Everyone at The Womens Help Center were extremely delightful and resourceful. It was a very calming, professional, and informative experience. I appreciate the various resources offered and I highly recommend their services.

The staff at the women’s help center are truly amazing and uplifting. They are so respectful and caring. From counseling to community resources and emergency assistance they have been there listening and helping to direct and assist not only myself but everyone who walks through their doors. In my darkest hours I have turned to them and from praying with me to working through resources I wouldn’t recommend anywhere else for a first step when life faces us with unforeseen challenges. This is a fake clinic. They provide no actual healthcare nor provide contraception that actually reduces the need for abortions. They provide one-sided info on abortions on their site but do not provide abortions. Youre better off going to a full-service (actual) healthcare clinic for reproductive care.

This is not a real health care center. As many other reviewers have stated, this is a fake clinic whose goal is to manipulate patients into carrying their pregnancies to term. Their website has a whole tab devoted to abortion information, but NO WHERE does it say that they actually DONT provide abortions, which is super misleading. They talk a lot about the potential risks of abortion on their website, but they dont mention the fact that abortion is a safe, common, and legal procedure that everyone in this country has the constitutional right to access. Also, it claims to be LGBTQ+ friendly, but all of the language on their website is super gendered, saying pregnant women -- Trans Men and Non-Binary Folks can be pregnant too!! If youre looking to explore ALL of your options in a judgment-free environment, I would absolutely avoid this place.

This isnt medical . It is a help center . You can obtain a proof of pregnancy test here . Ultrasounds are limited . Counseling is peer counseling .If you need adoptions referrals please look at what the Catholic church has or Jewish Community Alliance . Lawyers are not as compassionate as non profits .If something sounds fishy it probably is.Look up caring choices before coming here.

I came into the center 2 years ago when I found out I was pregnant and had an awful experience and left feeling hurt, more confused, and disrespected. I recently found out that I was pregnant again and something told me to give them a second chance and Im so glad that I did!! Prior to walking in and meeting with Jenny, I had my mind made up I was getting an abortion. Jenny was extremely kind, compassionate, treated me with the upmost respect, and explained to me ALL of my options. My experience with Jenny was completely different than my first terrible experience and I left feeling nothing but loved, respected, informed and advocated for. Jenny truly is an angel and I ultimately made the decision to keep my baby thanks to her knowledge, kindness, and guidance. She made me feel like I was the most important person in the world as we spoke and she supported me and whatever decision I made. I would definitely recommend the center to everyone that I meet now that is expecting and tell them to make sure they meet with Jenny!! I came to Womens Help Center seeking an abortion, confused and not sure what to do. I met with a woman named Jennifer who took so much time with me to help sort everything out. I went into that building afraid, set on a abortion. I left full of information. I was treated with respect and kindness. The woman helped me to see that I was not alone. I am so happy I went there and did not make a choice which could have ruined my life! I am having my baby and know Jennifer and the Womens Help Center are here for me and all woman in need!!

I couldnt have picked a better place to go to for my pregnancy concerns. These women truly care about you and have your best interest at heart. They are understanding, loving and non judgmental. I highly recommend coming here if you are at a crossroad or if you just need someone to talk to.

Everyone from the front desk to the nurses that attend to you are awesome. The environment is very loving, non judgmental, and supportive. They are professional and yet make you feel like you are with family at the same time. The R.N. Mary is hands down the best and she makes everything a breeze.

I went here for the first time in 2009 with my best friend. So in 2011 when I was now in her shoes I chose the same place and Im glad I did. They are Angels. So helpful and supportive. Im not sure if Patty still works there but she is great.Also my favorite Nancy. She is most definitely an angel in real life. I came there for 2 pregnancies. She gave me resources for jobs, financial help, help for mothers. Even when I moved to Georgia she helped me find a resource center up there near my house.Just wonderful women that God has blessed. I recommend to all women.Very helpful,nice, and non judgemental.

They care so genuinely about the pregnant women calling and coming in for appointments. My wife was blown away by their kindness and generosity when she called them for the first time.

When I walked in I felt pretty awkward the receptionist wasn’t very friendly .. the women who took my test wasn’t convinced I was pregnant even though I was. A second line is postive regardless ... I asked for a ultrasound and they said they don’t do them. Which is a lie. They do provide ultrasounds but they didn’t want to even talk to me about that. I would’ve given them a better rating if the atmosphere was better and they offered a ultrasound like they did for other people. Wouldn’t come back. They did how ever give me proof of pregnancy which was helpful ...

