How is this phone issue this not addressed? They never answer at all no matter what number I call. Its like they dont want people coming in. The worst service. I miss being able to go to civilian doctors.

No matter what number I try I can never get ahold of them. Also went into sick call and at 7 and wasn’t seen until 9

Ive been calling every number I can find trying to see where Im actually supposed to go for an appointment today and NO ONE WILL ANSWER.Also be warned that if youre newly married, the pharmacy ladies will go out of their way to be rude to you if your CAC doesnt have exactly the same name as their system.

This is the worst place I have ever been to in my entire life. I would rather swallow a transmission WHOLE than wait at this place. Unorganized, I’m always here for 3 hours PLUS. I just can’t TAKE this place.

Its like pulling teeth in order to be seen here. They are also horrible about answering their phones. The doctors are fine, but the corpsmen can be rude.

Aviation Medicine never answers their phone. Why even have a phone number??

You may as well throw this number away because they do not answer their phone, despite this being verified as the correct number.

I’ll change this to a positive review when they can learn to answer a phone.

Nobody ever picks up phone, and their voicemail box is full, so it’s very difficult to even get a hold of them

I’ve only ever come here because I have to. Half the people seem untrained, you’ll be waiting for hours, make sure they actually complete what they have to with you (i.e filling paperwork) or you’ll be coming back

The staff is very professional and the appointment times were met which meant my visit was quick.

Absolutely terrible service. The staff doesn’t know what they are doing, the nurses are rude and I didn’t even see the doctor! I was completely disgusted how they treat their patients and I will never return to this place, so help me God! And good luck calling, you will never get through to a person that will actually help you or answer any of your questions.

Had a pretty good experience during my health assessment. I understand morale in the work place is an excellent environment to be in, but there comes a level of professionalism at some point where the job should be the main focus. I was sent to the lab to get some blood drawn and three Sailor’s(if I remember correctly all E-4 and below) were sitting in the back while one patient was finishing up and I was getting ready. When all three of them started engaging in a conversation about KFC’s new commercial IRT the Chippendale’s entertainers. Now to me this is where professionalism in the work place should kick in. One Sailor asked who the entertainers were and the Sailor drawing my blood held back saying “males strippers” with only getting “male strip” out and then reverted to “Magic Mike”. Then in the midst of it all they started talking about the memes that they’ve seen on social media pertaining to said commercial and finally “strippers” was mentioned. Once he was finished with drawing my blood and bandaging me up I went about my business. I’m all about great attitude and morale in the work environment, but at what cost of health care provision or customer service is it ever ok to have that conversation in front of patients?

No one knows how to answer the phone and the mailbox is always full. You have to physically got there to schedule an appointment.
