My only regret with this place is that I didnt find them sooner. I wasted too much time with doctors that didnt truly care and didnt listen. Finding someone who treats you as a person and not a number can be one of the most difficult things.The moment I sound Pacific Care I knew that they were different. From the front desk to the doctors, they are head and shoulders above the rest. Ive never had a doctor that listened to me and truly cared the way Dr. Treesh does. She treats me as an individual and truly listens to me. My medications are finally on point and I feel the best I have in years.

Absolutely love this place! I moved to the area about a year ago and had to leave my previous doctor. I looked around for the best place to fit my needs and am so glad I found Pacifica Care. The staff is knowledgeable, accommodating, and always so friendly. Highly recommend

I have had the hardest time finding the right doctor and the right medication. What a relief to find this place! The entire staff was friendly and amazing. Big shout out to Dr. Treesh for being so great and caring. I’m finally on a medication that works for me and I couldn’t be happier with my experience here.

I dont know if theres new management at this facility or what- but I have to say, the negative reviews below have not at all been my experience. Ive felt safe in being transparent and forward about how Ive felt and Dr. Kaufman and his team have been attentive to my situation. After working with several doctors and feeling like I wasnt being heard, or was being dismissed, I now feel like Im actually receiving help. Theres some figuring out to do, as there often is with these things, but its nice to feel theres a team behind me providing assistance.

I am very grateful to Dr. Shah and the team at Pacific Care. I am in my 6 month of pregnancy and it can be tricky to balance the mental health of the mom and also whats best for the baby. Dr. Shah has been amazing talking me through my options. Also grateful to Gabe who helped me set up my appointment over the phone, its rare to experience good customer service these days and Gabe was so kind. Thank you Pacifica Care!

I called to make an appointment a few weeks ago and the New Patient Coordinator was super friendly saying she “would love to help me out” if I had any issues with the patient portal or the paperwork. Whoever I spoke to before her seemed super friendly, as well as the Medical Assistant who helps with the Dr. and I would recommend this office to anyone who feels that they need a psychiatrist or psychologist, to come here. These girls are so helpful and kind. I’m so thankful.

Alex and Crystal are two of the most efficient, dedicated, supportive, and hard working support teams at any medical facility anywhere. They will do absolutely everything and anything they can do to help, and all without any reminders; they are on it! Dr. Shaw is delightful as well, and looks for creative solutions.

I called to try to get my daughter in to see someone. Unfortunately they do not see kids, but Krystal was very kind. She gave me a name and place of someone who does see kids. I called them next and got my daughter set up. I have spent hours calling different offices, to be told they couldnt help. Ive delt with a lot of rude people today. Krystal was a breath of fresh air!

Mr Ken has helped me so much over the past year and a half. He listens and provides great tools for the toolbag on how to improve you life with anxiety. I can’t imagine where I would be without him. Definitely recommend!Shelby, one of the secretaries, is always so sweet and helps me get appointments whenever I need them. She definitely makes the experience run very smooth and if there is ever any issues with scheduling or technical difficulties with the telehealth she is right there ready to help!

The worst place you can be treated. No one knows what is going on so good luck on getting better. They had me give a urine sample for a medication I didn’t even take. And when I questioned it they had no answers. That wasn’t even the worst of it. High turnover rate so no doctor can really get to know you. Ethically just a messed up place all around. Told me I was misdiagnosed and over medicated by their own staff? Terrible place. Especially dealing with a population of people who are in need wanting to get better.Edit: I was not a new patient at the time they requested the drug screening. Idk what they are talking about.

I was super hesitant about even calling this place because of all the reviews, but decided to start coming here anyway and so far so good. I never use to read reviews, but now a days its the only way to find out more or less about the office. Truthfully NOONE hardly ever gives good reviews, people only speak on the bad, so always hard to trust them. I can honestly say i havent had any issues with office or staff.

