I called to schedule a new patient appointment the person that answered the phone was rude and again very rude and just for that I give one STAR I’m going to find a new place. The front desk I will dealing most of the time with if i need anything and that not the people i want to work with and this was a BIG NO to me, I contacted another place called River city OB/GYN nicest customer service and was even able to speak to the nurse on first call.

The front desk staff, nurses and doctors have all been responsive when I call, very friendly, willing to take the time to explain things, and seem really knowledgeable. I’m thankful that I don’t feel rushed through the process like a number instead of a person!

I had a great experience going to this OBGYN. This was my first ever visit & the staff was super helpful, knowledgeable & most importantly welcoming. Dr. Suhrer was awesome. Definitely would recommend to anyone!

Dr. Suhrer and staff were great--very friendly, knowledgeable, and experienced. Despite having a lot of patients, the doctor still gave the perfect amount of attention to his patients to make sure we all felt tended to, without feeling rushed. The facility itself isnt anything too fancy but the service makes up for any lack thereof. I would definitely recommend Dr. Suhrer to anyone.

Like always I love Dr. Suhrer it was a year I didnt go to de the office I went yesterday and it was better than the first time . What I love about him Is that he talks to you looking in to your eyes he explains everything , really care about hes patient and is not in a hurry. He talks with a lot of respect not with an attitude on like some Dr when you ask to many questions. Dr. Sheur is very funny too. I Will not change him . And definitely the staff is very respectfull, responsable, and friendly.

I absolutely love this office and everyone in it! They treat you like family and never just rush to get you out of the room. They are patient and make sure you leave with every answer to all of your questions. Every single worker there acknowledges you are there. You can tell everyone there enjoys being there. It’s just a great environment and I’m happy with every single experience I’ve had there.

I have been going here for over 20 years and now my daughters are as well. Both Doctors are great and very knowledgeable. Dr. Mcdyer keeps up with all the health regimens and makes sure your healthy as a whole.

Dr. McDyer literally saved my life. He treated me like I was family with his concerns. He always informed me of the positive and negatives. He is honest, professional, and kind. I don’t care wherever I am in the world I will fly out to see him for my care. All medical professionals are not this entire package of professionalism meets warm, but he is. The staff are friendly and just as warm and concerned about me being okay. Also they act fast. I truly appreciate everyone there so much!

Just visited for the first time yesterday. The staff was great (thank you ladies!). They were very polite and helpful. The dr. was very thorough with me, especially in regards to some of my concerns. He handled me with great care and really made me feel better about my previous concerns with the status of my health. Didn’t do much waiting, everything was quick and easy to follow. Checking in and out was fairly a breeze. Lovely location and overall very convenient. I’m really satisfied with this experience. Thank you Dr. McDyer and staff!

Dr. Suhrer was absolutely fantastic. He took the time to sit down with me before and after the exam and go over everything and wanted to make sure if there was anything else I needed, he wanted to handle it. He was extremely friendly and personable.

I always find Dr. Suhrer to be competent and compassionate -- the two essentials I look for in medical professionals. Highly recommend him.

I had checked in online and all my paperwork was at the front desk when I arrived. I waited in the waiting room for a short period of time; a calm setting, vitals were done and my exam went well. Going over meds etc with Dr Suhr was professional and when he detected a UTI, after testing, medication was called in. In the years that I’ve been a patient, I know my health is a priority!

Any womans Annual is not a pleasurable time, but having Dr. Suhrer take good care of me is definitely a pro. Always makes his patients feel comfortable, important, and explains details thoroughly. Dr. McDyer takes the time necessary to listen and explain the pros and cons along the way. He has been my Gynecologist for about 10 years and has taken excellent care of all of my gynecology needs from Pap smears to surgery and bladder control. I am happy to say that I am still leak free post surgery 10 years ago for a severe case of bladder incontinence. He has helped me through menopause and remains a wealth of knowledge and support! All of the staff there is caring and supportive and I am happy to be a patient of FLA Women Care! He’s by far the best Gynecologist I’ve ever had!

Amazing practice. I wouldnt trust my OB health with anyone else. Staff and doctors are absolutely wonderful.

Parking was horrible, then I waited a long time, about 30 minutes to see the doctor. Once I got to see him he was very attentive and took his time with me. He explained everything in a way I could understand. It was worth the wait.

The whole staff and the doctor were awesome! They helped make an uneasy subject more understandable.

I saw Dr. Surher today and I can say today visit wasa breeze.‘I was so nervous but he check me throughly although I didn’t come in the office to be examined which shows he care and doesn’t want to miss anything. Fantastic doctor and office.

Dr Suhrer is thorough with answering questions while at the desk. Assistants bedside manner is less than desirable and walked in on me while changing. After my exam, while still laying under a thin paper sheet, the door was left ajar while the Dr was talking to me, making me feel even more exposed and uncomfortable. I wasn’t given a heads up before a breast exam and just felt rushed. Prior to my procedure the receptionist Rachel called to confirm how much it would be after insurance, which I appreciated, but then followed up asking if I’d like to reschedule “closer to pay day”. I get it people can cancel due to the high out of pocket cost but after telling me the amount I said “okay that sounds fine”, why would you ask if I needed to reschedule because of my finances? Upon check in for my post-op I was charged an additional amount they “didn’t collect” at my initial visit. I saw patient paperwork face up in a breach of HIPAA and am not confident that nobody else has seen my information. The Hodges location seems nice online but this office- University- is stuck in the early 90’s at best. Dr Suhrer was nice but for the expense and rude staff, I should have gone elsewhere.

Dr. Suhrer is so sweet and thorough, he really takes the time to get to know you and make you feel welcome. Highly recommend this practice.
