Very convenient location. Very nice setting . However very long wait time I waited over an hour to see doctor and she still didn’t come in my room . They make sure everything is a separate visit to get more money. She doesn’t explain things the way they should be explained . She rushes to get to the next patient for getting very important information. I don’t feel like she cares about anyone beside her money . I wouldn’t recommend I’m going else where !

Great staff, lots of parking and beautiful office. Dr. Neuman is very kind and knowledgeable and makes you feel very comfortable during your visit. Have been coming here for years.

They take the stigma out of going to the gynecologist. Very kind, trustworthy staff and good doctor. I definitely recommend Dr.Neuman, the exam was over before I knew it!

I found Dr. Neuman after a previous OBGYN was uncaring to listen to my reproductive needs. Google said nice things about her and she lives up to it all and more. Her staff is very friendly, courteous and communications well in and out of the office. I drive out of my way to visit this office because I always feel appreciated and well taken care of.

WORST experience I have ever had with a doctor of any type. Do not come here if you are a new patient. This doctor will not listen to you. She does not care about your medical history, and her staff is less than informed. Since I wasted my insurance covered well woman visit on this place, I am having to work with my old doctor (who is in Texas) to get myself taken care of. Biggest mistake since moving to Jacksonville was trusting this place to take care of me. Do not waste your time or money here. I came for a routine check up and renew my birth control prescription. I have been denied BC bc this doctor has ordered tests that I do not need and cannot afford..... confirmed by my previous OB.... this office is ONLY after your money. GO ELSEWHERE

Recently moved to Jacksonville and was looking for OBGYN. I was able to get an appointment quickly, staff were very pleasant and helpful, Dr. Neuman took the time to sit and talk with me about my medical history. I was not rushed and felt very comfortable. I would recommend to others.

I love this office and all of its staff. All the midwives,MAs,nurses etc are all really kind and helpful. They get me in and out every time.

Melissa removed my nexplanon out and she was great! She didn’t even left a mark or anything.. so thankful I trusted them.

Dr Neuman is nice and helpful and selfless. The office got me in right away, Dr Neuman even stayed late to see me.

By far the worst with communication!! Nice facility. Horrible with informing. Never answer the phone! Slow with test results and slow with faxing my maternity leave papers i paid $25 to get signed which never got signed !!! I will be switching OBGYN! I need to speak to an assistant on the phone not a CALL BACK LINE CENTER 24/7!!!

Convenient, close to home, but also the best staff in general always smiling and happy to see people and seem to enjoy there job, midwives and nurses are amazing at taking care you feel comfortable and informed on whats going on during your appointment, also easy to schedule and make appointments to, Glad my health insurance covers this obgyn office.

Made an initial appointment to be seen regarding needing a non hormonal IUD and was basically seen for a total of 5 minutes by the doctor on the first visit. She told told to come back for a second visit to have an ultrasound and she told me I could possibly get the IUD then as long as all was healthy on this second visit. I was not told that it would take yet another visit to come back to have it inserted. The claim this time around was that I need to be on my period to have it placed! What I can’t quite understand is that the doctor didn’t indicate this on my first visit.The moral of the story is that I was charged a co-pay of $55 on both visits and accomplished absolutely nothing since my insurance will no longer be active and I indicated this to all the staff, including the doctor, all to get nothing done that will help me in preventing pregnancy and now they will bill my insurance and make their money. I felt very much like I got the run around so they could maximize the billing opportunity.If you want to get swindled by this doctors office, schedule your appointment today! Lesson learned.

My son is now 21 months. I went here for my entire pregnancy. I am not sure why there are so many negative comments about the midwives. Although I did not meet Dr. Neuman until I was about 38 weeks to schedule my c-section every nurse and midwife I dealt with were very nice and professional. The ONLY complaint I have is the long waits during most visits. Even if I was on time it was a long wait in the waiting room and then another long wait in the private room to be seen. On the day of my delivery Dr. Neuman was very professional and did an AMAZING job on my c-section. It was quick and lucky for me there were no complications. My scar is very straight and clean. And after 21 months it has even faded very nicely. I have had no issues with my abdomen postpartum. Thank you Dr. Neuman!

I went in to see her cause I was feeling weird and wanted to get my IUD out and a uterine ablation. During pap found I had huge fibriods. Told partial hysterectomy with bikini cut was my only option to take care of it. Through every apt after that the only talk was removing my uterus. Signed all my paperwork for it. Had to say it out loud 3 times what I was getting done before put to sleep. Woke up to only the fibriods being taken. More upset then you can know. I was never given any options but partial hysterectomy. She made her own decision with my body. Now after having that major surgery I have to worry about new ones forming. Never getting that surgery again. Can not tell you my emotional rollercoaster.