This facility doesn’t deserve 1 star… The Medical Director should have her medical license revoked as she will not hesitate to put your health in danger based on her own convenience! Imagine after being on a particular medication (non controlled) for 30 years and when you run out ask to have the medication refilled and being told you need to be seen first and no availability for 2 weeks??? Need to be seen? To confirm in her mind that I actually have OCD that I’ve dealt with my entire life? How about just so they can charge for an appointment and in doing so I would be going without a prescription for weeks that I’ve been on for 30 years. She is obviously not medically versed in understanding what effect immediate medicinal withdrawal has on someone after 30 years of consistent use. It is extremely dangerous to do this and as a result of her malfeasance my health was put at risk!!! In addition to the incompetence of the Medical Director, my therapist was very condescending and was not interested in anything I had to say. They form their own opinions of you based on their own questionnaire. They will not meet you in person either but everything is done by phone or telemedicine. They do not care or respect your time, they only respect theirs. For patient safety purposes I hope this business is shut down and licenses revoked!!!

I used to love coming to this office to see Jessica and also Dr Toledo. I also love the girls at the front desk.both of my doctors ended up leaving so I made an appointment with Dr Barnea trusting that he would at least listen to me and refill my medications. It was over the phone and after me releasing some very personal information he asked for, he would talk over me, told me that my panic attacks are in my head, and hes taking me off the medication Ive been on for a year because he doesnt write that prescription. Its a light anxiety med that I only take when 100% necessary. He then tries to diagnose me with bi polar after speaking to me on the phone ONCE and ups my anti depressant. He was rude, condescending, and I paid $125 to see this whack of a doctor. He didnt care at all about my diagnosis Ive had for many years and blew me off. Since I didnt agree with him he told me Id have to come back in two weeks and pay another $125 if I change my mind.Im appalled and I sincerely hope they get a new doctor because hes just plain cruel.

I cant say enough about how wonderful everyone at Pacifica care is. My son has been treating there for almost 2 years and they have always accommodated every request I have made on my sons behalf. They were especially helpful when I had to battle my health insurance in order to cover a very expensive injection, which is life-saving for my son. I would recommend them to anyone seeking quality, compassionate mental health care.

My son, who has been diagnosed with Schizophrenia, has been treating at Pacifica Care PLLC for over a year. During his time there, he has received first class care. The staff was also influential in helping me defeat a health insurance company’s attempt to deny providing him with his monthly injection, which costs $5,000.00 per injection. My son’s doctor at Pacifica Care and the staff provided me with all of my son’s records and an outstanding report to defeat those efforts. One of the biggest obstacles for mental health providers is earning the trust of the patient. My son has developed tremendous trust in his therapist and the care they provide. I would strongly recommend Pacifica Care PLLC to anyone seeking qualified mental health treatment for themselves or a loved one.-Scott Cleary

This place is wildly unprofessional, especially to those of us who dont have health insurance. If you want an appointment here, be ready to try at least 5 times to get one appointment. If anyone says they will call you back or email, its a joke. They called me, set up an appointment, sent me reminders about it, and then 2 minutes before my appointment I called and they had no idea what I was talking about. The doctor wasnt even there. Unless you have good insurance, dont go here. Theyll just give you the bums rush. If you miss an appointment, its $75. What if the doctor misses your appointment? Then too bad! Who cares if you took off work? The useless assistants will do nothing. I met one decent doctor here, the previous doctor and therapist I had were both useless and refused to listen to me (both were male). Youre better off just trying something else if you are having mental health issues.

Every month when I try to make an appointment they tell me my doctor no longer works there. No courtesy call to tell you. So you have to rexplain your whole life story to someone new each time. I was on meds for my anxiety and they were great, the new doctor was like NO, Im taking you off everything. Then told me I needed to get blood work done. I called every week for 2 months to see if he had signed off on it yet. But he was always out of town, or sick. This last week I called and found out he was no longer with the company. Along with that there is always scheduling issues, and time to get medication. I feel like I have to call them constantly to remind them of things, or walk them through how to do their jobs.

