My name is Nada ChehabNo customer service what so ever, no caring for the patient, rude, lie to cover up and game players. I had an appointment with Dr Fady El-Bahri, at Bahri Orthopedics and Sports Medicine, Jacksonville, FL, when I when for my appointment, he left for surgery, so Dr. Georges El-Bahri asked to see me instead, he requested a CT done,After the CT I called an scheduled an appointment to see Dr. Georges, they asked for my date of birth and gave me an appointment, when I went for my appointment, the waiting area was empty, so I signed in, then the receptionist said that I am not on the schedule, they have a schedule for my mother with Dr Fady not myself with Dr Georges, I told her that it is not possible, because they asked for my birthday and the spelling of my name, they tried to push my appointment for 4 days, and I have a broken hand, so I refused, when I refused they said we will work you in but you have to wait, by that time 4 people came and she called them in, and when I asked she said there is still on person ahead of me…..

Appears I am not alone regarding customer service. I wonder if the doctors even know what is going on with their offices. In addion to poor customer service I never was examined or seen Dr. Fady Bahri his medical assistant reccomended my should surgury. When I called his assitant on it she had a smart ass remark...she says..weel obliviouly HE signed off on your surgury!! Am like well who need a doctor I will perform the percedure myself. The health care system jas has gone to hell in a hand basket.

I had acl reconstruction and then a revision surgery 1 week later because of this doctor. Dawna the surgery coordinator was very poor at returning my calls. I had to call half a dozen times and finally tell them it was an emergency to see when my revision surgery was scheduled, and that was the day before when I realized she never gave me an appointment time. Dr. Bahri wont explain much other than how long hes been in practice. Im not a neat guy, but I noticed his offices r filthy. Revisional surgery was a success tho and he did cover the facility fee. That doesnt change how much extra scar tissue I have. He told me the acl graft fixation device failed mysteriously and that hed never seen that before. I felt very disrespected by him and coordinator. Your experience and degrees dont give you the right to leave me in the dark as if what I know doesnt matter. If you have no concern for your health or the procedures that your body needs, dr. Fady Bahri is your guy.

I went to see Dr Bahri after Jacksonville orthopedics told me that i would have to live with having one half of my bicep torn loose. Dr Bahri fixed that and my shoulder. I am going to go back so he can fix my other shoulder. I have nothing but good things to say about Dr.Bahri.
