Dr. Rodriguez is an amazing doctor! He is clearly an expert in his field. He is very knowledgeable and provides his patients with access to the latest technology and treatment options available. He’s very understanding and listens to your concerns. He takes time with the patient and their family to help them with their health issues. I highly recommend the Delray Center to anyone looking for help with mental health. In addition, all of the therapists and nurse practitioners I have met from his practice are wonderful people. They are all well-trained and educated individuals who really care about helping people. This is truly a unique place that makes you feel like you are in the best hands as a patient.

The whole staff at the center is wonderful! They really take the time to listen to you and help you each every step of the way! I highly recommend them to anyone I come across looking to better themselves.

Dr Rodriguez did wonders for my mom. Her health had been giving her problems and she started to fade over the last 2 years. She fell into a depression and I feared she was never going to recover. It took a few tries on different medications but she finally started to get better. She is back to her former self now and able to enjoy her family again. Since she has become more active again her physical health is better now too. She goes out on walks every day and has been able to manage her weight gain. She was able to go back to independent living and feels good about herself. We could not be happier with her progress!

Dr Rod and his team have helped my son for close to half of his life. Doc and his team have not only saved my son from mental health and substance abuse issues, he has given him a life and a reason to live. There is no other place I would have my son go to and I recommend anyone looking for any kind of help to seek out the Delray Center. I thank all of you and I am eternally grateful.

Dr Rodriguez did a lot to help help me. My family was really worried for me and after a while feared I would never get better. They found Dr Rodriguez and I tried to do everything he asked me to. We were all so amazed that he was able to identify my proper diagnosis on the first visit and then give the correct treatment. I had been treated for the wrong diagnosis for over 4 years and was not getting better. The treatment that Dr Rodriguez gave me was very different than what I had been given before and it worked so much better. For the first time in 4 years my family and I had hope again. I have been feeling much better for over 6 months now and still cannot imagine how I was stuck in that bad place for 4 years.

If I could give negative stars I would.Trying to get information just to set up an appointment is an absolute nightmare.Talked to a John on the phone after calling the number on the website and pressing option 1 for new patient, only to be told that he doesn’t handle that and he gave me a totally separate number to call, no one answered. I called John back just to ensure I got the right number and he was very rude when I stated there was no voicemail message to confirm who I was giving my information to was a licensed professional and not some random person (the number given was not listed on the site). He just kept saying “there’s definitely a voicemail,” in a derogatory tone. I never said there wasn’t a beep at the end of the call, only that there was no voicemail. This could have been an error, but regardless that error would not have been my fault in any scenario. I was met with impatience and he spoke as though this was my fault and completely cast me aside.Someone at this establishment needs to work with John to ensure he is given the proper tools and preparation to speak to customers courteously.I work with people every day as an operations manager and never have I gotten such a poor first impression of a company. If you are a customer in search of “healing,” and mental health help, it would serve you well to avoid this establishment as they will only add to your anguish.

Dr Rodriguez got my fiancees medications right when nobody else could. She had been struggling with depression for years and it was taking on her and our relationship. She had tried many medications with other doctors before and either it would not work or there were too many side effects. Dr Rodriguez got it right in less than 6 weeks. We are both forever grateful.

(I’d like to say to pay attention to the 5 star reviews and see how they all follow a similar script. Very odd to me.)I’ll try my best to keep this short because this center put me through a lot. Let me start with Dr. Rodriguez, he called for our online sessions 30 minutes to an hour+ late..every single time. Our first appointment he was hours late. He never apologizes and blames it on being a dr with “emergencies.” One time he only called 20 minutes late which was a miracle. I finally decided to stop seeing him when I forgot to make an appointment in session with him, and I tried to contact the center so many times (over the course of weeks) to make an appointment before I ran out of meds. I called multiple phone numbers, some of them just said the voicemail box was full, others didn’t even answer. My therapist said she would tell the office to call me, but they never did. My husband wrote a 1 star review on here just to say we can’t get ahold of anyone trying to get someone’s attention. We eventually called someone who answered and they insinuated that I was lying about trying reach them because it was the first they heard of me. My next session with my therapist, Abby, she used the last 10 minutes of my session time to say the review made her and the center look bad, and asked me if he would “consider” taking it down. First of all, that was my husband’s review so it shouldn’t of been put on me. I told her I didn’t know about it and she said “I have it right here,” like she had been waiting the whole session to confront me. That was my breaking point with this entire center. That review was us crying for help before I ran out of meds, not necessarily a bad review, but now they are receiving a real one. I truly trusted her, I genuinely liked her, and she decided the face of the center was worth more than her ethicality, and morals as well as our patient client relationship. She should’ve known there was no way I’d be seeing her again, but she did it anyways, because there are others who will pay money. There is so much wrong with this center on a technical and moral standpoint. I’m pretty certain they delete reviews instead of caring about people’s negative experiences. I guess it’s easier to do that than actually fix the problem(s.) They will use the excuse of this center just starting up, but why would you open a second center if you can’t even handle it?? Also, I’d like to add, they are not covid safe no matter what they claim. They don’t wear masks, they tell you that you can take off yours (even before vaccines,) that’s why I only saw them in person once. My point with saying that is that you can’t believe anything they tell you. They aren’t someone to trust with mental health issues. Please find someone who genuinely cares, and won’t cause you more stress than what they were treating you for.Update: I just saw a new psychiatrist and she said the dose I am is not recommended and extremely high. Dr Rodriguez is willing to put your health at risk for more appointments that last 5 minutes. I’m not surprised, but also very sad for everyone who goes here in hopes of getting help. Stay away please.
