Usually do not leave reviews but each time I have come the front staff doesnt even acknowledge me because they are usually having issues with technology and are visibly frustrated which is taken out on the patients. Not to mention when I called earlier this week to confirm my apt time I was given attitude. Such a shame because the docs are AMAZING.

Experience was great until I was hounded on getting the vaccination. Her exact words “I’m surprised the Dr didn’t ask you if you were vaccinated, she’s going to keep pushing you to get it”Um no thank you. When going to a high risk office your nerves are already shot, why would you continue to push a vaccination on me and the people I live with?! Cmon. Take it elsewhere.Never going back

The dietary nurse practitioner that helped me at first was very good and so was the Doctor, but thats about where it stopped. I feel like the sonographer rushed through the sonogram. I guess they were behind and they ended up making me late for work. My appointment time was for 9:30 a.m. and I arrived at 9:10 a.m. and did not depart until around 11:15 a.m. then when I asked if I could take pictures or video since my husband couldnt be there they stated it was a HIPAA violation which is a completely bogus answer to me because it cant a violation to record my own baby. On top of that I asked the sonographer is that an arm? when she was performing the scan and she stated Im not seeing the same thing you are on my screen then later I asked if something was a leg and got the same response. That was pretty disgusting to me as she was obviously blowing me off at a time I should have been enjoying. Some people will obviously have a good experience, but that doesnt mean all the bad experiences didnt happen.Update: MayI had a wonderful appointment today with everyone. Amanda was my sonographer and she was wonderful. She guided me through what was going on, took beautiful pictures and had me in and out quick. I actually look forward to my next appointment now.Update post baby:Overall my experience wasnt really negative. There are some people that clearly cared more than others. Basically who you get makes all the difference. The ladies performing my fetal stress test were always great. The doctors kept me informed with plan of care changes at every appointment. One of the ladies performing my stress test alerted the doctor about my hypertension.

I was nervous about the reviews at first. When I went to ROC they followed COVID regulations and we had to stay in our car for a little while before we were called back. They even warn you in the paperwork that you print out ahead of time that they may be a little behind and to expect to be there past your appointment time. The ultrasound tech was pleasant and the physician was really good at explaining what was going on and what the next steps were.

Showed up at 12:15 my appt was at 12:45. Told me to go wait in my car til 12:45 then come do paperwork... I go back in to do paperwork and Im told to go fill it out in my car. So I fill it out in my car and then take it in again... and Im told again to go back to my car. Over an hour later and I am still sitting waiting in my car. This is for pregnant high risk woman and your making them go back and forth back and forth and sit in their cars. The receptionists are rude and have zero compassion as well. Why on earth wouldnt you give me the paperwork the first time I came in? Ugh hope I never have to come back here.

The reviews honestly had me terrified to come here. I was referred here by NAS JAX for my high risk pregnancy and I have nothing but good things to say about my appointment here today! The staff was phenomenal and extremely welcoming. I also had no wait at all, my appt was scheduled in advance and I got right in to see a doctor. I’m very excited to continue the rest of my pregnancy with them (:

Was very nervous with my second pregnancy for having to come to this office. I have to say every one was really professional and nice to me. They always made sure I took my meds and stayed on top of my sugars. AllThe nurses were fantastic and made me feel every comfortable. I gave 4 stars because the wait was over an hour some days and they seem understaffed.

I was nervous to come here after reading the reviews but overall had a really nice experience. The wait time was long, but I also had just been added to the schedule a few days prior. I dont think they intentionally overbook, but rather have to accommodate emergency appointments along with regularly scheduled ones. The staff was all very friendly, and I cant say enough nice things about the sonographer Tina. She was incredibly sweet and caring.

This office is horrible. My fiance went here for genetic screening by order of her OBGYN. They took it upon themselves to do the anatomy of our baby as well (Obgyns words) when her OBGYN called us to cancel the appointment she has for tomorrow 6/4. The biggest reason this is an issue is we were supposed to find out the gender of the baby tomorrow, together. Now, we cant unless we want to pay over $500 to her Obgyns office that we cant afford. Now we get to wait until week 31 (currently 18 weeks) all because of your mistake. Thanks, for ruining this for us.

