Jennifer at the front desk is extremely rude and noticeably treats white patients better then black patients. In health care there’s no room for being condescending or speaking down to a patient because they ask you questions. Your job is to provide that information as the front desk SECRETARY, not makePeople feel less than because the have questions about insurance or where to go. It was hard to watch this happen to people when they are just trying to be treated for pain!

Dr. Pulido and his staff are outstanding!!... I am so glad a friend referred them to me!!.. They get straight to buisnrss and are very helpful!!

I haven’t had doctors this good in a very longtime. They listen and try to get you in your best health. Everything is in the same area you only go outside if the clinic doesn’t have the necessary things you need otherwise that you can have all of your doctor in one place. Also it’s family oriented so your doctors and nurses get to know you and you are more than a number. Very clean, I can go on and on lol. All I will say is my insurance said this doctors office comes highly recommended.

Place was great at first gone downhill since careful theyll kick you out and not make sure you get with another doctor right before your next appointment will never prescribed Percocet would Rather put you on morphine and lortabs so currently Im withdrawing off two opiates becauset wanted to just kick me out I reached out months ago for psychiatric help referral was never answered and when I would bring it up Id be told keep calling the place they referred me ......

Great staff...great Dr.The Dr is a very caring and compassionate man. He talks to each patient and actually listens to each patient and helps each of us the best he can.The office is very busy but the wait time is never very long. So happy to have found this Dr!! So happy I have changed my provider to Dr. Pulido and his staff!! Very welcoming and actually care about you as person not just a chart. Very knowledgeable and will explain every question in simple terms. I suggest that anyone seeking pain management to give this office a call and make an appointment!!!

No experience to share about however they have a contact me form on their website thats never checked and the same goes with their email address listed on their site. Too busy I assume because multiple attempts at both have failed!I guess their webpage and emails dont work. Tried the phone multiple times as well.

I have been a patient at Emed a little after they opened. I like having my pain management and my PCP all at the same place. You can even enjoy lunch. The doctors and staff are a pleasure to deal with. I love this place so much.

Dr arzola is amazing! Compassionate and genuine! This doctor actually cares and the facility runs smoothly so your wait is never too long!

They do not honor payment arrangements. Have patients drive halfway across town before they notify them. I was treated like a junkie when I did not have money to pay todays Co-payment, although have had payment arrangements in place since I started coming here in Feb. 2013. Do not recommend to my dog.

Best medical treatment I have received, not only is Dr. Spooner very professional, but he dedicates time to make his patients feel comfortable and at ease with your treatment and diagnosis. The office has a very welcoming and cozy feel, the staff are friendly and attentive.

These are wonderful people. Always courteous and always willing to answer questions. Theres very little wait time and they are efficient. Ive been coming for three years and not had a problem. Plus Dr Pulido is a smart supportive dr, not just in and out kind of dr.

I have a chronic pain condition and had exhausted all treatment options with my PCP, so he wanted me to try pain management. eMeds website was very appealing to me: multi-faceted practice, affordable pain management. I had my doctor send them a referral. I received a copy of the referral on 4/12. I called them on 4/21 because I had not heard from them. They said they couldnt make the appointment without my complete medical record from my doctor. My doctors office sent three months worth of visits, medication history, imaging studies, etc. to them. What more could they need? Ill find another doctor thanks.

I have been going to E-Med since 2013 I was put out of pain management due to a failed drug test. I retook drug test it was negative. Funny how I started to complain about the 2 hr wait every single time I went. I was told to pee in cup in waiting room bathroom and leave it there. Funny that I complained about that then tested positive.

