If I could leave this place zero stars I would. HORRIBLE staff. The doctor was nice enough but the rest of the staff, not so much. My appointment was almost a month ago and I STILL haven’t received a proper receipt with my medical records in order to send in to my insurance. I have called the office numerous times and no one answers the phone no matter which department I call. I have left numerous voicemails and still have not been called back. Horrible. Will not be returning. Would not recommend.

The staff is friendly but the girl who makes the appointment messed up completely and make me drive 1 hour for no reason ,she schedule me on a different day that the one she told me on the phone . The front desk girl make an exception and put me on the Schedule so I don’t have to come back 2 days later .My nurse was nice and sweet but the doctor interrupt me and pick up a phone call on my face and then he ask me what type of treatment I want :that’s why I’m here , the place is Dirty and old ,dust everywhere and rustic , no x ray machine on the second floor so you need to go down to a different office for an X-ray and then you have to come back to the second floor . I waste my time.

Very compassionate, competent team. Staff is on one accord providing quality care to individuals in need of a pain mgmt care team.

Sharon the Physical Therapist is AMAZING. She is compassionate and has gone above and beyond to take care of her patients. You can tell she truly cares.

Dr. Fady El-Bahri and Dr. George El-Bahri are excellent doctors! They take time to listen to their patients and explain the care plan to the patients to ensure their understanding and answer all questions or concerns!

Its a breath of fresh air when a facility treats you like a human and the doctor actually listens to the wishes of the patient.

Dr George Bahri is a great physician and surgeon he perform surgery on on me 5 /22 20/20 on my rotary cuff he did an awesome job when I went in I was in so much pain six weeks after surgery I am not in the pain that I was in prior to surgery Im in healing pain I feel 100% better he did such a great job of repairing my rotary cuff thank you so much I feel so much better thank you for taking care of me I highly recommend DR George Bahri Thank you

Treatment is okay but an 1 and a half wait is ridiculous when you have an appointment

Hes a very nice doctor an has alot of cute nurses that are willing to help with all your needs an are very professional

Appointment was awesome,but its been over a week and I still havent heard when my MRI is to be scheduled 😥

They really listen to their patients, and dont just throw you into physical therapy or surgery. I went there for a second opinion, and the difference between them and my first choice was night and day.
