Customer service is exceptional!

Nice place and a very friendly staff very clean workout area. The crew was very help and very verse good job set performance. This is a must visit place and safe too.

They seem to have really knowledgeable trainers here. a nice change of pace outside of a standard gym.to locate-turn off beach blvd when you see sun tires, drive past sun tires, then drive past a warehouse. you will see parking straight ahead, turn left for additional parking. the business entrance is located on the opposite side of the building from the additional parking lot area.

My son trained here for the first time I would like say that I was very impressed with the trainers. I was also impressed with the workouts they performed with the athletes.

The best training facility in Jacksonville. This is where elite athletes get started.The staff are professional and friendly. The program is truly amazing.
