Misdiagnosed more times than I can count. Most recently, had a headache for 2 days, chills, 99.8 temp, muscle weakness, throat sore, congestion, body aches , diarrhea. I was diagnosed with acute respiratory infection. Which I did not have. I was prescribed Cefdinir, and xyzal. Neither of which would help my symptoms. Also received a tramadol shot for my headache. No labs were taken, only the flu and Covid tests. Both negative. Paid for meds that I didn’t need, feel worse today. Going my primary doctor

WARNING: While the physicians seem knowledgeable, the office staff is rude and condescending. When asked a private pay cost, I was told its $125 for the visit. NO other costs were mentioned during the entire exam, nor afterwards. However, 2 weeks later, I received a bill for shots given during the appointment. I was never told the shots would cost extra. Apparently its all in the fine print that youre required to sign in the mound of paperwork youre given while signing in. I asked up front before I ever signed in what the cost was for private pay.. It was not mentioned, nor disclosed. So, fair warning, carefully read everything you sign, and dont go by the false information they tell you by mouth. When the bill was questioned, the billing office was rude and condescending. The doctors may be great, but its an extremely poorly run business. Theres more to patient care than just the medication.. and on that mark, they fail miserably.

(12-21-20) A secretary or nurse up front with dyed red hair was VERY rude, used an awful tone of voice and held her face in her hands when a patient was explaining their insurance situation, the patient even apologized and in a sarcastic tone the girl said “no it’s fine.” I asked her if I needed to sign in when I was returning the iPad with my grandfathers information and she said “no, nobody has been signed in yet!” I wasn’t even sure what that meant or had to do with me but fair enough. She also started yelling at a lady who wasn’t able to pay the copay for her covid test, until an older lady came and handled the situation. She had to call in another girl to help her with patients that were coming in about once every 5 minutes. I’m not sure how long it takes to get someone signed in, but it definitely did not warrant the attitude she gave us. I wish I had asked her name so I could report her directly. I work in fast food and I have NEVER experienced someone as rude to people coming into their place of work.

When I took a friend from work to be tested for covid, the nurse with the braids was so rude to he and I. She had asked me the same information I had already given her over the phone while we was waiting in the parking lot for them to come get us and take us through the side door. His information had been given 3 times. Once to the young lady in the front and then to the nurse in the back I speak of. My friend has special needs and the way she made me feel was as if she was disgusted by him. He spoke to her several times and instead if speaking back, she ignored him. I had gave all the information that I had a available. It was all basic information, insurance info and medication list. That particular nurse however continued to ask questions that she had all the information to. When I told her I did not know his information by herat and reminded her of the records I just handed her has everything she needs on it, she accused me if being hateful and got another nurse to finish. She was already Ting as if she was having a bad day and maybe she was, but that was a very unprofessional attitude. She seemed more concerned about what was going on in the other room, rather than what she was supposed to be doing. We had already been waiting for 3 hours in the parking lot before being called and waited an additional hour after finally being put in a room to be tested and an additional 29 mins for discharge. It was as if they forgot we was in there.... This was truly an awful experience an my friend was pretty upset by being ignored, especially when he was the patient but it was as tho no one wanted to hear what he had to say and when I would direct them to ask him, they treated him as if he couldnt answer for himself but I assured them that he can.... It was just sad and a bit disturbing.... Ive only dealt with 1 extremely rude NP and she was the older lady with the dark hair. She was traumatizing to me and thats why I was Leary if if tak him out there because of her, when I seen she wasnt there then I thought well ok, he wont have someone being rough and hateful with him... Well instead he got rude, ignoring and the act of disgust throwed at him instead.

A humbling experience. A year ago I was completely disgusted with this urgent care, but my experience on Friday evening help me to realize that you never know at any give moment when you might need the one that you feel once let you down. Thanks to Dr. Naden and his staff for taking wonderful care of the same child that I tried to take there last year. I will use this clinic again if needed.

My entire family uses Urgent Care. Normally can get into a private room quickly. The testing, nurses assessment, Dr.s exam all take place in a private room. This we appreciate, since we dont want to pick up additional germs. Always feel we are getting excellent treatment & expert advice Like have a RX on site, so RX can begin immediately. Also the facilities, are cean and bright.

Very efficient urgent care. Weve been here 4-5 times in the past few years and always come away feeling like we got excellent medical care. Yes, sometimes theres a wait but the tradeoff for a convenient location and great staff is worth it. Well definitely go back as needed and I frequently recommend this place to others (who have also been pleased with their treatments).

3 hours total for my visit. Sat in room after meeting with dr for over 1 1/2 hours. Dr finally comes in. I said, “I was getting worried.” He kind of chuckled and I said, “ I was about to leave.” He said, “Well you have choices!”. I said well it’s a little ridiculous that I have been sitting in here for over 1 1/2 hours. He said, “Well next time you come in, we will be sure to work a miracle for you!”.There won’t be a next time. Plus he smelled like cigarette smoke. I can see if they were covered up. I don’t mind waiting and I never ever complain. But this was uncalled for.

I am very impressed with the staff and doctors at Urgent Care Northwest in Jasper, AL. I was a very difficult person to deal with during my very reasonably timed visit because of my severe pain, but this never affected how I was treated by this wonderful staff. I received more answers/possibilities here than I have gotten the past two years. Not to mention, they proactively treated an issue that I wasnt even really concerned with at the time of my visit, realizing it was attributing to my pain. These amazing nurses were so observant, and could tell they genuinely cared about me. The doctor was great also, spending valuable time to actually listen to ME!! I cannot express how wonderful this clinic was to me and my complete overall well-being. You guys rock!!!

Website States that clinic closes at 8pm,I call at 7:27 to let them know I was on my way , arrived at , 7:37, only to find doors locked; needless to say, the urgent Care, we care clinic, appeared to have no regards for my 12 month old grandbaby with a 102.7 temp, that was diagnosed with bronchitis by another clinic.Thank God for those that will go the last mile to help, rather than the doctor that order for the doors to be locked and the faculty that knows a need is on the way. What if , before the last nail was driven, or piercing was pierced , the Messiah came off the cross and walked away. Glad to know that there are some that still put others needs before theirs, thats when you know, you have a calling, not just a contract!

I had went there, for some medication called Tramadol. I was in pain due to my right kidney being full of kidney stones. This among about 5 other issues I have. Nerve and neck pain, lower back and left of my back. Nerve pain my down my left arm down through my left leg. Just those couple of issues I take Tramadol and another pain med. lyrica and gabepentin. I had even brought my own medicine bottles. My own doctor wasnt available that day. For the record Ive been taking tramadol since 2011 and just recently started about two years ago some of my other pain meds. But to get to the point I felt discriminated against because of the pain I have. The nurse practitioner there said I could come off Tramadol, yea if you have been taking it for a short period of time. But if you have been on it for a long period of time and you try to come off, there are dangerous side effects. Look it up. So she was wrong there. The whole time Ive been taking Tramadol I always watched and took them in a tray cause of my pain. But my kidney has been giving me trouble and Im really tired of it. So I took a little more. And it got me in trouble.Ive have had to reschedule 2 times because of no gas or something drastic happen at my house. I was made to feel like I was someone bad, the way they talked down to me. I think they always assume anyone thats taking pain meds is automatically a bad person and prejudged, thats how I felt. Oh well they got paid so they aint worried and it aint them. Oh yea I was warned to not go to too many doctors or whatever, or I could loose my primary care, that Ive been seeing for almost four years. I dont think they believed me about my kidney. Btw both my kidneys produce stones.
