My Mother in law , Linda Lane was happy here . She said the staff was friendly and very helpful. Unfortunately she moved to a nursing facility on Max Leggett parkway where she passed away in just a few months. I wish she had stayed here where she received the proper medical care . She was only 70 and could walk and talk just fine. I feel if she had stayed at this facility, she would be with us today.

Great experience. I heard bad things about this place from a friend. Boy was he wrong. I was in another facility then transferred here. This staff is so caring. I didnt meet anyone at this facility that wasnt nice and caring. They always took my vitals, made sure I had water. Everyone did their job. I was never ignored. They always took my blood pressure twice to make sure it was accurate came and checked on me all through the night. Very caring staff. Gonna miss this place. The cnas Ms Ruby and Ms Helen was the best.. they went out their way to help anyone. Great staff These people cared. Food was never enough wonder who they thought they were feeding 8 year olds. Staff is great. If I had to go there again I would.

Jacksonville Nursing & Rehab, took very good care of my loved one. Not only was the nursing staff always kind and courteous, they showed respect and were highly skilled. I visited twice a day while my grandmother was there and never had any issues with cleanliness. Staff was always in the halls mopping or buffing the floors. We did have one mechanical issue, her bed was not working properly however maintenance visited the same day and was able to fix the problem in no time. The main reason of her stay was rehabilitation, and the rehab department did just that! They work diligently to ensure my grandmother could preform daily routines once she went home. I would highly recommend them to anyone.On a side note... the food is the same as most hospital and facilities, however I do give them props for being creative on flavors and not having the same thing twice during her stay!Definitely consider if needed!

Had to keep investigating why they were kept letting my wife falling outta the bed but never notified me directly and would give her other people clothes even though I had her name stamped on her personal clothes that I would wash and bring back myself so I brought home same thing with my mother she stayed maybe a week until she looked me straight into my eyes and said get me home transformed the den into a hospital room for her 3 meals a day and cared for her myself had a member to help take care of her i was blessed and she was satisfied. but they kept billing me until i retained me an attorney

I cannot speak highly enough about the care provided at this center! The staff is so attentive, the facility is very clean, and the food is delicious. I would recommend this center to anyone in need of short-term rehab or long-term care!

Fabulous rehab department! Great therapy outcomes with happy patients going home successfully. Convenient Northside location across from Baptist North ER off 295. This 5 star rated facility is Highly recommended for Short Term Rehab!

Was very pleased overall with my experience here. My husband was here for two weeks after major surgery. The facility was clean and the staff was extremely professional, caring and polite. Would recommend this facility anytime.

Jacksonville Nursing & Rehab is a great facility with strong nursing and rehab departments. The facility is welcoming to visitors and contributes to the community in many positive ways.

Great care, loving and compassionate staff, amazing therapy team! I have seen many residents make great gains and return to their prior level of function ultimately returning home. They have physicians in the building 5 days per week.

My uncle was here for about 2 1/2 years and he got very good care , staff was very nice. My only complaint was his clothing was always missing whether it had his name in it or not , otherwise he was well taken care of and even we were treated like family. Thank you for taking such good care of uncle bob. He passed away this morning may 3, 2018.

I am a current employee very happy with the team at Jacksonville Nursing and Rehab. When I leave work each day I know that the care and support that the team provides is increasing the quality of life for all residents.

My experience at this place was awful. Always short staffed, building dirty, strong odors, residents not clean. Upper management very rude and unapproachable. Issues with former DON who could not be trusted to tell the truth about anything. Corporate level employees were very unprofessional and also unapproachable. Would not recommend placing a loved one here nor being employed here. Very shady operations.

JNRC is a great facility. It does work hard to provide a caring place to rehab or receive care people cant get at home. Despite a few disgruntled employees who may have been let go for not following the rules, it is a good facility.

If I could give less than one star I would. This place is horrible. Not enough staff to the number of patients they have here. Nobody seems to care about the patients. Spoke with the manager nothing happened. People who need things not getting them i.e. A walker for a patient who has just had major surgery. Physical therapy is a joke. 30 minutes a day is not enough. DO NOT SEND YOUR FAMILY MEMBERS HERE. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE THATS WORTH WHILE.

Disappointed upon leaving Messages after Messages on voicemails, I am Still Awaiting A Return Call Back, after 100 phone attempts!!!! Unbelievable!!!Ive Also encounter Unpleasant Staff Members At Times!!!

I was abused by a psychotic CNA there, and was forced to room with a nasty, crazy old man who kept his legs over his head and slapped his ass ALL DAY AND ALL NIGHT!!!NOT TO MENTION, I was forced to sleep on a hard mattress that caused me to have bedsores!!!I ended up having to call Adult Protective Services, ACHA, and the A.M.A. on this hell hole!!!Avoid this dump AT ALL COSTS!!!

My mother is there for therapy and rehab. I was there to visit her and there were roaches crawling around, I was told there is a roach problem at the facility. The first week my mom was there she couldn’t move so she had to eat in her room in the bed, the bedding wasn’t changed so she was lying in crumbs. Her feet were dirty because she hadn’t had a shower.I was visiting my mom and was there for 2.5 hours and my moms room mate whose confined sat in a chair for the time I was there, no one checked on her for an hour and when they did they told her they were coming back to put her in her bed. An hour later before I left she was still in the same position and no one came.The weekend staff is lazy and rude and make a lot of noise with no regard for the residence there. I’ve made 3 complaints now further action needs to be taken.

This place likes to miss treat there patients and leave them in there own piss and crap for hours and you ring the button and it takes them hours to get to you then they leave there patients in chairs or wheel chairs for them to fall out of it the staff is to busy laughing and talking to even worrie about there patients that need help ive seen some of there patients sleeping on the floor as soon as you walk threw the front door it smell straight like crap and piss it hits you bad its like the staff gives two craps about there patients and its truly sorry that there is a place like this that treats peoples family members like crap

My mother was in this facility ,she was seriously neglected , starved to death if you care anything at all about your loved one do not put them here ,!!

This the worst place I believe in Florida it is stink and have some if the most uncaring employees ever its sad that you only work for a paycheck its truly a joking to be called a nursing home you can complain all day it falls on deaf hears the place smell like leftover piss and have the most unprofessional crew of people working there.
