Depot would be a perfect location. Im a Sams Club member since they opened. But would prefer a BJs in Western St Lucie County. The store would do great based on the thousands of new homes being built and the higher end demographics. Would do higher volume the Jensen Beach BJs. Over 16,000 new homes in high end communities being built in the Tradition area of western Port St Lucie alone!

I had a 1230 pm Saturday appointment. Car FINALLY entered bay at 1:20 pm. Only 2 men working. I quickly realized ONE of the reasons for the delay. The tire men also fill propane tanks and immediately stop their tire work to fill propane tanks for customers. What happened to first come first served? The phone in tire section RARELY gets answered and theres no bell to ring when customers enter cashier area. This department needs a thorough evaluation and more people need to be hired. VERY POOR SERVICE. Hire more people IMMEDIATELY.

Though BJ’s Wholesale Club is a great place to be a member dont even think about being an employee. From personal experience there is little communication and to boot you are lumped in to a group of people that did not follow policy for renewal memberships in order to earn unqualified commissions and tabbed me as one of those and without any notice the company dissolved the sales channel stating we all cheated. Well I did not. I was only on board for 4 and a half months. In that time my hiring manager told me about one month after I came on board that he was retiring. He said I would have another manager but I had to wait for my new manager to contact me. Also I asked for business cards but my regional manager kept forgetting to order them. I had to but a stamp and stamp my information in a leave behind booklet. Looked very unprofessional. Back to the situation of losing my job. I found the number of the VP of HR and told him that I was very disappointed in the way I was treated. He said he would get back to me. He did and told me I am reinstated as a candidate to be interviewed for a new B2B position. He told the people interviewing to contact me. They did and I was scheduled to interview with two management people sho would make a decision to go to the second interview. Well on the initial interview the second management guy Bryant was on the zoom call for three minutes. I said hello ge never acknowledged me and he left the zoom interview telling Jeff he had an emergency. Jeff interviewed me and said he will get back with me for the second interview. He apologized thatBryant had to leave and Jeff told me I would have the opportunity to meet and talk to Bryant on the second interview. During the interview with Jeff he told me if I was not tenacious in getting to HRhe would have never known I existed. Who says that in an interview? Very condescending for sure. Well I waited three weeks but had no contact. I finally called and sent emails asking when is second interview. Jeff responded about two weeks later stating they are still finalizing the candidates and would get back to me. No contact. I had to chase and finally got an email from jeff stating they hired someone. Yet I did not get that second interview as promised. Jeff said he thought HR called me or contacted me. They did not. So I called Mark the VP of HR and he was apologetic stating I should not have been treated that way. As if this review it’s been two weeks and no response again. They just went through the motions to appease me. I might go to the EEOC fir u fair treatment. Don’t seek employment at BJ’s. You will only be disappointed

Coupon policy has gotten confusing, they frequently change where items are located. Carts dont work well. Great prices on organics. Generally good value for price on most items. Curbside is fast. Online ordering has been very successful. Really nice employees, very clean.

I rarely write reviews but this was one of my more uncomfortable experiences in a store since COVID. Im a regular BJs customer and I dont know about going back to this store at this time. Some staff members with masks totally hanging off, some not worn covering mouth and nose. (Even what I presume to be a manager, blue shirt, totally without a mask; although not interacting with customers, speaking with an employee.)Plus a number of customers not wearing masks properly and some not at all; not addressed by the staff.Lines not moving well at register and also backed up for the receipt checker; that person seemed preoccupied with phone. Fortunately it wasnt crowded as this is the only thing that could have made it worse.If youre concerned about potential exposure to COVID, you may need to thinks twice about going here.

Just want to say, fed up with this store. I have been a member for over 10 years. The past year has been extremely frustrating getting and finding items (and no it is not because of the Pandemic because it was an issue before the pandemic) at this location. Every time you walk in, the items you are looking for have been moved to different shelves or location or they no longer carry. Fortunately, my membership expires in a few days and I will be reluctantly signing up for a Sams membership.

This is more an issue with management than with the staff that actually keep the store running. GM forces injured and pregnant employees to lift push and pull in excess of the stated job requirements. My fiancee is currently pregnant and just injured herself again as they forced her to do heavy lifting by herself with no help. This is only 2 weeks after an on the job injury where a 55inch tv fell off a pallet and onto her leg preventing her from working. Another employee was pinned to machinery by a forklift and the driver left him there while he loaded his forklift, manager gave him no chance for workmans comp and made the poor guy work through it, bet you anything osha never heard about it went though its required to report forklift relate incidents. Half the staff at this store has already quit over how Mark is running it, store was fine and we actually shopped there while Jeff was running the show. Corporate offices never answer the phones and it seems a lawyer is going to be needed for anything to get done.TL;DR GM is violating the EEOC and OSHA regulations, and the corporate office just doesnt care.