I have been a long time patient and the staff turnover is incredible. Consider yourself lucky if you see the same Dr., PA, NP, etc., more than twice. Do your self a favor and find somewhere else to go. Dont waste your time or money on this place. I wish it would allow me to give this place no stars.

I wouldn’t give a star if it was a optional. Worse place in Jacksonville in you need mental health. They had a amazing Dr there but that’s about it. Once she left everything went to hell. It’s family owned which makes it even worse. They don’t care about one patients. They told me they no longer take my insurance and I could be self pay until I could find a new provider which in this crisis everyone is booked out until March April. So once I called for my self pay appt I was told they couldn’t take me self pay and I could no longer be a patient. They didn’t care about my mental health or anything at that. They were rude and heartless. I really wish I could find out where DrTeledo because she was the best but probably very smart on leaving this horrible office. Stay away honestly

Absolutely insane that you have to chase down monthly refills for your spouse every month! And I mean chase, over more than a day, multiple calls, just way too much suffering on the end of the patient who is medically dependent on these meds. If you dont schedule your patient for a visit for 60 days, THEY NEED 60 DAYS OF THEIR MEDS TIL THAT APPOINTMENT! Its not the office ladies, its the Dr. thats not got their act together here. Looking for better care elsewhere, and planning a complaint to Gabe, Office Manager, ASAP. My spouse shouldnt have to keep suffering!Update: Head psychiatrist gently told my wife at the conclusion of an appointment that if I didnt remove my Google review (above) that she would drop her as a patient. A month later they mailed a letter dropping my wife from Pacifica Care, and mailed it to an address we havent resided at in 7 months! We got lucky we know the mail lady, or she wouldve once again been in the ER due to not having her maintenance medicines that SHE put her on! Going from Google Review of the insanely unsatisfactory to now looking for a vehicle to report this malpractice to the AMA! Be careful folks, its your life in the balance.

I’ve been here for at least three years, and I have been diagnosed by my previous psychs and medicated for those issues I have. My past appointment was yet again a different person, but this time it was Dr. Shah. I have never been treated with such disrespect when trying to receive help. I tried telling him I wanted to straighten out my diagnoses because I needed to try to add a new medication. We go over my history, and I told him what I believe I have to help diagnosis...instead of doing the normal testing that previous doctors would have given to me immediately, he tests me for something absolutely different, that overlaps symptoms of my issues, since they overlap I agree. HOWEVER, if he had finished asking me more questions he would have known I DO NOT have Said diagnosis (— previous Psychiatrist from Pacifica disagreed with Said diagnosis, and instead gave me the diagnosis I was currently asking help and meds for). I don’t know if he just didn’t believe me or couldn’t look at my own charts, but I was already diagnosed and medicated for the issues, but I just wanted to try out new medication.) Instead of listening, he told me he was going to put me on two new medications for his new diagnosis for me. I told him that I absolutely disagree with the diagnosis, and that I do not want to be put on those new medications. I have never been asked to take more than one new medication at once, and have only gotten one new medication for 30 days to check for symptoms. He told me either I could listen to his years of experience or go to a different doctor for help (for the problems I have already been diagnosed with by a previous person that WORKED THERE!!! All I wanted was to reaffirm my diagnosis and get one new medication- and he didn’t listen and chose a whole different diagnosis to give me.) I know I won’t be taken seriously and listened to, so stay away from this office.I went to get my refills of my medication, He prescribed me a new medication that I DID NOT ask to be put on.When I asked him about the diagnosis I have been struggling with, he asked me how I would even know I had it, and with his 40 years of experience he still doesn’t fully understand the disorder. It is not my problem that my psychiatrist does not fully understand the disorder to help me, and maybe he should read up on new information. Previous psychiatrist that worked there understood it, and helped me with it.Edit: Also, thanks a lot to the manager who was supposed to call me and never has because he’s just “too busy.” I’m still waiting.Edit:They finally called me back after I said I would report their psychiatrist/practice for absolutely not caring to respond for I believe a month now. I was absolutely worried of needing medication and running out of time to fix this problem; why wouldn’t I worry when there are reviews of other people chasing this place down for a refill. It’s dangerous to randomly withdrawal from medication. They think I’m incompatible with Dr. Shah because he’s incompetent to help me, so I have to find someone new. Which is the best option, because there’s no way you can diagnose a person within 20 minutes, and change all of my medication. Which also a recent reviewer also had the same experience. They let me share my story, and said they can give me my stuff to change to a different office but honestly that’s not enough for me. Don’t have a person like that working for you. They don’t care. I had recommended people to this place, and after they heard the whole experience over the phone they aren’t going to come to this place anymore. Too much time of the call was spent trying to convince me to take this review down because they think they solved the problem and don’t want to discourage new patients. However, if you treat your patients like this, you don’t deserve the work. If you want proper diagnosis and care, this isn’t the place. They even told me to go to an actual psychologist because it’s hard to gauge a diagnosis in such a short time. Well then don’t diagnose in 20 minutes then.

