I had an ingrown toenail removed. The pain was killing me. I found this facility & decided to walk-in. They don’t normally accept walk-ins, but thankfully, they made an exception.Doc removed my ingrown toenail & once it heals up, I look forward to enjoying a pain-free life.Great service, fast & friendly… but don’t be like me - make an appointment!

The staff wasn’t awful but I spent $175 for a first time visit for my feet pain (I have extremely flat feet).This miraculous visit was anything but eventful. I had to wait a long time to speak with the doctor, and when I did speak with him, it was a less-than-five-minute conversation in which he told me I had flat feet which was causing my pain.It really felt like such a waste spending all that time and money for the doctor to tell me something I already knew.It gets better: he recommended custom orthotics…only $400 - and they don’t work!It HAS NOT helped my pain at all. In fact, it doesn’t even support my foot the way it needs to which you can clearly see when I’m standing on them.My boyfriend said I should make another appointment and see what they could do but why on earth would I want to go back to waste more time and money for zero results of improvement? I’ll pass.I’m sure others have had a great experience here, but I unfortunately do not feel the same.

I called late on a Thursday and they worked me in on Monday. Doctor Reddy was in surgery Friday, so I basically got an appointment the next day.Short wait time. Dr Reddy took good care of my broken toes and sprained ankle.All of his staff is great.

Appointments are taken seriously. Dont be late, or you will need to reschedule. However, by the time you check in for your appointment, Dr. Reddy is right on time. I have been seen for more than one foot issue, and have been very pleased with the diagnosis and treatment. I have also taken my 94 year old mom to see him a few times. He is always very pleasant and helpful. The office staff is courteous and helpful.

Was extremely nervous going into clinic, pain from uncared for ingrown having been nearly intolerable. However the staff, assistant, and doctor all were incredibly calming and made sure every step of the way that everything went perfectly.Surgery had zero pain and has healed quickly.Would definitely suggest office here to anyone needing it!

If youre looking for a place to get a painful ingrown toenail taken care of quickly and almost totally painless I wouldnt reccomend anywhere else but here. First the office facilities are extremely clean and comforting, which for me personally is a must if im getting any kind of body part cut into. The staff is very friendly and helpful with any questions or concerns that are brought up. Dr. Reddy should have a tip jar because I think it would be teeming with tips, he is extremely nice, knowledgeable and gentle! The shot to numb the toe area is the only real pain you feel through the entire process and its no different from getting numbed up for a cavity at the dentist. Some sort of cryo spray is also administered which was super cold but seemed to be necessary! The actual toenail removal for me (both sides of the big toe) took the Doctor about a minute and a half and he wrapped it up and sent me on my way. Came back for a followup and the intention to get my other toe done and he was nice enough to not jump right into it and said if im not in pain and its not infected its not really necessary! So that was a relief, but if I happen to get another badly hurting ingrown toenail I will be making a B line for this establishment, I looked around town at 4 or 5 other places and thankfully for the reviews left here I decided to choose this Doctors office and Im so glad I did! Look no further if youre needing quick relief with quality care for an ingrown toenail!

The receptionist, who answers the phone is patient and friendly and makes you feel like she has known you forever. Crystal, the nurse who helps Dr. Reddy is so friendly and caring. This office is a very terrible place to get foot care. Dr.Reddy care more about my insurance money then actual care of my foot. They had to fire a nurse assistant for being unprofessional. As a Patient you need to be on top of how they bill your insurance company. The office is terrible in handling your issues. In closing stay away from this office. In response to your reply. I stand 100 % behind what I saw in your office in how you cared for me and yes one of your staff was terminated. I will never return to your office for any type of care and I recommend no other do the same. No matter what your reply states, I stand behind what I witness in your office 100%

Service across the board was excellent! I called on a Monday and got an appointment the following day to treat my infected, swollen, ingrown nail on my big toe. I was worried that I would only receive a consult then have to come back for the procedure to remedy the ingrown toenail. I was so very happy when Dr. Brimmer did the consult and procedure that day. He was very informative, explained all that would be done, and aside from 2 tiny pinches when my toe was being numbed, it was totally painless. 24 hours later my toe feels so much better and I have not experienced any pain since leaving the First Coast office. I highly recommend First Coast!

The office is welcoming and ready for the Pandemic. Plenty of room for social distancing. There was on person waiting for his appointment. I was early to fill out new patient paperwork. When they were ready for me, we took XRays of my foot. Then I was moved to a clean and comfortable examination room. My vitals were taken and a history was reviewed. Dr Reddy then came in and he was very welcoming. He explained my heal Speer and clipped my nails. I was very happy the results good. No major problems. I would highly recommend the Practice.

Dr Reddy takes time to explain and show you what’s going on is very professional his staff is professional and make you feel comfortable before your procedure and during it constantly asking are you OK which is very important to me. I would recommend Dr Reddy to anyone that would ask he’s very knowledgeable and very thorough.