We I had an opportunity to use a family members card to try the store out. Wow! Very subpar. I had to get a cart after we walked inside. I had to walk outside to go get a cart. After walking it inside unsanitized. An associate pulls me to the side and offers to wipe my cart down. I explained what is the point after I already grabbed it to bring inside to bring to you into the air conditioning building. He had a very lame excuse. anyways the place is very gross and dirty and I will never shop here ever again not that I have ever did anyways. SORRY SAMS. IM COMING BACK!

The meat department is as good if not better than Costco!! Excellent experience and it seems like prices are lower and the lines are shorter but I have only been here a couple of times. I think I may completely drop Costco and start coming here. Keep up the great atmosphere here :)

We have been using BJs travel for years. We decided to book a tour through BJs Travel for the first time. When we arrived at our destination the carrier DID NOT HAVE A CLUE about the booking. We paid over $250.00 for this tour. As a result we booked the tour with the carrier.After coming back home we contacted BJs Travel concerning this issue. BJs refused to refund our money and put us on the runaround. We will NEVER use BJs Travel again. Consumers be aware, big name, but scary service. We will never renew our membership with this company again. If BJs dont care about their customers there is NO Way we will continue doing business with them.

I will never buy a fruit or vegetable that is not bagged in this store.. Today in the middle of a social distancing order a lady not only pushed past me to get to the fruit, she opened every berry container and touched the berrys inside only to put them back after .. I saw her do this to 4 rasperrys and 3 BlackBerry.. At that point I could not stand to see it any more and I walked away looking for a store employee.. Could not find any one until check out. No clue how many people this person could of potentially infected if they are carrying the virus or sick. And even if they are not that is still just unsanitary and nasty!

Some things I do buy cheaper at other places but for the most part I save much more shopping here than just grocery stores alone. The price of bulk meats are unmatchable when you buy the entire cut and have it custom cut. Very friendly staff and always helpful when I went. I have a large family and you save the price of membership when you buy there for one party/occasion. The gas prices also alone save you enough to more than triple your investment in membership. The meat department in this town is not as accommodating as other BJs I have dealt with in the past. They will not package in separated packs for me and this is a real chore when you want to buy as much as I like to all at once. Returns are hassle free. I wish they opened earlier and/or stayed open later. Overall an excellent place to shop and save. Usually if you find it cheaper somewhere else it is cheaper and you get what you pay for. Definitely convenient.

I used to belong to Sams Club. I wouldnt never give up my BJs Wholesale Club membership after being here for one year. They have way more organic products and healthy products. Meat is superb.. prices on products actually cheaper than Sams I find. They even let me put a friend of mine on my second member on my card instead of my husband which is very nice of them and means a lot to a friend who couldnt afford a membership either way

If I could rate them is zero I would. I ordered coffee, plastic cutlery online recently. My order arrived completely damaged coffee spilled everywhere inside the box. The cutlery was sticking up out of the box and opened. I tried to get my order fixed with customer service but was not able to do so. Customer service is nonexistent with this store. They expected me to drive a half hour away to return it in the store even though I ordered it online if I wanted my money back. Way to go BJ’s. I will not be renewing my membership

Pros: Very clean, with helpful and friendly employees. Always 4 or 5 electric carts available, and handiwipes too. No problem at all bringing my ESA inside. Lots of gluten free items! 😊Great selection of cheeses, meats, and seafood. Terrific value on Perdue rotisserie chickens. Low priced gasoline. Cons: Produce quality is not great. Restrooms REEK of so much air freshener chemical that we cant use them. Prices ok on most items, but not great. Parking lot very dark...needs more lighting or existing lighting needs to be repaired.

I can only give one rating and the 5 stars goes to Shannon (Manager), Oscar and Mike (Tire Dept). I purchased a set of tires awhile back for my Prius and on a trip to my mechanics, he noticed one of the tires were a different size and said this tire has to come off immediately. I spent the next few days looking in all my files to find the receipt....to no avail. These three individuals took time and care with me to go through 2 yrs. of their receipts to find mine. It didnt help that it was in my previous last name which took longer. Everyone was very helpful and Shannon went out of her way to refund 100% of the 2 front tires that they replaced. I had to pay the balance as the brand of tire I had, no longer made that kind to match my other two. For a tech to miss this mistake I wouldve given a 1 star. As a customer, its not my job to Quality Control my tires before I leave the shop. Thank you again Shannon, Oscar and Mike for all your help today!

I just purchased a membership at Sams Club because I immensely dislike the way the workers at the door pick and choose whose receipts to scrutinize. I get they are doing their job but Im just tired of BJs making assumptions about people. I dont like to cause problems so I stay quiet but the last time I was there I literally snatched my receipt from the girl at the door because she was taking so long.....she looks at me l, looks at my cart then back at me. I just spent $242.57 for u to look at my like a criminal. No problem Ill take my business else where and Im sure BJs knows what they can do for me. 😡😠

Love this place, they allow manufacturers coupons so you can double up on their BJs coupons that change every month. Even on the weekends you don’t wait long. Best time to go is a Tuesday morning, your in and out.

