Ive been attending Riverside Pain Management for over a year now. And today has been by far the 2nd worst visit Ive ever had. The first was with a young lady at the discharge desk, she was having a bad day and decided to get very disrespectful towards me, and no one even tried to stop her.That was a big 👹 red flag, she was told to just go cool off. If that had been someone of the African American Race , I can assure you that they would have been fired. As my old Doctor Chelsea Bugs have moved on. I had an really bad experience with whomever the new guy/ Doctor is. He can in the room with a negative attitude towards me, as I tried to explain to him, and Im only saying him because I didnt catch his name. Because of his rage towards me. He wouldnt let me call My Doctor, so that she could get the paperwork situation done. He cut my pain medication dosage in half, and dismissed me from the clinic. I feel that Ive been discriminated against, not only today, but each time I went to my appointment.I will be contacting Channel 4 news, and the Florida Times Union as well as a few other people. This is unexceptiable and should not be tolerated towards anyone. Now I have to suffer with pain until I can contact/ find another Pain Management Physician.This is really sad, that the world we live in still have people of this kind, and if I am wrong I pray 🙏 and ask God to forgive me.God sees no color, in Gods eyes we all are equal 🙏. I loved this place when Dr. Boler was here. Since he left I feel like I am inconveniencing them with my business. I dont like my new doctor that I was handed off to (or his assistant), and I have a renewed interest in getting healthy so that I wont have to deal with them anymore. I gave them 2 stars to be fair to the fact there are still a couple of good people on the staff here. But mostly it just feels like were going thru the motions and I am just some guy who might or might not be telling the truth.

When Dr B was there it was not a bad visit. Always saw the Doc and he was pleasant and nice. Now hes gone I went 2 times since Dr B. Never met a doctor just nurses. They were not pleasant or friendly. Going in for knee surgery and wanted to be prepared. The week b4 my surgery I went to appt here and got read the riot act and demoralized, treated like an addict when I wanted some extra for after surgery. Then I got read rules on wall. Wow. I felt humiliated and sad. So I had surgery had to deal with the pain.

This place does not care about their patients at all. After having neck injections with a Dr who was being trained by another Dr something happened that caused me to pass out for several minutes with my vitals plummeting. Upon waking up they began telling me it was my fault I passed out but after speaking to a unaffiliated Dr it was due to them aggravating a nerve in my neck by adjusting the needle during the procedure. After the procedure they rushed me out of the building. When I came in for my follow up visit I was left in the exam room for well over an hour before I just told them I wanted my copay refunded so I could leave and be on time for my next appointment. They couldn’t even figure out how to refund my money. They simply don’t care about patients they just care about prescribing pills not actually helping anyone. Find a different place to go, I am.

This place should be called the riverside injection clinic because thats all you do. disappointed to spend an hour filling out paperwork to be taken in the back and told that in the 1st 30 seconds

I left this pain management place because of dr boler. He is a hateful rude person. When I went to my new pain management place I went into riverside and personally signed the forms for them to send my records over, the new doctor requested twice as well. They couldnt be bothered to send over my records. If I could rate them with negative stars I certainly would.

My husband and I are really happy with the care he has received here! Their staff is super friendly and their doctors actually take the time to talk to you and diagnose the problem. My husband has been struggling with spinal pain for several years now. After seeing Dr. Bohler, he was able to get some test, get diagnosed, have his concerns heard, and get on a treatment plan to help him moving forward. He was very honest with him about his condition and genuinely cares about helping him work toward feeling better. After watching my husband struggle for years, Im so happy that he finally found a place that is able to really help him!

They have been nice but I had to cancel an apt last month because I had to work have been calling 3 days in a row sent straight to voicemail I left a message but have yet to be called back. Very hard to get them on the phone apparently

The staff here are great people they are all very nice

A year+ ago there was a turnover in management and personnel, so there was some confusion. Throw in changing computer systems and frustrations abound. The facility has always been clean. Currently they have been well stocked with reading materials as well when we had to wait a little bit. Through it all we experienced personnel that were always courteous and professional. My wife, “L” sees Judith, the PA. They have worked well together trying to figure out how to best manage her pain. Judith is constantly looking for new and innovative ways to manage pain. Unfortunately chronic pain requires vigilant monitoring. As a patient, you need to get involved with managing your pain.

My first visit was wonderful. I left feeling blessed to have found them. The facility was clean and all staff were courteous. The doctor knew just what to do for me. All negative reviews should be ignored!

Horrible Dr. Not sure why they had my review removed but the Dr here treated me less then a human. He treated me like a junky and told me nothing was wrong with me without even taking the time out to look through my medical records. He is a very ugly person and refused to even write my prescription that I been on for 4 years. He don’t care about you or your pain he just wanted to poke me with needles. Again if I don’t know you I’m not gonna let you poke my spine with a treatment that I had previously and didn’t work. I use my daughter email so again Amanda Fuller is the one leaving this email and I was a patient here but won’t be returning after this visit. Beware on the treatment they try to sell. The stuff don’t work and it’s dangerous. Try to tell me a side affect wasn’t a side affect from spinal shots that I had.