I saw Dr Jeff Brimmer last week and he was very amiable, thorough, and certainly doesnt give the rush to get to the next patient, as so many docs seem to do. We even talked a little about Sedona AZ, , he went to school near there, thats where Ihurt my foot hiking..He has a real interest in his patients, and i so appreciate the foot boot he prescribed, since now i can walk!!Marge Tonkovich

There were several aspect of First Coast Foot and Ankle Clinic that I was impressed with. The first thing I liked about First Coast is that a real person answered the phone. It was nice not to have to go through a bunch of steps to make and appointment, and I was able to get an appointment quickly,The second was that there was an x-ray machine in the office which was very convenient and saved time.And lastly, The staff was pleasant and helpful. Dr. Brimmer has a great bed side manner and explained everything to me in a way I could understand.This was a great experience!

Dr. Brimmer is a great doctor. He takes his time with his patients. He truly shows how compassionate he is. Explains why he is doing what he is doing and makes sure that you understand and during the procedure if you are awake, he constantly makes sure that you are okay throughout. In the past two years I have been to the Mayo Clinic and approx. three other podiatrists. Same complaint..... my feet hurt and it’s mostly at the top of the foot. Severe pain at times..... usually daily. All of the past docs gave me a cream that was supposed to reduce the pain and explained I had arthritis. NO HELP!! So finally one of my friends told me to try FIRST COAST FOOT AND ANKLE ! Well, now I have the complete story as to why I have experienced such pain........“ bone spurs, bone on bone at a major section of my upper foot and arthritis.” NOW I UNDERSTAND WHY I HAD PAIN. Dr Reddy is making me a pair of inserts. Plus, he had some supportive shoes in the waiting room and I floated home wearing them. No pain. He is my new hero. I will go to no other !!

Very professional, accommodating and prompt. Never really had to wait too long. I had some scheduling complications due to MRI results and they were happy to work with me through all the changes. All around great experience.

I had work done for a fairly minor problem, which was solved quickly and efficiently. Oddly, the waiting room seems darkish and cluttered with more office and filing cabinets than waiting area, which wasnt that inviting. Part of that was the shoe display of very comfortable and attractive sandals, which surprised me, but made sense for those with foot problems. Once you get back into the patient area, its more spacious, well lit and professional looking. I was fine with the experience, since my problem was solved and would definitely return with another foot problem.

Really great at what they do, I had a ingrown toenail, and that is never fun..never fun.. but atleast all you feel is the needle, which hurts like a mother.. but nothing after that. Most places you do feel things after that.. horrible things.

Took my wife back on time, after the usual check-in process. Xrays done very efficiently, tech was very kind and the podiatrist Dr Brimmer was excellent and had a boot for her ankle fitted in no time. Now shes off crutches and thrilled.

I was referred here by my PCP due a painful bunion and had surgery last Thursday performed by Dr. Brimmer. The surgery went well and Dr. Brimmer was awesome. I had to contact him twice after hours (once because I couldnt get one of the prescriptions filled timely and once after surgery on Sunday due to concerns) and both times, he called back right way. He was very empathetic, attentive and took the time to answer all of my questions before scheduling the surgery, at the hospital and at my post op appointment. I am one week out from the surgery today and walking with the surgical boot with little issue. The office staff were very courteous as well. I highly recommend.

I have been SO pleased with Dr. Brimmer and his staff. I have been to 5 different doctors trying to figure out what is going on with the chronic pain in my toe/foot. He has been the most helpful this far and has spent the most time with me as a patient. I have been to one appointment and already I have not had a flare up! He is working to make sure a solution is found in the long term. So pleased!

Terrible staff! I came in for my appointment at 1:15 yesterday and the staff members were very Kurt and mean. The lady at the front desk acted as if I was bothering her when I asked where the restroom was, letting out a huge sigh when she pointed behind her. After my appointment with the Doctor (which went well, warranting an extra star) I came to the check out desk for my order to PT and the two ladies said is that it? in a very condescending voice. Disappointed, I asked her why she was being so rude and she went on and on about how tired she was and how she wants to go home and how Wednesdays are terrible blah blah blah. Please do a training with your staff on zipping their lips with their whiny complaints in front of patients.

Dr. Brimmer was recommended by my primary physician for a foot issue I had. With their flexible hours , it was easy to get an appointment. I was seen promptly when I arrived and the treatment went well. The staff was friendly and answered all of my questions.

Absolutely rude and disrespectful office manager I drove 2 hours because of good reviews just to see this doctor. The office staff demanded for me to pay $150 dollars up front without even seeing me or conducting an exam. The reason for this was because they dont take blue cross and blue shield HMO but they take PPO which when I called to make the appointment initially I was told they did take.They said they collect half of the payment up front and the rest later I explained to the office staff that I would pay after my visit which they agreed to. This is the most unheard of practice Ive ever heard of. I was then taken to a back room by the office manager and was told that the doctor was with another patient. When I asked why I was called back if the doctor wasnt ready for me the office manager told me that she brought me back there to collect my money before my appointment. This place is a joke they treated me like I was some type of degenerate who could not pay to be seen by the doctor. Even when I take my dog to veterinarian they dont ask for payment before I even see the doctor. As far as the doctors bedside manner I couldnt tell you because he never came in to even see me. They refused to see me before they collected their money. Stay far far away from here!

Took my 16 year old son here for an ingrown toenail. This guy is amazing! He was kind and didnt dummy his conversations but explained every step of the way. The staff was great and the place was pretty clean. My 10 year old is have toenail issues and the first person I thought of was this place. I recommend all my family and friends here.