I had a 9am appointment with the Bartram Park office. For my previous pregnancy we went to their office off south side and did not have to wait too long. So my husband and our 1 year old came with. We arrived 20 minutes early at 8:40am to complete paperwork. We were not called back until 10:30! How can a facility be this inconsiderate of people’s time? We were told we were waiting longer than others because we had to do a “consult” before the ultrasound. The “consult” was going into a storage room with a nurse that read over the initial paperwork I filled out. It took about 3 minutes. THEN we were shuttled into another waiting room! Where we waited for another 30+ minutes. Then our ultrasound person, Tina, tells me she’s going to step out while I remove my underwear. This took a whole one second for me to do, but she disappeared and didn’t come back for 15 minutes. Completely absurd. No wonder patients are seen two hours or more after their appointments. The only positive is the doctor came in right away when my ultrasound results were done. Everyone else there seems to have zero consideration for the patients. They need new management for sure. No one should be at a simple ultrasound appointment for 3 hours. 3 hours! Definitely not returning.

I have never gone into a doctors office and been met with a rudeness that these front office ladies have. The staff in the back is as pleasant as can be but once you hit checkout or checkin something changes and there is zero kindness or friendliness. I absolutely hate roc. I’m currently pregnant with my first and it’s a high risk, my OBGYN sent me to roc because of; from the first time I went up to now when I’m a few weeks away from my due date has been horrible.Every single time I call the nurse to give my weekly update no one ever answers!! It’s incredibly personal and don’t like the thought of anyone who is a nurse can just listen to my health issues, let me talk to someone it takes 5 mins. When I leave messages, it takes them days to actually call me back! I got so fed up in actually requested a different doctors office to handle the rest of my pregnancy, unfortunately that wouldn’t happen until after birth. When you actually do speak to someone, they do not listen. I’ve explained several times and their answer never changes it’s either “ what are you eating” “ have you tried this and this”. I’m used to following my doctors orders but it’s ridiculous when they won’t even consider it’s my body I can feel something is wrong. Don’t make me fee like I’m stupid or crazy it’s enough all these changes my body is going through.I don’t plan having another baby, but if I do, it won’t be with roc. Never again.

Horrible experience with the billing. I informed them the moment I found out I was still on my parents insurance and that my husbands insurance was going to be requesting the money they had paid on a previous claim back. Informed them that they would need to file the claim with my parents insurance as my parents is primary (its a very odd case, I know, but none the less its reality Im still on my parents insurance). The receptionist stated that she still had my parents insurance on file and she would make note of it and let the billing department handle the matter. Today, I received a call from the billing department demanding I pay the balance on the account as my husbands insurance has requested the money back. I asked if they ever filed the claim to my parents insurance and was informed no and that too much time had passed by and that I was now responsible. I kept demanding that they file the claim with my parents insurance and that was the phone call. They do not care nor do they listen or follow direction or understand how filing claims work. I have been working filing dental claims for the last 17 years of my life. I know how the process works. I also know that a doctors office only has x amount of time to file a claim and if it is not done in a timely manner during the allotted time frame, the patient is not responsible for the money. Its the provider fault and they have to eat the cost. Next time might I suggest you be on top of your responsibilities and listen to your patient when they state what is going on.

After reading all of the negative comments, I have to admit that I was a bit anxious for my first appointment 4 weeks ago. After having my second appointment today, I had to put my own review up.I have diet-controlled gestational diabetes, so my midwife wanted me to come to ROC to get some extra input and growth scans. At my first appointment, the receptionists were extremely friendly and I noted the sign about the possible long waits (which was also included in my new patient paperwork, so we were prepared to wait). After about 15 minutes of waiting, a nurse called me back. She checked vitals and weight and then we went to her office to look at and discuss my blood sugar levels and diabetes in general. She was patient, sweet, informative and answered ALL of my questions. Next, we went to the ultrasound room and did the growth scan, no wait. The tech talked to us the whole time and told us what we were looking at and how the baby looked. The doctor came in next, only had to wait about 5 minutes. She was a bit short in her conversation, but I think thats only because the nurse and ultrasound tech had already told me mostly everything. My appointment today.. I arrived 10 minutes early, checked-in, used the ladies room and after sitting in my chair for about 3 minutes, the ultrasound tech called us and we went straight to the room. After the detailed ultrasound and BPP, the doctor came in and went over everything in detail. We were in and out of that office in less than a half hour, and did not feel like we were rushed or lacked any information. This office (Bartram Park) is clean, professional and every staff member we have come in contact with was lovely and informative.