Dr. Boler and his team have been the dream team treating my CRPS! Unfortunately, I am moving and have to find someone new and I am very sad about it. My pain has been more in control in the last 2 years under his care than it has been in the entire 13 years Ive had this.

Although Riverside pain could not help me at this time they were most helpful,very kind and professional!

Great bedside manner when you are in front of them in an appointment. Having said that?? The office refused to answer the phone for the last hour they were open today except to disconnect the call. Knowing my parents were leaving town this evening they neglected to call in the prescriptions they were supposed to have ready today! Mom is furious, and dad is already out of his head with pain. Im feeling very concerned for their well being, and its their offices neglect that is at fault.

Love the staff and Dr Boler they r super nice and know what they r talking about ... Came in cause i was having knee pain. I got an injection from Dr Boler and ever since then i havent had any pain...

Absolutely an incredibly good initial visit and even better results on first treatment. The post from visitors Ive read seem to be looking for more than back pain relief, possibly at the wrong kind of physicians office? Just first visit.

I have back problems, as well as bad nerves in my legs & feet, & shoulder problems. The treatments & medications are very helpful, & they are always willing to work with me, to find the best solution for my pain. I cant imagine going anywhere else. Thank you! Rikk

The staffs are very helpful and polite, The injection i got for my back a week ago help me out 90% But the wait time for my follow up visit is horrible i got call in the back at 9:37am after checking my pressure and answering a few questions for about 5 minutes. i was left in the room from 9:47am it is now 10:29am no one has came in yet, horrible very horrible. It is now 10:46am i just reschedule WOW!!!

Very disappointed in the service provided. I am a oral cancer patient and I made an appointment to see the doctor. Instead I only saw a PA. I was prescribed two pain medications. I took the RX to my pharmacy and was told that I needed more documentation from the doctor in order for the pharmacy to fill my RX. The pharmacy said that they would contact the doctors office for the necessary documentation. Three days later there was still no response from the doctors office. I finally went there in person to get the necessary document. While the staff was very nice their excuse was different insurances companies require different documentation. Well as I am on Medicare one would think they might actually have some experience with that insurance company. Not what I consider professional service I will be looking elsewhere.

Dr.Patel was very polite and looked at all of my chronic conditions. I have gotten several pain injections in my shoulder. They were great at locating the pain, but the injections just wore off. Dr.Patel recommended a spinal epidural. I felt great after that. Dr.Patel got down to the exact nerve that was hurt. The staff is always polite. I was always seen within 10 minutes of my appointment time and the office is clean,neat, and organized. They have helped me so much. I would recommend to everyone.

The worst place my husband and I have been too yet. Treated him like a drug addict. Dr English is the worst. No professionalism at all. The bag boy at public has more then him. Be careful stock up on mess beforehand because they find THC in everyone and stop your message. REMEMBER YOU KNOW WHAT YOU NEED, BUT THEY WILL TREAT YOU LIKE A LAB RAT. Please choose a different place to go or you will be taken off what works and be put on stuff that works for them. Again please find another place for your treatment. They care about themselves not you. Beware of Mr English he is a true looser and quack. Stay away or I should say Run away as fast as you can.

This used to be a great doctor but they were recently bought out by someone and the service and quality has gone way down hill. You never see a doctor anymore, only a PA and all calls are screened by a service, not just after hours. Wait times have gone up as well.

I love everything about Riverside Spine Pain Physicians; the service, the care and the professionalism that the doctors and also the staff provide to the patients. I had pain on my shoulder for years and no other pain doctor was able to help. I was just being prescribed pain medications, which I hate. At Riverside Spine, Dr. Patel immediately on the first office visit diagnosed me correctly and helped me to get better with only a couple minor procedures and I have been pain free for two years now. Thank you Dr. Patel and thank you all staff of Riverside Spine.

I been going to Riverside for a few years now, and at one point the service was okay but now that Dr. Kornick left its horrible. I thought it would get better. They do have friendly staff in the back but waiting for one hour plus to be seen is horrible. I will now be going else where.

To wait for 3+ hours at the facility to see a doctor is outrageous! This place has lost all of its credibility after they gained and lost great doctors and PAs. Since then it has all gone down the toilet! As of right now, they are terrible in customer service, none of the staff are personable at all, the waiting rooms allow anyone and anything in the building without checking to make sure its sanitary or sufficient enough for other humans. There are also way too many people hanging around the front windows and the checkout area because theres only one person helping people check in/out. The staff talks about other staff members and other patients around everyone, including people who dont need to know that information. This office is a waist of time and a waste of money. They are NOT going to listen to your concerns.

The office staff has the rudest attitudes. Quality of service received is not worth the money charged. I quickly found another dr.