Love the store. They can definatly step it up in the deli dept. After working all day and stop in there for a few things, deli always busy. Girls talk to much personal and are chatty while slicing which slows them way down. I look around and can see people getting impatient also. When men in there it is much quicker and efficient.

This is one of the worse stores I have ever been in. Just got membership today and canceled it while I was leaving. The customer service is absolutely horrible. The employees are very rude and could careless. The meat department is gross and very small selection. Prices are good on 1 of 100 items. I honestly do not know how they are in business. They dont know their own policies and make up there own rules. I would never recommend this company to anybody.

Stood in the tire center for 5 to 7 minutes no one around nobody ever came out to see me so I left because I had groceries in the car that need to be refrigerated, call them on the phoneAnd it rang then I was put on a recorded hold for 2 and a 1/2 minutes at which point the phone began to ring for 2 More minutes without being answer. When I laughed one of the guys putting tires on a new BMW backed out in front of me so there had to have been somebody there? Not sure why I have this super secret ultra top tier membership if I cant even get a simple question answered about a tire I hope they have all the tire business they need because they certainly wont be getting mine. In fact I will be making a special trip to see the manager next time Im in the store to find out exactly why I have to go by my tires at Walmart

I had a horrible experience today in this place.I went over there today with my service dog (he it is my emotional support dog) and the manager was so rude. If you have a service dog don’t go over there because they are not going to let you go inside the store with your dog. No words they way they treated me today unfortunately now I hate this place.

I opened an acc. With bjs last year (2017). So far, I have had to check my self out (with a full cart), due to lack of staff at check out. I have several issues with deli that I let slide but this one I’m not going to let slide. Anyway, I went to order my meats as usual but when it came time to order my cheese, I ordered my usual land-o-lakes white American. The deli man told me to go to the freezer and get it there and that it was pre-sliced. So, I went over to look even though I knew that I like my cheese sliced thinner u figured maybe it would’ve been sliced a bit thinner?. Wrong! So, I walked back over and stated that I like mine thinner, he said okay and proceeded to slice. When finished, he hands me land-o-lakes orange/yellow cheese. I told him I asked for white, he replied; well you were looking at the yellow!? Really?? How could he even know what I was looking at unless he was studying me ( extremely creepy) and, argumentative, unprofessional. I’m making my complaint against him because this man does not deserve to be in customer service! And, let’s not forget I had asked him for land-o-lakes white American and he proceeded to argue that I was looking at the yellow American. Every time I visit that store in port st Lucie, there is an issue of some sort. The customer service staff needs to realize that without the customer, there is no need for staff!!

Customers take forever at the Cold Cut Counter. I dont even use it anymore. You can order by computer at Publix, then pick it up at appropriate time. But when I need 500 pickles in a jar...BJs.

The management team can care less! On 12/24/16 I had pre-order a cake for my sons birthday. I went to the store to pickup and when I got there it was 1 minute to 6pm, there was a lady on the door not letting anyone in anymore staying they were closing early for holidays hours. I kindly explained that the next day was Christmas everyone was going to be close and all I needed was to pickup my sons birthday cake..in and out not shopping..she called the manager on duty a lady, white, mid 30ths, she come walking towards the door with an attitude face...when she approached me 6:01pm she saids: yes? I explained the cake situation again and she told me..well sorry for you but you are not coming in..nothing I can do, we just closed.. I again was asking and asking please is my sons birthday I cant do nothing at this time.. she again very rude told the lady close this door and with a sarcastic tone told me merry Christmas and walked away from me. I went home and decorated a fake box, covered with icing for my son and still celebrated his birthday..but I will never forget how cold and discussing that lady was..she still works there because unfortunately I shop there and see her almost every time. If the GM reads my message just go ahead and verify the cameras and you will see this is true and accurate statement.

I have a Sams Club card and a BJs card, but do 75% of my shopping at BJs mainly because they are customer friendly, and shopping there is always a pleasurable experience. HOWEVER, several days ago I bought a BJs brand twin pack of light blue liquid hand soap (cleaner). When I poured the liquid from the BJs bottle into my soap dispenser I was surprised to see that it poured out with the consistency of water. When using the dispenser, I needed to put four to five times as much as the name brands to almost get the same lather effect. Its true what they say You get what you pay for. This is the last time Ill buy that product. PLEASE NOTE: I have fared much better with other BJs labeled products.

Save money by buying bulk. Use their coupon book to save even more, double coupon with manufacturer coupon. Saved $100 off a $350 bill today and my freezer, refrigerator and pantry is full. Fill your propane for $12 and they fill it to 20lbs, not 15 like the exchange places.