In 2004 and again in 2014 I was in two car accidents resulting in a right and left hand distal radius fracture and surgery to put hardware in place. In 2014, I also had a broken/crushed clavicle, broken ribs, four broken toes and fractured pelvis. Finally, I have chronic anemia and blood work is right on the cusp of being RA diagnosed. (Auto-immune disease is hard to diagnosis 100%.) I had been to EMED in the past for PCP but in 2017 I decided to make them my primary PCP and start pain management While I still see other specialists for certain things, EMED is my primary doctor for pain mgmt and it has been a wonderful experience. I have seen Dr. Pulido as well as his PAs and all have been a pleasure. Professional and take the time to listen not just treat you like a number or an insurance dollar sign. The nurses and medical assistants are also very pleasant. The phlebotomists are outstanding too! Anytime I need bloodwork they one man who draws it is patient and takes his time. I am a hard stick and he never has to try more than once which is amazing . So patient and not rushing but instead thorough and gets it right Finally the lady who does the urine testing is very professional and kind. I see some patients get a nasty attitude with her for doing her job and them having dirty urine but this gal just maintains her demeanor.This place is also modern and for the volume of patients they seem to have a good system down to help everyone. I think the bad review(s) are really from people who did not follow the rules and got kicked out . Ha! Finally, I really appreciate the doctors and PAs for NOT just writing RXs for some random meds but really try to understand the type of pain and the best course of action without just shoving RXs to you. Just really caring and kind. Im glad that I go here. It has really helped me. Thanks yall!

Ive been with Dr. Pulido, since a car accident in 2011, and Emed Pain Management. Dr. Pulido heard me out I wasnt just a number. He helped me realize I was going through more then just pain but also depression. Dr. Pulido opened my eyes to what I needed for myself to get better.

I have been seen by Rene Pulido and Co. since 2011. The service is sincere and professional. His whole suite of doctors cover all my medical needs and feel blessed to receive eMeds care. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for ALL ( ie Angie office volunteer ) Amanda and JP. To not forget Rene he, once told me God would heal my foot and he did.

On top of being one of the worst medical interactions l have had in years, Jules the office manager made it even worse. Not only did he shut me down trying to explain my issue, but after he finally let me explain it, he then paraphrased it back to me like l was a mentaly handicapped child! Then said..As soon as I could accept the fact e med is not responcable for the delays we could move forward.My issue was not only was l NOT told on my inital visit l needed to check thru emails and find the one from florida health ( that landed in my junk/ spam folder) and delayed me 3 weeks ( oh waited 28 min on hold w emed to find out l probaly neded to dig thru junk mail to find this email) but after 3 more weeks of waiting for florida to process me l finally get my temp authority to get my perscription.I go to the pharmacy and am told The Doctor AT E med DID NOT fill out my recommeded perscription!!! Yet some how THE OFFICE MANAGER SAYS THAT ITS NOT EMEDS FAULT!!! Really ?? Then to talk down to me in front lobby with that line..... The sooner you can accept the Emed is not responcable for the delays the sooner we can move foward !!When l asked him if he thought telling patients to look for the email specifically was a good ldea ...he says Not Our Problem!! Several patients and the 4 front desk staff were witness to this altercation. Think l will find a new dr office unless l get a apology from this office manager. Really disapointed that the drs time was more important than what l payed him to do according to this person. Now l get to wait 3 more days ...no Drs available at 1:45 PM friday afternoon. Shame that they couldent have said let us call the Dr and ask or say anything but what The office Manager came out and said.

I love Dr. Spooner; he’s an excellent Doctor. The staff is very qualified and kindly. The place is very clean and nice. My pain is gone thanks to Dr. Spooner, now I feel much better!

I was treated by dr Spooner due to horrible pain on my neck and shoulder, i was really scared at first to have injections done, but dr spooner was very kind and talked to me the whole time, explaining what he was doing and what i was going to feel, made me feel a lot better, i didnt even notice when he was already done! just took a couple of minutes till i started feeling better. Amazing doc!

I was in jacksonville visiting my family and got treated by dr. Spooner and dr pulido as well. Im pretty sure next time im in town i would stop by to continue my treatment. Cant find a good pain management doctor as him down here. Def. a place to check out