Rude rude rude! The front office staff is so rude. They mess up scheduling all the time and blame the patient for it. They apparently don’t make any mistakes. And just blame the patient instead. Eye roll. This is a high risk pregnancy drs office correct???They don’t try to de-escalate the situation they just elevate it and stress the moms out. How much sense does that make??? The nurses and drs are awesome and take good care of you but the office staff just need a makeover. They don’t know how to treat patients whatsoever. These 23 weeks left or so can’t go fast enough.

My wife and I had a 9am appointment. We didnt get called until 9:45. Unfortunately, we were not being called for what we came in for. Another nurse took us to an office to discuss our medical history and try to upsell us on other procedures. We were then put in a 5x5 room with people coughing constantly. We opted to go back to the main waiting room, which resembles a zoo with a glass wall separating the patients from the employees. It was another hour before we finally got called again. We arrived at 9am and did not see a doctor until 11am. Over-booking of this kind shows a blatant disrespect for our time. If there is any way to get your needs met elsewhere... do so.

I was little skeptical after reviewing the negative reviews about the ROC; however, my first experience at the ROC was pleasant. My appt was at 9:00 am and I arrived 15 mins early to the appt. My wait time before I saw the nurse was 15 minutes after I completed my paperwork. The nurse was personable and professional. I was directed to a sitting area to wait for the Ultrasound technician once the nurse went over my paperwork. The wait time was 10-15 mins before I was escorted to the room. Again, the technician was professional. The doctor came in after the technician and the wait time was about 15 minutes. Overall, I had a good experience with ROC @ Bartram. The front desk staff, nurse, technician and doctor were all polite and professional. I felt that I needed to write the review because all the negative reviews that I read online. There is a notice that advise you that there will be a wait time due to other possible emergencies. I do not think my wait time was unreasonable. Again, this was my first visit.

I went to this location my entire pregnancy. Every time I went everyone was pleasant and so helpful! There were waits but nothing out of the ordinary. (they always had HGTV playing in the waiting room also so that helped pass any time :) The US Techs and Doctors never rushed me, they all listened to my concerns and made sure to answer all of my husbands repeat questions (he had lots at EVERY visit) I loved coming to my appointments here. I felt very well taken care of here and trusted the Doctors and staff. I cant say enough good things. Thank you ROC for looking after my little one and keeping him safe!

This office has the absolute WORST scheduling policy. They overbook the day so that they can make more money and by 930 every appointment is already behind by 45min - 1 hour. They do not care about entire families taking off of work to make an appointment and they dont care about the inconvienience. The only thing they care about is making money and excuses that they all know happen every day and force them to run behind. We all know they can easily see how long an appointment takes this is a high risk center they will ALL take a little longer. They are horrible and I will never go back or recommend them. I hope they go out of business and people sue them for intentional over booking causing lost wages.

Okay so I’ve been reading the reviews for ROC and I cannot believe the negative amount of reviews because of scheduling and billing. So let me just say a lot of these reviews are people getting upset because of the wait time and the size of the rooms you go into before you are seen by a tech. Let me share my experience which I understand everyone’s is different. So I got referred to them by my Obgyn because I am high risk for early delivery due to the shape and size of my uterus. So I was going every two weeks to get my cervix checked. After one of my fetal exams the tech caught a spot on my babys lungs. After taking some time to get the best pictures and getting the doc to come in and evaluate what she has we were told our precious little baby daughter has CPAM. For those of you who don’t know what that is it is A CPAM (formerly referred to as a CCAM or Congenital Cystic Adenomatoid Malformation) is a cystic mass which forms in the lung tissue of a baby in the womb. This mass is usually located in one lung, preventing the lung from growing normally.

I wish I had an zero stars because guess what. This office refused to prescribe medication unless I made an annual appt with them. Well first, I am not of age. For two I live 3 and a half hours away (this was an emergency appt) and for three why the heck would I make an annual with a dr office that does not even finish treating what I previously came in for? Shut this place down. So you want me to make an appt, (for something my insurance wont cover until Im 21) then youll finish giving me my treatment that I already pay your sorry you know whats for , then what?