My wife and I went here to see if we could get some help with our pregnancy. First off the staff was very impersonal and couldnt be bothered as they were both on the phone when we arrived. After waiting patiently we were informed that there was nothing they could do for us. I understand that because we were further than 12 weeks your license wouldnt allow it but I personally know from a previous marriage that you will help well beyond that if you feel as though its necessary. ie; to prevent abortion or assist with adoption plans. Furthermore they continually gave my ex-wife sonograms throughout the rest of her pregnancy to ensure the health of the baby when adoption plans had been made. They wanted to make sure that they were going to receive their funding by setting up the adoption.So after telling my wife that they couldnt help us and upsetting her to the point of tears in the process, we walked to our vehicle to leave. Now I didnt drive off immediately so as to console crying wife and thats when they decided to come out into the parking lot to harass us about needing to see a doctor. Why do you think we even came there in the first place. Getting help to see a doctor maybe? We explained to you that we dont have money for co-payments and you turned us away anyway. Overall Im highly dissatisfied with this so called help center and would never recommended this establishment to anyone in need of help.

A family member that has been to the Womens Help Center is gratefulto have found this resource. For her it has been a life changing and life saving experience. The Center truly views the woman - or girl - as a whole person.

The Womens Help center was helpful. A friend of mine found herself in a very difficult situation. Pregnant and unsure. She didnt know for sure. She was afraid and more importantly she did not have insurance. Her and I went here together. They were kind and helped her get proof of pregnancy. They also gave her pamphlets about different options, including adoption. While we were there I saw 3 different families come in and out. They gave them diapers, had free jarred baby food, and even gave out clothes. My friend was offered an ultrasound, but was not pressured into one. She decided to opt out, and they were not upset about it. I found them kind, compassionate, and helpful. Pre and Post birth.

The most amazing staff Ive ever known ..Great organization, really feel that that they care , can really help people , and are making a difference in the world. I came to them about a year ago In need of real help , confused , abandoned ,with no support , and no were to go. Not only did they assist me in finding shelter for my unborn child and I but theyve helped me overcome a lot of obstacles in my life that kept me from living before I felt like I served no purpose. They were very informative and and went above and beyond to keep me going . The motivation they gave me was like none Ive ever experienced and I am forever greatful for them. My life is far from perfect but they help point me down the right path to make improvements GOD SENT😘😘

This place is very nice and staff is great my wait wasnt long at all 10mins maybe I didnt get a abortion just a free look at my baby. The lady I had was very nice and sweet she talked to me about not having a abortion and talked me into keeping my baby which is the right decision anyways. I was very happy when I left actually cried when I was there looking at my baby.

Be aware of what this place is! I was taking my son and his girlfriend for a therapeutic abortion at the Florida Womens Center. Because we are from out of town, we did not go to the correct place, and walked into the Womens Help Center by mistake. A woman holding a picture of a baby stood near the parking lot. I did not see this, but my son told me that this same woman came in via a back door to sit in the receptionists seat. She asked my sons girlfriend to fill out a three page form. When the receptionist learned that my sons girlfriend was seeking an abortion, she said Oh, I am so sorry for you. I asked where the Florida Womens Center was, and she said she had no idea. The Center is literally steps away, across the street. Be aware what you are getting when you walk in the door. The Help Center is there specifically to convince you not to get an abortion, and tries to look like a medical clinic, hoping to lure people (like us) who dont know exactly where they are going, to change their minds. Staff there harass the staff of the Florida Womens Center on a daily basis. Abortion is legal and it is up to each woman to make her own choice. These people should be ashamed of themselves for trying to portray themselves as something they are not. There are no medical personnel employed there at all. Despicable.

Recently visited the Womens Help Center. They provide women facing an unplanned pregnancy a safe, supportive, and caring environment without judgement. They are very professional and everything is completely confidential. They offer free pregnancy tests and ultrasounds if needed.

At the Womens Help Center the receptionist was really helpful, a wonderful woman.  They definitely were interested in me and my needs, I’m really happy I decided to come here, I will tell my friends to come here too because I learned a lot about abortions and new things about the whole pregnancy process.  I loved talking with them about everything.

While the services were free (I received a free test and ultrasound), the providers were incredibly biased and had the motive of pressuring you into keeping your pregnancy regardless of what you want. They told me I was 7 weeks (which was incorrect, I was only 5 weeks after a second opinion scan) and stated that the baby is moving and look how much your baby loves you. At this point in a pregnancy, it is not possible for a clump of cells to be consciously moving away from the ultrasound tech. I felt shocked and saddened that these professionals would lie to a young woman in such a tough time. I was so disappointed and am incredibly thankful that I am strong willed and know my options and my rights. The providers here have only one intention and that is to scare you into doing what they think is right.Please PLEASE if you are unsure of what you are going to do about your pregnancy, DO NOT COME HERE.I went to Planned Parenthood later in the week where I received another scan (which was administered correctly and gave a more accurate gestation time) by an actual doctor and was able to speak to someone about ALL of my options and was not shamed for wanting to know more about all possibilities.

I wish they were an actual obgyn! These women are so caring and non judgemental ! When faced in a scary position such as an unexpected pregnancy they offer so much help. Sue went above and beyond and helped me feel not so scared I cannot thank them enough!

