The counselor was fine... I just didn’t click with the counselor like I would of liked and I would be fine with meeting a new one.. the front desk wasn’t very friendly.. a bit dismissive especially the gentleman who was there at night.. African American... however they have potential to be better but I would not recommend to my loved ones at all

I just had the worst experience with this place. My son was being seen there and months and months went by until they told me that my balance had just kept racking up and then I had a $200 bill. I did start paying it down. My son also didnt like the therapist so I stopped taking him. So of course I forgot after making a couple payments after that I still owed. Normal businesses would call you and remind you that you still owe a balance and ask you to pay. If that had happened I wouldve happily paid but no they just randomly charged my card for what seems like the rest of my balance. Like I said before had they called me and gave me at least a heads up I wouldnt be so angry. Then when you try to call the billing department you always get their voicemail. When I stop trying to get the billing department and called the office I got told that I shouldnt put my card on file if I didnt want them taking money out.

Unethical billing practices and extremely poor service. Rarely return phone calls. Slow to address concerns and billing matters. It took greater than 4 months for office to receive labs results they claim to have requested, but only received them after I made a simple call. Lab results were sent same day. Office staff is not so friendly, front desk clerk rarely smiles.

Ive been going here for some time now and my doc has helped me tremendously. Ive learned coping skills, learned myself more. All around its a calm and friendly environment.They also take Covid-19 seriously if anyone was concerned.

Got in quick for an evaluation for a future medical procedure, but now cannot get them to send a report to my doctor. Called 2x, went in person to request same - still nothing. It makes no sense...

Spoke to the new patient coordinator on Thursday had a appointment the following Monday! They got me in super fast. It is always clean inside and everyone I have spoke with has always been helpful. My son has been going here for several months and we really like this place!

Went here a few years ago after a really bad experience between my wife at the time and myself. I was made to feel bad for something that truly wasnt my fault. I was thrown under the bus so to speak and an unofficial diagnosis/description of my supposed condition, a definitively incorrect conclusion, was thrust upon me by guilt trip. What my wife and I experienced was wrong for both of us, but my side didnt matter. My feelings didnt matter. I didnt matter. Nothing was done in the therapy sessions that helped me. It has taken me years to process just how wrong I was treated and manipulated. I would not recommend this counseling service. They will waste your time, take your money, and youll probably feel worse afterwards.

Super unprofessional, really disappointed. I went there to process the death of a close friend whos anniversary was coming up. I went weekly and loved the therapist I found online through them because she was a Christian counselor. Unfortunately, she stopped practicing there so I decided not to continue on with someone else. I showed up for my last session and they said my copay was $60 instead of the regular $20- when I tried discussing it with the lady at the window she was not about it. I told her that amount was ridiculously high and that they could have notified me ahead of time of the change because I wasnt going to pay that for a final session. What she did was charge me a no-show fee of $65 after I left instead of helping me resolve it. Then...they went back and back billed me **FIVE** months worth of copays all at once stating my copay was not the $20 they were collecting weekly, but **$60**. I would have never continued going there had I known and they knew that. This place is really sad. Its almost impossible to get anyone live on the phone. The front desk people are continuously struggling at times leaving people waiting at the window for check in for close to 10 minutes. I dont know how many times I sat in that lobby with others while we waited for someone to come to the front. When I tried to talk to the office manager about the integrity of back billing 5 months worth of WEEKLY $40 difference copays and a no-show fee for an appt I actually showed up for- I got no where. GO ANYWHERE ELSE! If it hadnt been for that therapist I would have split from them sooner.

In my opinion,I wonder if these people for real!! Wow, they show up late and expect you to pay for a full treatment, they talk about their personal life. They tell you to keep coming so they can get more money. In my opinion they do more harm than good to help a person. No comment. That is how I felt
