Dr. John is one of the best doctors Ive ever had, taking time to talk with you every visit. His staff and remaining doctors and nurses are the same, providing quality care.

My husband & I have used Dr Katherine Bivonia for the past 5+ years. Obviously we have been very pleased with the treatment we receive there. The Staff has always been very nice and helpful, we have never experienced anyone being rude to either of us. If necessary that we see an NP, theyve always been exceptionally good. Dr Katherine is a great Dr.

Dr John is great doctor and his staff is very nice .Ive been a patient of his ever since he started there. I havent any complaints about him or his staff.

Very rude and nasty employees! One there ladys at the appointment desk just as we told her we trying to see about getting this MRI done to find out what kind cancer my husband might have she was rude and hung up on us and we was talking to her nicely. Says she cant do nothing for us due to they discharged him from program. The worst place you can go to for help!

I was a patient of Dr. Johns and had the worst experience possible dealing with him and his nurse practitioner Jane Eggenberger. I hardly ever saw Dr. John, 99% of the time I delt with his nurse practitioner who treated me worse than a war criminal. She is extremely unprofessional and uneducated in her field, I could have gotten better medical treatment at the humane society. If you question any of their medication recommendations expect to see a letter dismissing you from the practice. If you value your healthcare I strongly advise staying as far away as you can from these idiots. Terrible office and worse staff.

Called to speak to on call doctor or nurse. Angering service operator wanted me to tell her way I needed to speak to the doctor. I didnt feel like I need to tell a answering service operator way I needed a doctor. Looking a new doctor on Monday.

Dr John is a good doctor, very thorough.

I turned in new patient paperwork over three weeks ago, and have yet to hear anything back. Every time I call to ask questions about it, the appointment desk has been rude and has not been able to answer any of them. They have yet to return any of my calls when I leave a message. Very disappointed.
