Excellent location; sleek & spacious. Love all the room to move around. Not enough benches in the free weights area. The locker area of the womens locker room is beautiful and clean. The toilet/sink area is filthy; littered with toilet paper and water.

Black card membership is worth every penny! I bring a family member almost every visit. The App works well. 24/7 open hours are perfect for my crazy busy life. The staff is mostly very young, but they are all friendly and make sure to greet us when we come and go. Those little hospitality details make a difference. Kudos to management! The place stays very clean. There’s plenty cardio equipment and plenty benches.The area of town is not the best, but you really don’t feel that when your in the gym.I do wish there were a few free weight barbell racks for presses and squats, but there are none. This would be the only negative if you want to get huge. If you’re just wanting to get fit and stronger, they have everything you need.

Beware Planet Fitness is a franchise.There is no numbers to call you can only deal with your home gym so if you have a payment problem you’ll be dealing with ABC financial they are companies that are overseas and very hard to understand my issue is I have tried to cancel I was told my account was canceled and they lied they told me to call ABC financial to stop payments, ABC financial told me they could not stop payments at that point everyone pointed fingers my account would be overdrafted and the best answer I could be it was they would call me back in 3 to 5 business days and today’s Friday.

I like the fact that there are plenty of exercise equipment, with plenty of room to practice social distancing. There are many cleaning station that is always stocked with cleaning supplies. The bathroom and shower areas are very clean! I love the multi screen TV set up. Great facility!!

Great gym itself but if someone has entered a shower please tell your staff NOT to go barging in to a clearly occupied shower even if it is to clean. I had closed the curtain and gone in. I was stunned that someone would do that so I stepped out humiliated. When I pointed it out that I could have been naked he grunted a half response like that didnt mean anything. Jesus Christ please tell your employees to have common sense.

Grateful for the gym and all the workers. Gym is clean and people mind their business. Thats all anyone needs to work out. 👍

Everyday I walk in Daren is standing behind the desk not speaking or sitting down coughing with his mask on his chin coughing into his hand. Anytime my friend has asked for help he always directs us to someone else or acts as if he can’t here us and ignores us until someone realizes we are there.

The new staff is great. The gym has a lot of equipment, and (especially during early morning hours) isnt too crowded, so you can usually take whatever equipment you want without waiting.

Stand up tanning beds were the dirtiest thing Ive ever seen. Flakes of skin and hair was everywhere. Manager made it better by going in and cleaning it when I refused to tan and told them about it.

The staff are super incredibly friendly and accommodating made me feel so comfortable. The gym is clean and all machines are well maintained

Brand new, huge, beautiful, and comfy. I got the black card membership, and glad I did. The hydro massage chairs and bed r awesome. The staff r fun and professional, not to mention very attentive. It wasnt over crowded on a Sunday. I enjoyed my work out and the space I had to work out in. The bathroom have private showers, which is really nice. There r plenty of lockers and the whole complex and bathrooms were very clean. All and all I have a membership, so of course Im goin back. GM was very helpful when searching for a fitness center that met my needs. I love all the amenities that the Blackcard allows you to enjoy. I moved to Naples Italy, I wish they were here.

Awesome and Friendly Staff and Random People and even Trainers actually help you operate on the Equipment the right way for results but Im sure you would have to pay for full-on Trainers, anyway lots of equipment, clean, Good Staff. Wish I could tell more but.... see you guys there.

Staff are professional, wait times for black card related items like massage chairs and hydro beds are small or none existent. Facility is kept clean, lots of machines to use. No faulty equipment the year Ive been going.

Great late night/early morning staff and the gym is always super clean! Many people don’t wear masks when walking around which is kinda frustrating, but the staff does the best they can to make sure everyone is safe. The equipment is really up-to-date and in good working condition, so that’s also a plus.

I love the fact that everyone that comes in to workout respectfully disinfects the equipment/ machine after theyre done using it however the staff could fix the paper towel dispenser in the mens room. Its the left one next to the sinks and put some hand sanitizer in the sanitizer at the entrance/exit of the mens locker room. These two items been like this for the past month and a half. Its a little annoying because you think its fixed because you can see the paper towels in there so when you hit deliver it for it to come out they dont come out so than you gotta to walk all the way over to the other one (theres only two there by the sinks) where you wash your hands. otherwise you have to walk out of the area and get that dispenser thats on the wall by the mirror. O and thats the only sanitizer in the locker room area...