I’ve been contemplating writing this review for almost 6 months now. My first appointment was good and cleared up so many questions about my mental health. The person I spoke to at Pacifica was the first psychiatrist I had ever spoken to.After the first month I was required to have a check up appointment so I could refill my prescription, but the office called me and told me that I would be referred to another psychiatric facility because my condition had to do with “alcoholism” and that was not something that the psychiatrist had specialized in. First of all, I was never an alcoholic or diagnosed with alcoholism. I’m in my early 20s and I actually had stopped drinking for an entire month prior to the “check up.” And second, how are you just going to abandon your client who had recently committed a suicide attempt? She was the only person who I had ever told about my attempt and I had trusted her. Psychiatrist are supposed to be there for you, this place only cares about money. So thank you for making me have to relive that attempt again by searching for someone else after you abandoned me as a client.

I can describe DR ATUL SHAH Pacifica Care in one word Awful . The one entertaining part is he will keep your interest by constantly hammering on his computer keyboard during your whole visit.

Front office staff are clueless. No psychiatrist makes an effort to get to know who you are before diagnosing you and loading you up with meds. They have an extremely high turnover rate with staffs/practitioners. I loved my therapist there, Kelly. She was the only reason I stayed for so long. They consistently badger you with phone calls and invoices. I’ll never go back.

I was told that after I submit my paperwork back in January, that the person who sets up new appointments would be in touch. Well, it’s almost been a month now. No returned calls after numerous messages. Moving on.

The most comfortable, professional office Ive been to in over 20 years. Worth the drive, worth paying out of pocket if and when necessary. Every staff member was wonderful, two of the best Psychiatrists Ive ever seen were at this location. I was given tools to help me understand depression and the brain, highly recommend Kenneth H for counseling/therapy. I moved out of State or would write more.

Updated 12/3/20 - Horrible service. They always use the excuse that their system is down to send script. I pay cash and i don’t get the service that i pay for! The doctors on the website are no longer there they use medical assistants to do appointments then DR. Donna H. (the only dr who can write scripts) sends in wrong strength and amounts. Donna never answer any of the patients calls or emails, front desk girls are super rude And put you on hold For 20 mins so you can hang up . I been going here for 2-3 years and saw so many employees leave. Unprofessional and not following protocol for all the medical assistants they have and only one doctor who can write scripts. Front desk girls say dr Donna only comes in when she wakes up around noon

If they tell you they are taking new patients, don’t believe them! They are liars. My 19 year old daughter is extremely depressed; her primary dr tried several different antidepressants but none of them worked. She had to drop out of college temporarily and she can barely get out of bed. I called Pacifica and they said they were accepting new patients and that first my daughter would have to complete the new patient paperwork and send it to them, and then they would contact her for an appointment. She completed the paperwork and I scanned and emailed it to them 2 weeks ago. Last week I called them (after a week had gone by and we hadn’t heard back) and they said they received the paperwork and they would be calling her within the week to schedule an appointment. No one had called by today, which is 2 weeks from the day I sent the paperwork to them, so I called again. Today, they said that there is now a lengthy wait list to get an appointment & they didn’t have an approximate time frame at all, they said it could be many months. I am very mad about being misled and lied to this way! We wasted valuable time filling out 8 pages of paperwork and the waiting two weeks, that we could have spent looking for another psychiatrist! I wish they would have just been honest from the beginning and said they weren’t accepting new patients!