I just relocated to Jacksonville from Delaware and this office is near my home. Going to the Obgyn is an uncomfortable experience for me but Dr. Neuman and her entire staff are amazing. This is definitely my new obgyn office

If I could give 0 Stars to this place I would. The wait is always long , and they’ll try to charge you for anything they possibly can. They’ll make you come back to charge you for more visits. Last time I went there was the cherry on top of the cake and finally decided that I deserve a better OBGYN. I went for an annual Pap smear. I mentioned to them on the phone that I may be pregnant (but not sure), so I was told a pregnancy test will be taken prior to the Pap smear. I get there and I’m told otherwise. They only do my pregnancy test, and the assistant tells me I’m indeed pregnant but that I cannot get my Pap smear anymore during that visit and that I’d need to schedule it for another visit! The doctor then shows up for 1-2 mins go tell me the same thing. I get a bill in the mail for over $120 charging me for 1) a pregnancy test 2) a consultation visit which never occurred!I call them and it’s always a pain to talk to someone. When finally I speak with some Angelina in billing, she says she can’t do anything about it, but will mention it to doc. I tell her I’m not paying for a service I didn’t get and that I’d like her to follow up with me after her conversation with the doc. She accepts and never calls me back. It’s been like 3 weeks. Today I get another letter in the mail with the same charges. They’ve done this to me before and paid anyway. I’m not paying for services I didn’t get. Stop robbing people of their money!Plus, they NEVER tell you how much you’ll be owing before or during a visit. I found a much better OBGYN office where they’re transparent about charges and let you know in advance, and where people are treated like people, not like walking dollar bills.In the past , they made me come for a separate visit when I had a question during my annual , and the doctor had NO CLUE of the thing I was concerned about and still I got a charge for 0 information. She said she wouldn’t know unless she does surgery. I did a 30 secs research on google and found my answer and then went to a dermatologist who confirmed indeed what I had that matched the result of my findings. Save your time and money and go somewhere else like FABEN.

Nice secretaries... But never get to see doctor Neuman if u are pregnant. Only the midwifes treat you. And the midwife jessica dean is only there to take your babys aways. They dont care if your passing through depression. Shes a lesbian looking for a child without the concern that her patients in sever post pastrum depression taking advantege. She only cares on take away babies for her selfish desires without the concern of the pain and trouble she is making. So beware of this one, she have a very good disguise of being nice. The midwife Kim is a good one, she answer every question. Not like jessica dean that like stiking her nose to get what she want. She no know how to act professional. She like to mix pleasure with work. Thats my little angel in other arms that isnt his Real mother. God will make u all paid from took him away from his Real Family!!!!

Terrible. Her midwives are awful. Slipped when I was pregnant and went in to assess damage. Told it was pubis dysfunction and X-rays would be done after birth. Meanwhile could barely get out of bed from pain. Gave birth, epidural failed. Felt right half pain. Refused to leave the hospital because I knew something was wrong, it was not pubis. Newman never saw me or ordered the x-rays I demanded. Midwife told me if I could walk to the bathroom (in extreme pain) then nothing was wrong. I was crying and verbal to the staff that something was wrong, this is my 3rd child. They treated me like I was a client that had low pain tolerance. They gave me bogus excuses. What they don’t know is that I am an LPN and took notes on all the deceptive practices. Documents say I left hospital in zero pain and failed to note I demanded an X-ray which I was denied. Told to just do PT. Sat next to my baby on the way home crying the entire time from the awful treatment. I could barely get out of bed from pain but made an appt with an ortho as I wanted to assess the damage to my back and prevent further damage with PT. During this time Newman did not return any of my calls, no one called to check up on me. My husband finally reached the doctor to tell her I need meds to tide me over until my ortho. She gave him a hard time but finally agreed. He said he was on his way and wanted to speak with her about my treatment. She was not there when he arrived. The midwife handed him the script and said to remember it was for me not for him and laughed. This comment was wildly inappropriate. He responded that this was not a laughing matter and he’s in the Navy and gets tested. Then stormed out. He immediately switched my OB. Meanwhile ortho orders an MRI and it shows I actually had herniated disks in my lower lumbar. The right treatment and care was administered and I am finally pain free and able to walk in a normal fashion a year later. Carol Newman shame on you for ignoring me as patient and shame on your uncaring staff that ruined my birthing experience. I am grateful for the amazing OB/GYN I am currently at and the wonderful orthopedic team that helped me get my life back.