There was this guy exercising on a treadmill and he was sweat ing so bad it looked like he turned on a faucet. It was going all over the machine, belt and floor. I reported it and nothing happened. If you want to catch covid. Will not come back.

Very clean and friendlyAlthough they lie about the fees. They tell you that they wont charge an annual fee but then it gets automatically deducted right away. They tell you its in contract. The contract that is very long on phone. So dont believe them read contract before singing.

Never coming to this location again. I dropped something and the employee just threw it in the trash. When I asked if he saw it. He replied I threw it in trash and no apologize or anything. And time before I’m on treadmill and the employees cleaning and waiting on the side impatiently for me to get off. They could have at least let me know nicely they were going to clean. The workers here are not sociable and rude.

I was stuck in a pinch trying to get some things changed on my account and was having a bunch of problems since I was new and out of state. Jayy came through and helped me out like no other, seriously went above and beyond to make sure what I needed got handled. All the gold stars!

They always have the gym too warm in the winter months...it makes it hard to breathe when you are working out

I am a longtime fan Planet Fitness. I have tried all the gym and theres several that I really like but I always seem to come back to Planet Fitness. This particular location is quite large with numerous multiples of machines that do the same thing. They are very conscious about the current situation in the world and social distancing has been well-planned and executed. Staff is friendly and helpful, you cant beat the price for the quality. Another Plus at this location is the 24/7 availability.

I try to come in after working a 12 hr shift at the hospital to tan around 7:15 everyday and there is never any staff here to let people tan and we all wait around for 30-45 min for someone to show up so there’s just a group of us waiting to tan. It’s a bit ridiculous if you ask me because PF says they are staffed 24/7 which isn’t true.Little unprofessional and god forbid anyone get hurt here, there’s no staff around to help.

Planet Fitness is a great place to workout. The trainer for group classes is extremely helpful. There is more than enough machines for everyone to enjoy. The black card VIP treatment with the black card spa area is fantastic. The facility is kept clean, and the staff are very friendly.Come join in the fun.

THERE IS NO REASON I LIVE ON THE NORTHSIDE AND HAVE TO TRAVEL 20 MINUTES WEST OR SOUTH JUST TO WORK OUT. DUNN AVENUE HAS A GREAT LOCATION SPOT AND SO DOES NORWOOD AVENUE NEAR YOUFIT. COME ON PF. Not helpful staff

Planet Fitness in general is a scam and a trap. They lure you in with awesome signup deals. You HAVE TO set up auto pay with debit and read all their lengthy terms and conditions to find out that, even though you DO NOT have auto renew, you STILL have to go into your HOME GYM to sign to end your membership. Otherwise, they renew it without your approval or permission and more than double the monthly fee. I will say that the staff were courteous and friendly and facilities clean at every location I visited.

Well-equipped gym, although I wish they had some olympic bars and a squat rack. Biggest gripe now is that while you have to wear a mask to enter the gym, most patrons take it off once they are working out. Given that the heavy breathing that accompanies working out is a prime transmitter of covid-19, I wish the owners would insist that everyone wear a mask throughout their time at the facility.

Incubator for CoVid-19!! Mask wearing while moving around the gym isn’t enforced and people just don’t care about the safety of others!! The showers are NASTY 🤢 NASTY 🤮!!! Hair on the walls and drains!!! They mop but they just spread the hair from end to end in the female restroom. I’ve visited other Planet Fitnesses and this is the most UNSANITARY!!! Not bad for beginners. However, if your serious dont do the 1 year contract. Youll grow out of this gym pretty quick, at least I did. I want to join a real gym but Im stuck here for a couple more months. But overall, staffs fine and its super clean. Good place to start your fitness journey.

I enjoyed the workout. Im a bit skeptical about going back. I think its still too early to be at full capacity and the covid cases in Duval county are still increasing.

I just got my membership today and no one showed me around the gym.The guys just stood around talking and I had to figure out how to work the machines myself.

Wish they would change the policy again on the personal trainer. Bring it back