We have been going to Pacifica Care since January 2015. The care we have received has been exemplary but the office side of the operation left something to be desired. At one point in time I was actually told they no longer answered their phones and it would take days to get a call back when you left a message.The new staff is totally different. Call them and just one or two button pushes gets you to a live person.Shanalo at the front desk is pleasant to deal with and is true to her word, if she says she will do something, it gets done and she does a follow-up call to let you know it has been accomplished. Megan and Shelbi in scheduling and confirmation, likewise are very helpful and do follow-up and callbacks to ensure your needs are met.We had been seeing Amanda for about 2 years and were very happy with her treatment, but were very concerned when she left the practice. Fortunately her replacement, Bridgett appears to be as competent and compassionate as Amanda.Once again we are happy to be patients of this practice, especially considering we were actively searching for a new office earlier this year.If they continue this level of service, we will continue to be clients.Unfortunately, they no longer accept our insurance, so we have to find a new provider. What a shame since they were finally getting their act together.

I absolutely adore this place!!! My prior psych dropped due to insurance changes and Megan was able to get me in so quickly! She called to fit me in when a patient cancelled and if they only knew how much this meant! Bridget my psych was lovely, calm, to the point and started an aggressive regiment of treatment. The girls upfront are always smiling and were such a comforting welcome. Megan is a blessing and Pacifica is lucky to have her and all the other extremely talented professionals working there! My new PA said the doctor said I had to stop Xanax and Tramadol. My PA, and refill my meds. Five consecutive days I called and I was told I would get a call that day and my meds. They let me become unstable. They dont care about their patience and they lied to me seven times. Dont use them.

Very professional courteous group. I couldnt be any more thankful and pleased with the amount of care and compassion they have for their patients. Other health clinics who treat you as a dollar amount as opposed to a patient. Very quick call backs, reasonable time office visit, clean professional offices as well as staff. If youre looking for a group that wants to truly address your issues I highly recommend.

I have seen people say they have had issues with this group and I am sorry to hear that. I personally have had nothing but a great experience with everyone. They have squeezed me in when I have needed it and they have always been great about communication. I have recommended more than a couple people here and I will do so as long as they don’t change.With that said, I have been coming here for a couple years and I was in a very dark place. I loved them before, but the staff there now is Stellar! They have a sense of humor and have made me feel so welcome when I am in a funk. I will continue to go there as long as I can and if the staff stays the way they are. Honestly the best Group I have been to in the 12 years I have needed help.

If you need to see a psychiatrist that truly cares and is so smart that he can AND WILL make sure you become the person GOD made you to be you have to see Dr. Gary. HE IS THE REAL DEAL! ALL of the staff ROCKS, please go see him. He saved my life and marriage. #LOVE WINS

After having a less than helpful experience at another office, I found Pacifica through their Google reviews. The office space is clean, quiet with noise machines and not too much decor. It is bright and airy and very calming. The rooms all feel professional but not sterile or “doctor” like. The office team is nothing but friendly and helpful. Gerry has been a great provider and listens to me but also pushes me in the right direction as far as medication goes. He explains and answers questions so I always feel like I understand and am in control of my care. I have seen Kelli for therapy and she has been understanding and also challenges me to take the steps necessary to be a healthier version of myself. I’ve never felt judgment or pity from anyone in the office. Their hours are flexible enough to work with my schedule. I may not have followed through with medication and therapy if I had stayed in the office environment I was in before. I am so thankful I found Pacifica Care. It’s more than copays and drugs for this team. They know your name and make a real effort to meet you where you are and help you get where you want to be. It’s about the person, and I feel like that’s what makes Pacifica so great. I hope I never have to find a different office. Pacifica is everything I could have hoped for.

