I have been to Lenox and Skinner locations and both are extremely helpful and caring and the staff at both locations are great. The Lenox location however needs to teach manners to their female Dr on how to address children. The rest of the staff was fine just not her.

Great, friendly and helpful staff that helped me every step of the way in overcoming injuries I sustained in a car accident. I feel just as good as I did before the accident! I’ve enjoyed my visits to ICC, specifically the RG Skinner location, and have nothing but positive remarks.

Staff is awesome and very caring

I had my first visit after being in a car accident. Every member of the staff were so helpful and nice. They explained in great detail every step of the exam process, X-ray results, therapeutic session and set up next appointment. The ladies at the front desk were so helpful in answering any questions with paperwork and when calling to make the initial appointment I was treated with exceptional customer service which is something that is hard to find sometimes. I look forward to being treated and getting better.

This is a great facility , with a GREAT staff. I enjoy seeing my injury care center family every week! Customer service is awesome. All I can say is my son even loves to come to my therapy visits also!!!!

This place is absolutely wonderful! From my very first appointment to every appointment Ive had since, they have been great. I had never heard of them until I tried to be seen at a different clinic and was told I couldnt because my insurance hadnt called them yet. It was a Saturday morning and I was in so much pain after the car accident that I was in tears. I was told that I could try to contact Injury Care Center. What I didnt realize at the time was that they were calling in a doctor and office assistant to open the clinic just so that I could be seen! Every single person at this place truly cares about you and your well-being. I would highly recommend! They go above and beyond to make you feel welcomed.

Stacy at Injury Care Center at Belfort was so nice to me. Stacy and the rest of the staff really care about getting me better. Beyond that, Stacy recently saw me on the side of J Turner Butler Blvd, waiting for AAA with a flat tire. Stacy stopped and brought me a bottle of chilled water. She then took a floor jack out of the trunk of her car and changed my tire for me, saving me an hour wait. She refused a tip, saying that helping others was reward enough for her... what a great person. Thank you so much Stacy! Injury Care Center is lucky to have you, and so are the patients.

Great staff. Started coming here after an accident with a walker. After coming here 3 times per week for a month and a half, I dont need anything to help me walk. Love it! I definitely recommend this facility for physical therapy!

Injury Care Centers is a great place to receive care after a car accident. The moment I stepoed in the door I was greeted by two women who are ideal in providing great customer service. Everyone is friendly and that really is important when Im not feeling my best. I anticipate my needs can be met here as it appears the experts have made available all that is necessary for proper care and recovery. Dr. Lowery makes every visit comfortable and he is knowledgeable and professional Praise God for people who care.

When my son was injured in a rear ended accident we were told by our PCP to come here. Called the same day and my son was seen right away. He was having a lot of back issues and since he has been coming here he is doing so much better. Thanks to the staff and their knowledge my son will soon be able to go back work and be able do things that he loves doing pain free.

Ive been here for previous accidents and I was not just taken care of for my injuries- but they actually cared for me as well. These people know what their doing and they do it well. They were in a smaller building before- the space was extremely clean and taken care of, and so is this new one. The crew is amazing and works well as a team. I would never recommend anywhere else! This place is amazing and will have you fixed up in no time!

The injury care employees and very nice. They have a large physical theraepy room to work out your injuries and doctors on staff for adjustments. You can also get x rays on site.Very convenient.

I called this facility after a recent accident and was able to be seen the same morning within the hour of calling. The staff are very kind, professional, and I love that they made sure I personally met everyone that may work with my recovery proces,as I am in my 2nd trimester carrying my first child. I have had exercises specific to my accident while considering my baby every visit.

The doctors at Injury Care centers are amazing! Doctor Lowery, Doctor Lee, Doctor McClerren are the most caring and compassionate and professional set of doctors and chiropractors. Their office has all the high end equipment needed to get you put back in shape.Some doctors claim to be the “doctor you can trust” but If you want a Doctor you can “truly trust” call injury care centers. Car accidents or just a at home injury this is the company to call.

I was in a car accident 3 weeks ago that caused some noticeable damage to my neck and shoulder. Injury Care Centers (both the Jax Beach and Southside locations) have been an invaluable resource for me ever since. I was expecting physical therapy, but what I got was a much more holistic approach, including chiropractic adjustments, massage, exercise, and various forms of spinal rehab. The medical care providers here were also able to recommend an attorney and counsel me on my next steps with the insurance. Even better, they communicate directly with your insurance and document all treatment received from day one, which eliminated a lot of the hassle of communicating with my claims adjustor. During my treatment, I worked mainly with Dr. McClerrin and Dr. Perez at the Beaches location, but was also able to see Dr. Francis, Lee, and Malcom at the Southside clinic. All of the RCAs and assistants in this establishment are extremely professional, personable, and knowledgable. I feel I am well on the way to recovery (my pain levels are half of what they were just 3 weeks ago), and I would highly recommend Injury Care Clinics to anyone who has been in an accident.

Look at the reviews on this business. Anyone who has been here knows they are clearly paid for/fake, which is a violation of federal law btw. I came here after being referred by my primary care doctor, and left in more pain than I walked in with. The facility itself seems nice at first glance but their equipment looks like it came from a thrift store for medical equipment. Don’t even get me started on the podunk/ seemingly right-off-the-street staff.Everything is crusty & dusty, so I asked the gentleman to wipe the bed for me (which he stood there visibly reluctantly for a solid 30 seconds before grabbing the wipes)... then he mocked me under his breath and went back to the rest of the staff & I could overhear them cracking jokes at my expense!!Wouldn’t even bring my dog here.

Thay are awesome. When I came in after my car accident they were focused on what muscles and bones that were bothering me and they made sure that I was being taking care of over the months. I has been emotional for me but they put in a lot of dedication and time of making sure that my therapy treatment was a success. I feel so much better and more myself again. They are kind, funny caring and they acknowledgeme me as a person and other people here. In spite of all my situation they were there to listen and understand so things for me with my injury conditions can get better. I truly recommend anybody to come here to injury care to get the best treatmentthat they deserve.
