Aging True doesnt even deserve 1 star! But I had to give 1 because I wouldnt be able to post this important message to whoever needs home health. The administration there is very incompetent, and so are the puppets in the office.... A current patient of Aging True, using their physical therapy, still having 3 weeks or longer left of physical therapy, went into the hospital for 3 days, Aging True discharged her. Remind you guys she has great insurance. A no problem patient, always compliant. DO NOT USE AGING TRUE 1 OF THE WORST HOME HEALTH AGENCYS IN JACKSONVILLE!!

This is the worst company to work for! The management they have in the home health department do not know what they are doing. And the higher ups dont care because they are making money. I would not recommend anyone there for a job or services.

Absolutely TERRIBLE company and organization. No loyalty to clients, their families or the employees who provide care for folks. The clients are suppose to be reason for their business...their families entrust the organization with their loved ones....and the employees are the ones hands on every day to provide care for the clients and the families...Aging True is about money and the big shots that sit in offices and push pencils. I would NEVER refer or advise ANYONE to use them for the care of their loved ones or for anyone to apply for employment with them. There will be no loyalty, commitment or honor given to you in any such case. They will do what works for them....and at any given moment you could be without care or employment.

The staff added massage as a stress free health day. Excellent and invigorating staff. So glad to have met the staff and participants. Top notch for caring!!!

What a joke of a non-profit this company is. I worked for the Cathedral Foundation many years ago before they re-branded to Aging True. There CEO and CFO are scam artists that launder money. All of their employees are expendable to them and their residents are treated poorly. How this agency manages to stay in business is mind blowing. It should be criminal for such a corrupt organization to receive city and state funding. Go take a tour of their resident facilities and you will see how nasty they are. Our storeroom had a rat infestation... However, if you go to the luxurious headquarters on Lakeside Dr you will understand where they truly allocate all of their funds.

ONE OF THE BIGGEST PROBLEMS WITH THIS AGENCY IS THAT THEY RECEIVE STATE AND FEDERAL FUNDS FROM DCF WHO IS SUPPOSED TO PROVIDE OVERSIGHT. BUT NEITHER AGING TRUE NOR DCF WILL ADMIT THAT... DCF KNOWS THIS IS A MEDICARE SCAM AND THAT CLIENTS ARE NOT BEING SERVED AND THEY WANT NOTHING TO DO WITH THAT. THE HEAD OF AGING TRUE HAS TO KNOW THAT THE SOCIAL WORKERS ALONE DO NOTHING AND LIE TO HER ABOUT EVERYTHING. SHE KNOWS THEY ARE COMMITTING MEDICARE FRAUD BUT DOESNT WANT TO ROCK THE BOAT WITH DCF AND PUT HER HIGH PAYING JOB IN JEOPARDY. ITS APPALLING AND ILLEGAL. I WONDER IF THE MAYOR OR GOVERNOR KNOW WHATGOES ON THERE? I KNOW RICK SCOTT KNEW EVERYTHING.MY SOCIAL WORKERS ALWAYS WANTED TO VISIT IN THE MORNING SO THAT THEY COULD HAVE THEIR AFTERNOONS FREE -- THEY WOULD STAY 10 MIN AND CHARGE MEDICARE FOR 45 MIN. THE SOCIAL WORKERS EVEN EVALUATED EACH OTHER! AGING TRUE WILL NOT DIVULGE THE NAMES OF SUPERVISORS AND DIRECTOR UNLIKE OTHER STATE AGENCIES. WHY THE SECRECY?!!

I wouldve made this a negative star rating if I could have. Find any other in home health care company/provider to take care of your loved one. This company has repeatedly failed my Aunt who has lived in Jacksonville for over 10 years. The company that Aging True contracts out to is awful also (AHP), IF someone shows up to take care of my Aunt they barely help her do ANYTHING. The last time the lady showed up she was only there for 1 1/2 hours (supposed to be there for 3 hours) and half the time she spent sitting on the couch on her phone. One weekend they DIDNT EVEN SHOW UP AT ALL and Aging True did NOTHING to find a replacement to help my Aunt. This is ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE. You call yourself a health care provider.

This company is terrible. If you have the option to hire anyone else, do it. The employees flake all the time. When theyre there, they dont take care of their client at all. I have so many stories of how they fail at their job. Theyve left my wheel chair bound grandma alone downstairs, never helped her to bed. They dont feed her. One has even brought her boy friend and stayed on her phone the entire time. They dont even show up, and wont tell anyone, leaving grandma alone to fend for herself. They also all lie. Dont trust your loved ones in their care.
