The worst place ever. One person says one thing one says another. No pay phone or phone an inmate can use to reach out to family thank god for vine link or I wouldn’t have knew anything. How are they helping when their attitudes are horrible. Why bring a phone if they can’t get it for a week or how can you buy them anything without knowing proper sizes.

This place is amazing, the staff is amazing and put in the effort to reintroduce inmates back into a working class society, with an attitude of hope, and responsibility. Thank you Jacksonville Bridge staff. Keep up the great work

There’s about 4 employees that are very rude towards us and my wife when she’s called on the phone. The cost of living here is too much for being a non profit organization. (70-80% of your check.) the director is very helpful and could make this place a lot better by changing up the staff a bit and getting more polite people to work there. ( just in place of the 4 or so rude employees) the food seems to be better with me. C in the kitchen now. Good job ms. C

My son goes here. I think its the next best thing to freedom. No harsh restrictions no mean guards. And he loves it better than being up that road.

I honestly loved the place it gets Petty but some of the staff really do care and I met some great guys at church the furloughs and all of it makes it a good way to end your time I got back on track because I needed to complete that program, they gave me drug intervention classes and have a great councilor in Mr Tims, I gotta say best time I ever did.I finished it and Im not a goody goody.I went to prison because I had a problem now I have a job and skills to build off of its hard but a good CRC for sure I was on the TC side they opened it up for work release after it was closed and my checks even said TC on them so they are a little different for checking in and out for work but its better than prison.

Very unprofessional work release center. Been twice and they take 80% of your funds.

Very greedy facility with little to no regard for the well-being or success of any of the inmates that come through there. Not to mention the staff is ghetto as hell and not professional AT ALL.

This place is the worse...my brother was here for a bit before being transferred back to prison because he wasnt able to work with the health issues he was having. Me and a family friend had purchased items for him to have while he was there at the time. That ended up stolen when packed by someone that works there and theyd stole his steel toe boots and other items. He should of been able to pack his own stuff before being transferred. Since he wasnt able to do so...a theft stole half of his stuff! I wish I could give this place no stars...if you have love ones here make sure theyd keeping tabs on all their stuff! Because if not someone will steal it right from under them.

Jacksonville Bridge is a very good stepping stone and undoubtedly the greenest pasture you can graze in during your incarceration in Department of Corrections the staff and administrators really do try to help transition back into society

Sent my son a phone. It was delivered DAYS ago and they keep telling him it hasn’t arrived. The package was insured and tracked...they LIE. I spoke to one employee that said there were 30 packages there that would be given out “when they get to them” The process is broken, lazy employees that DO NOT give a damn about inmates trying to re-enter society. Sad way they set them up for failure.