I have trusted Pacifica Care since 2014 and I am 150% satisfied! The front desk and admin staff are SO nice and always make sure the patient is priority! I am not just writing a review to be writing. I would recommend this place to anyone. The office staff are all very helpful and patient. I came in broken very agitated and out of place. The office manager came out sat with me and encouraged me that I was in the right place. I was led down the hall with a warm embrace from Ms Gail who held my hand looked me in my eyes and started with just that I needed to let me knowwe will get through this. You never know what a person may be going through but with a caring office staff that greets you to meeting with anyone you maybe assigned to feeling the genuine care is whats here at Pacifica care. I definitely would encourage you to go here. Its a personal experience.

Friendly staff. The girl who initially took me back before seeing the doctor was very welcoming. Jessica truly seems interested in how I’m doing and the progress I make.

When I moved to Daytona Beach the first thing I did was try to find a new Psychiatrist and counselor. I couldn’t believe how bad the reviews were as I began to read on each doctor I researched. I choose what I thought was the best of the poor options. After three years I finally was fed up with the lack of care and concern I was receiving and started looking elsewhere. My goal was to find a doctor with more that 2 ½ stars in reviews that took my insurance. I started extending my search area and finally ended up looking in Jacksonville. That is when I found Pacifica Care’s website. My husband and I drove the almost 2 hr drive to Jacksonville and I knew as soon as I entered the door I was where I needed to be. The office was clean and the staff was friendly and actually knew what they were talking about – far cry from my former doctor and staff. I really wasn’t wanting to drive 4 hrs round trip to go to the doctor but I believe it is worth every mile. For the first time since moving to FL I feel I have individuals who really care about my needs. They are trained to give me the aid my husband and I need if times get tough. Thank you to everyone in the Jacksonville office for making me know I am “safe” again!

Im so thankful that I found this office. I needed to have my medication tweaked and was struggling to find a new psychiatrist after changing health insurance companies my new physicians assistant was renewing my current medications. I found Pacifica in a Google search and phoned for an appointment. Megan was amazing with me, trying to fit me in while I struggled to complete paperwork electronically. The struggle was within myself and she was so accommodating.In a struggle with depression for over 30 years, this would be my 5th office so my recommendation for this office comes with experience.My first appointment was today. Very professional and friendly staff. They called for Megan to come out from the back when I asked another staff member if she was Megan. Megan greeted me with a hug, a much needed one. I meet PA-C Bridget for my care. We did an in-depth history, I explained situations when needed and we talked. I return in one month knowing I can phone if i feel l need to return sooner.

Pacifica care has been a good resource for me to get back in touch with myself, family, and responsibilities. I have been under their care for over 5 years and they have gotten me back on track to handle life. The healthcare professionals are great!!

For one this place is not a Physicians office at all. Had an appointment set for for a date and the staff cant remember their own set dates. Wont fix the problems with their patients when caused by their inept office staff. Save your money its all all about charging your insurance here. Zero care with very little return. Save yourself the headache.

I found This place on google and thank goodness i did! My husband goes here and we both really enjoy them! From the front desk staff who go above and beyond to really help you to Bridget and ken. My husband had an appointment with Ken and also ran out of his meds and they worked it so he could see Bridget right before his appointment! I would ABSOLUTELY Recommend here to anyone. They will take care of you the best they can and will work with you!

Over the last two months I have been going to Pacific Care I have found the staff warm, patient and courteous. Hesitant to see a PA-C instead of a Psychiatrist, I admit my concerns were unnecessary. Bridget Straub is warm, patient and well informed. My visits with her have been delightful and, without a doubt, I can say that her treatment suggestions have worked to my advantage.

Just moved to the area and was referred by brooks rehabilitation and I couldn’t be happier everybody is so helpful, understanding, and compassionate. A lot of places give you the run around and waste hours of your time, well this was the exact opposite. Pacifica is fast without feeling rushed I highly recommend.

