Unbelievable experience! Appointment was at 7:00 am, took a day off from work for this appointment, arrived at 6:50, checked in at 7:00, receptionist told me I didn’t have an appointment because I was not on her schedule-all while spelling my name incorrectly. Finished the check in process at 7:15, paid my co-pay, just for her to tell me at 7:30 that my therapist has not shown up and they have no idea where she is but they are trying to locate her now. At 7:45, I was asked if I would like to reschedule, now why would I want to reschedule when I took the day off for this appointment. What I am going to do is get me another appointment with a different rehabilitation organization this is definitely unacceptable.

Therapist were very courteous and professional and informative with answer to my questions......thank you