Been a long time since Ive had a doctor listen an seem like he wanted to fix my problem. Dr.K beyond a shadow of a doubt was the best doctor Ive dealt with in ten years. He doesnt try an push you off an hand you an bottle of pills. He genuinely was to resolve the problem. For a person who dreads even speaking to doctors I must say doctor k seems like a normal person not a doctor. An is what there suppose to be here to help you.

This is the absolute worst doctors office I have ever come across. I could list issue after issue but it’s not worth it. Just please steer clear of this company. They are going out of business anyways. Closing multiple offices and provider after provider is leaving. Such a joke of a practice.

Dr Kamarach and his staff always make you feel as though you are the only patient they have. He is very personable and does what he can to take care of your pain. When I had my last injection, Shelly, in anesthesia noticed that I was in a lot of pain. Without asking, she came and gave mepain meds in my IV and within seconds, I was fine. She went above and beyond and that means everything. Everyone there makes me feel at ease.

Firstly, Dr. Patel is very nice and I like him. However, his practice seems to be concentrating on procedures such as steroid injections. His office does not seem to be interested in long term care of chronic pain with medication. They will not fill out the paperwork for the insurance companies. So I had to pay full price for my prescription. I received a thirty day supply of meds and would not be able to see the doctor for thirty-four days. What should I do for the other four days? I recommend them for injections but do not recommend them if you need prescription medication to control your chronic pain.

Was not a good experience... Nurse and doctor are not good... And i had a doctor here tell me she doesnt prescribe controlled substances... Well what do prescribe then... This is a pain management clinic... Controlled preacribed all day to people. So y not me.. My urin was clean and was referred by my doctor to get said meds.... Either way this place is despicable. And it smells like rotten butt in their office. So not a good experience and will never go back... Am online now complaining about it.

I don’t even give this facility a one star,but that’s the only way I could submit a review,I’ve been going through this place for the past 10 years,I put complete confidence in these doctors thinking they knew what was in my best interest,but over the 10 year span at one point had me on as many as 5-6 pain meds,then I gradually started taking myself off everything until I got myself down to one medication which was fentanl patches they had me on these for 10 years and one day I walk in and they told me I had to have cancer in order to keep getting them,now that they’ve made my body rely on these for pain they in one visit told no more,so this means my body is going to be going through withdrawals,I went in today and was told the only thing they’d give me are two hydrocortisone pills daily and if anyone knows Tylenol works better than they will,then Jason dr Patel’s pa told me he wasn’t listening to anything I had to say and said if I don’t like it I can go somewhere else and then proceeds to slam the door in my face,I walked out to talk to another assistant that I practically have become family with being I’ve been going there for the past 10 years,Jason came out confronted me and pretty much told me that we needed to take my conversation back to my room so I went to the room waiting and Jason never returned to talk to but instead took my chart to the front desk dropped it off and proceeded to go to the next patient leaving waiting in the room which I finally realized he wasn’t coming to talk anymore,so basically I was pretty much left to go find my chart ,this place has ruined my life,never in ten years ever abused my medication and in one swoop I was told if you’re not happy go somewhere else,after they had made me reliable on them,so no I would never recommend this facility for the fact that there was no compassion for the fact that now I’m going to have to go through withdrawals after them putting on so much medication and then in one visit they came in with no warning that they were taking everything away,so my suggestion is find a facility that actually cares more about the patient then how much they do easily give out drugs that not if but you will become dependent on and addicted too

Dr. Kramarich and his team are knowledgeable and effective. I would recommend them to any one that wants a compassionate group of pain professionals to help them. They are the best pain doctors in Jacksonville, Fl.

No one answers the phone how can you make an appointment had to call my insurance company before they answered the phone now what’s wrong with that picture?

Dr. Kornick (sp?) was nice enough and did seem interested in treating my pain. I had hoped, however, to try to find the reason for my pain and, after just one attempt, the search was dropped. The reason I am writing my review is that the support staff is absolutely awful. 90% of the time, they dont answer the phone. When I did leave messages, nobody returned my calls.

If you are disabled and only use the bus , they arent accessable by bus on Google. If you are trying to make a First appointment they are insistent on staying ignorent and wasting your time in making an appointment you cant possibly make. They are in an unfortunate location. Operators and supervisor are obnoxious and rude and deep down show that they dont want to help, or use simple technology to assist with success. There system is so primitive that when they transferrer calls in there system they doesnt even know anything about the call they transferred, so they repeatedly transfer you in circles to repeat your self. There system is not only idiotic , its corrupt and prejudice.

Riverside Pain Physicians lost their 2 best assets (Drs). Their Customer Service, Staffing, Mgmt, Scheduling is all deplorable at best. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Very DISATISFIED..... Staff is great. But you get the run around as for treatment. Im used to a certain treatment been in painmanagement before in Virginia. Feel like Im a Lab rat.

Scheduling and any front office ..contact is horrible. I spoke with 5 different people over a 6 hr. period and am still waiting for scheduling. All over 1 question. Terrible.