I brought someone here by accident much like some of these other reviewers. She had an appointment next door and the plaza is somewhat difficult to navigate. Their name is very similar to the abortion clinic next door and seems to be designed that way with deceitful intent.We walked in and told the woman at the front desk that we had an appointment here for an abortion. She asked for my friends name and seemed to check an appointment list to confirm. Little did we know they DO NOT do abortions here nor do they EVER make appointments for any of their services.She led us into a back waiting room and My friend filled out a 3 page personal request form. She asked us a few questions then told my friend that she would not be allowed the surgical procedure because she was still early in the pregnancy (less than 8 weeks) and she would have to take the abortion pill which my friend heard can be a bit painful. The woman tells us that we will have to wait to talk to the doctor about the amount of pain the abortion pill with have on my friend. So to double check the length of pregnancy so far she recommended an ultra sound.The first thing she does is find the baby’s heartbeat and plays it numberous times. Each time raising the volume. Until my friend is almost in tears. She then starts pressing my friend with other options for keeping the baby that she is here to abort. Never letting my friend get a full sentence in without adding more options. Even suggesting that she could get paid for having the baby adopted after birth. “You are so pretty I’m sure your baby will be just as pretty. Everyone wants a pretty baby.” At one point she scolded my friend for wanting an abortion and stated that god would not like her for killing a baby. She told us to go home and think about it and then give her a call in a few days. We left and didn’t even make it to the car before my friend burst into tears and tremors.“Why would she talk to me like that”“i thought they were supposed to make me feel comfortable not judge me”“I want an abortion. Why won’t she let me have one”So I go back inside to tell the woman that she still wants the abortion and the lady tells me they don’t do abortions there. I asked if we were in the right place and she said “I don’t know”. I asked if this was the place that we had made an appointment with and she says with a grin on her face “we don’t ever take appointments here” So now after giving us misinformation and leading us on for 45 minutes she finally tells us that they are only there for guidance.Moral of the story is that this facility is set up stratigicly next to an abortion clinic meant to give women a second chance trying to confuse and deceive and prey upon young women that are already faced with a difficult Decision. My friend didn’t stop shaking for at least a half an hour. That woman pushed unnessisary trauma onto an already fragile mental state with no remorse. We finally found the REAL clinic next door and after going inside ahead of her to avoid anymore heartache she was able to get her procedure.

Manipulating blackmailing people... Took someone there and her test was positive... They wouldnt give her the proof of pregnancy bc she wouldnt schedule an ultrasound with them. Teresa told her that she couldnt get her p.o.p until she comes back. I dont recommend anyone to go here... They will hold your proof of pregnancy and tell you that you cant get it until you come back

I went to this place to find out how far along I am, because I cant keep this baby I have a 10 month old. I was making a huge decision what to do at this point & was very confused. I came to this place for help to figure out how far along I was and the tech told me I wasnt even 5 weeks bc my sac was so small & there was no baby in side so it looked like I was going to miscarry. I left there feeling so relieved & the next morning. Woke up feeling lied to I went to another clinic & I was 7 weeks and 4 days along! they are lies & left me feeling traumatized. I would never recommend this clinic to anyone. Everything they tell you is a lie. So that you are so far along that your cant choose another option.

The nurse was very understanding. I was in and out within 20 minutes with results.

I went to this place for help...This place NEVER turned me down. Always helpful and welcoming, which is why I am writing this review...There are not enough stars to review how wonderful this place was with my family, even when I was jobless and scraping for food.In regards to some of the previous posters, they clearly seem to be pro-abortion. I know you might say, NO ONE wants abortion, and youre right, but people are filled with so much misinformation and pressure, that in that moment of desperation the pro-abortion lobby has sold the term pro-choice as having an option...But let me ask you: Is snuffing your own child an option??The claims of being traumatized at the center are absolutely bogus....You can clearly tell by how WHC of Jax has responded...By turning the other cheek and with kindness.I will be very direct and speak from my behalf...WHC of Jax did not put that baby in their womb, I did not, the city did not....THEY did. If there was any trauma it was self-inflicted and lack of responsibility for their own actions.This is clearly an intellectual failure at basic biology. Sex is for pleasure and procreation. Genitals are clearly called REPRODUCTIVE organs for a reason. Google fake crisis pregnancy centers and you will see what these people are really up to. They set up to look like a legitimate womens healthcare facility and then deliberately mislead and misinform their clients; they can give free ultrasounds and stuff because they are funded almost exclusively by anti-abortion lobbyists. I had a similar experience to the person below who had an appointment at a legitimate healthcare facility and was mislead into coming to this one. They pretended to offer abortion services until they figured out they werent going to dissuade me and only THEN did they bother to mention that they actually dont. They try to postpone you getting your abortion until it becomes a much bigger and more dangerous deal than it would have been originally. They attempted to psychologically abuse and traumatize me into not getting an abortion. Do not be misled by these people - go to Planned Parenthood or some other legitimate place that provides REAL healthcare. Also I see that the owner likes to get on and respond to these reviews calling them out on their true agenda - so go ahead and just google it and you will see that these fake clinics are a real issue, and that these people are in the business of ruining lives for the sake of their imaginary sky-man.