I would 100% recommend Pacifica Care. Dr. Coulter made me feel very comfortable on my first visit and is very down to earth. You can also trust that communication with this office will never be a problem. Giovanni at the front desk is also EXTREMELY helpful. Ive had issues with my pharmacy or scheduling problems and he goes above and beyond to assist customer needs. Im so happy to have found Pacifica Care and give them 5 stars all around!

When I first started at Pacifica, I thought it was wonderful - and actually recommended the practice to friends and family members. However, the past 6 months have shown me a different side of this practice - one greedy, uncaring, and focused on how much they can bilk patients and insurance companies for. I am stable and on a steady dose of my medication, but for some reason, I was “required” to come in for a monthly appointment to see my doctor for 5 minutes, say everything is still all good, and walk out with my prescriptions refilled. God forbid I miss this appointment - they make it as difficult as possibly to refill prescriptions. When my roommate, who was seeing the same doctor, lost her job and couldn’t afford the copay, they forced her to go without medication for 2 weeks until she could afford to get in for an appointment. Then they send me nastily worded bills for money that I don’t owe them, threatening collections activity on a first notice. I will not be returning and do not recommend Pacifica to anyone.

They do not deserve the one star. No therapy. Just one minute session and a prescription.

For the most part, I have been pleased with my treatment. Today, I arrived at their office to be told that the Nurse Practitioner that I was scheduled to see is not in today. They told me that they tried to notify me. My phone number has not changed. I have zero missed calls, zero voicemail messages and zero text messages from Pacifica Care. Instead of kindly apologizing, Pacifica Care made excuses as if it was my error. I am disappointed with how this was handled. I would have had to wait two hours to see another practitioner for medication management. I declined as I had other obligations. I am now rescheduled for later in the week. Very disappointed that they wasted my time today. If the shoe was on the other foot, I would be paying them a fee for missing an appointment. I do not get to charge them for wasting my resources and my time. It was handled in an unprofessional manner. Extremely disappointed with todays service.

I discontinued care over a year ago. My insurance covered most of the cost because my deductible was met due to a serious motorcycle accident. Today I get a bill in the mail for over 300 dollars and the statement said i paid 25 dollars each visit. That is completely wrong. I have the receipts and it was between 80 to 100 dollars each visit with my insurance deductible met. If something didnt go through I would have been contacted by my insurance or by them the next visit for a balance. My primary doctor has never given me this issue or seeing another specialist after i discontinued care here. Tell me thats not fishy.... I also never saw this doctor who claims to be charging me and my prescription was always sent to the wrong pharmacy. This caused many issues and sometimes I would have to wait a few days for it to be ironed out. My visits were generally cut short as well they were not a full 60 minutes the bill claims. Maybe 40 minutes and thats being generous.

I highly recommend this clinic! Thank you to all the doctors and employees at Pacifica care for always being incredibly kind and professional! Definitely a 5 star facility!

With new management, my experience completley changed. Went from 5 stars to 1. They used to work with you, I paid every bill. Then they went to 100% owed at time of service, and at $400+ every single appointment, that can be hard to do all of the time.

So I had my very first appointment, and all I can say is that this place is awesome. Everyone was friendly, and the doctors really listened to my needs and made suggestions to improve my care. By the way, they were able to schedule my appointment a week earlier than expected and I was seen within a week of my initial request (I’m a new patient and it is extremely difficult to get seen by a psychiatrist or LMH therapist). They were able to resolve or provide possible solutions to the questions and concerns I had regarding previous and current conditions. I would definitely recommend this place for anyone seeking care or those who need help but may be have turned off by poor treatment in the past by other providers. No one should go without mental healthcare in this day and age.

I believe the staff to be young and enthusiastic.Sincerely interested in helping those who come to them. Although, be prepared to be met by a young woman in comfy old jeans, a cotton ribbed top and no bra. Scratching my head as we walked through the hall, I only wondered ,had she just rolled out of bed?If that sits right with you.... Go for it!( and your likely younger than I )

From the front desk receptionists, to the providers, to management they all are amazing. They all have a genuine hearts and make you feel like you are apart of their work-family.

