You all should offer virtual appointments from home, since the doctors are holding virtual appointments from inside the office. Why not make it totally virtual? This would’ve been an excellent not to mention safer approach during the pandemic especially!But other than that, this is an excellent treatment program. The doctors are the best and very supportive and non judgmental. They make you feel as if they actually are genuinely concerned and they are!

The entire staff has been nothing but friendly, kind and compassionate!! They have without doubt been used by God to touch my life and bring healing, health, and happiness!! To all of you I love yall!!

This is the best doctors office I have ever been to all the way from the doctors in the office to everybody Ive ever met on the staff. They dont just prescribe you medicine. They actually care about you and especially my girls at the front desk Maggie and Summer they have helped me in so many ways from making sure my appointments are made around my work schedule to making sure I can get my meds when I need them most. Thanks again to them and Dr.Sims.

There are great and truly seem to care about the patients the doctor was awesome. You know being a recovering addict I got use to the doctors looking down on me but not here there are truly here to help you not judge you. There great here.

Great staff and Drs are wonderful. They take their time with each patient and Ive never been more satisfied with any office or clinic than Fritz. Excellent experience all around. Couldnt ask for a more caring and understanding group of medical professionals.

I Absolutely love the staff Maggie, Summer, Brittany They are so sweet and they care about you they get things done and if you ever run into a problem they go to the extreme to get it fix. I also love Dr.Cowen He is the 2nd BEST Doctor Ive even been to He really cares about you and whats going on in your life They are just Absolutely Wonderful Amazing People @The Jasper Fritz Clinic.. Look, Dr. Cowen and the entire staff of The Fritz Clinic are remarkably at the front line of saving the lives of people with the problem of addiction! I have been with them for a year now and they have helped change my life! I cant thank them enough for what they have done for my recovery! I thank God for them!

The doctor here is an absolute joke. He doesn’t care about your well being or recovery. He’s just there to make money in my honest opinion. I will give credit to the women that work there, they seemed to care and did call me several times but with that said nothing changed after having a terrible reaction to Suboxone. Now I’m having to wait a full month to get a new doctor that’ll hopefully actually care about his patients well being.92 stars only for the staff. 0 for the doctor.