It is a fantastic place to learn about my self and the journey ahead in my recovery. If you need aid then pacific a care can help.

I cancelled an appointment for a sick child more than 24 hours before the appointment and was charged a no show fee. When I called the providers office the call always goes to voicemail advising someone would get back to me within 48 hours. After several more calls I finials reached a receptionist who advised the account would be reviewed and I would get a call back. I never received a call back but I did receive another bill. I called the Pacificare Jacksonville office several time and was told a supervisor named Megan would call me back, but she hadn’t. I called again this week and was told the same thing but again No call back. It’s unfortunate we had to cancel all future appointments because of poor customer service.

Took numerous calls to get specific information on how to get an appointment. About 6 weeks later I finally get one and Instead of seeing a female doctor as I requested because I feel more comfortable talking to a female, I get a guy who I cant even understand and I have to repeat myself constantly. After 5 mins I went to front desk and asked why the change. They tell me that maybe I was assigned the guy because only he can handle my case. Out of all the doctors only one is qualified? I did not get a call informing me of the change in doctors, nor did I get a confirmation of appointment until the DAY BEFORE. Only took about 15 mins total to feel completely unconfident about this practice.

WORST PSYCH OFFICE I HAVE EVER STEPPED FOOT IN. Not only did they break HIPPA, and treat me as if I was wrong for being upset about it and demanding something be done , in summer 2018, at the time the office manager Nikki made sure those involved were fired . They knew what they did as my ORTHOPEDIC SURGEON had my on a homeopathic supplement for my joints , which made a false positive onna drug screen , and they shouted it in front a FULL WAITING ROOM ! I then had one of the worst panic attacks of my adult life . Then more and more girls from the back poured out to stick their nose in what was going on , making a huge scene into a bigger scene to the point I had to walk out and couldnt even speak. I wento to my car to hyperventilate and couldnt even drive home . This being a mental health office THEH SHOULD KNOW BETTER , Secondly HIPPA PEOPLE . You should have been trained properly . You are also working with severely depressed , anxious . Suicidal , and sick people . People who need help and it took a LOT TO SEEK IT ! I STUPIDLY went back after being told the staff was fired November of 2018. And then didnt go back because life happened . Well I just go back today , 5/9/19 and some new women started in on me with the drug test thing again . Was extremely rude , when I explained my situation and that he office manager said to always come to her office , she tellsMe nikki the office manager isnt there and continues to be rude ! IN A MENTAL HEALTH OFFICE , meanwhile multiple jso officers are escorting some poor girl out of there . Makes me thing this place is incahoots with jso or something . Because its not the first time Ive seen jso there taking someOne out . Guys , DONT DO IT DONT GO THERE . They dont care about you , they want your insurance money , theyll only throw scripts at you every time you go they dont work . Try this try that . Gave me lithium and IM NOT EVEN BI POLAR ONE OR TWO . This place is a joke . If I could give Pacifica care -5 stars I would .

Dont bother; they cancel appointments without a phone call or voice mail. They change the person youve scheduled your appointment with, without telling you. Unprofessional and disorganized. If you miss an appointment they charge you $70 (even if its a rescheduled appointment for an appointment they canceled and didnt notify you about). They dont care + just want your money.

Management here is not helpful. The front desk never replies to my phone calls or text messages. My clinician requires pointless visits just so she can bill my insurance again. Currently looking for another provider, havent had one good experience here.

I was PRESCRIBED mood stabilizers. Not only did the pharmacist give me muscle relaxers instead of mood stabilizers (which I took daily for a MONTH), but I now have been billed for something (which I have not been a patient there in several months) I was sure I already paid for. Ridiculous.

Staff and Doctors are very friendly, very comfortable environment. Glad I chose this clinic for help😉

Ridiculous place. I came here seeking help and within 30 minutes of my consultation they were prescribing me Prozac. Do not go here!! Also make sure that you cancel and appointment as the charge is $75 if you can’t make it.
