The convenience is great, most of the drs there are amazing. Although i have come across 2 who werent the best at accuracy. Over all great location and great people.

Chester checked me in and was sooo friendly, patient, and helpful. That alone made the experience worthwhile.

Everyone was awesome! Great people, great smiles. But the lady that checked me in was the best. Was there as a walk in, had plenty of time to observe she and the guy that was there never lost there cool. Was some pretty irate people coming in as walk ins and getting mad. It was so refreshing to actually be some place and not have to deal with employees bad attitude. All the employees there that I dealt with were great but those two just stood out above the rest. Thanks for the great experience! If Im ever back in Jacksonville and have the need, I know where Im going.

Decent experience. Needed receipts from my visits to send to my insurance company so gave them a call. Guy says yeah no problem takes my email down said he will send them over in the next ten minutes. It’s been a week. Guess I have to drive over in person.

Everyone was friendly, polite, and professional. We were in and out within two hours with no appointment! We were dreading going and spending the day sitting in the waiting room while not feeling well, but we were pleasantly surprised. Its nice to know they are so close by!

I myself work in the medical field. First, I was told I couldn’t have a TB test and a physical in the same day……. Never in my 10 years of being a licensed provider have I heard that….. Then I waited for forever. Then I come back, as the young lady who placed my TB test told me to and the gentleman at the front desk was very abrasive and rude. He said he wasn’t going to take the time to go through and see if I had an appointment or not. Told me they don’t take walk in’s? Finally got things settled and he has turned away many patients by saying they don’t accept walk ins, yet this is a walk in facility, I walked in two days ago for TB placement. I know times are tough and places are understaffed, but even more reason to be extra kind. Instead of telling a patient they aren’t worth their time. Turning patients away. Myself along with 3 other patients whom were here before me have been waiting for nearly 2 hours and not one person has been called back. Would be more efficient to close the facility than operate this way.

Love how convenient it was to schedule my sons appt online! My son was seen right away, at his actual appt time. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, caring & efficient! Great experience.

Avoid this place like your life depends on it. Front staff told me I had to pay a deductible up front before being seen because they have new management. (W/e that means) My insurance has a co pay... I was seen down the road and filled scripts for a 1/3 of what they wanted me to pay. Nobody knows what they are doing in there. If youre thinking thats a one off situation, Its not a one off because the place down the rd said it happens all the time! Wont be back.

I was taken care of almost immediately upon arrival. Everyone was gracious and caring. I had been bleeding for four hours and needed urgent care. I would recommend them to anyone i know.

Never had any issues here, been twice now. I usually see a primary care doctor. One visit was covid related, I was in and out quickly got my results via email two days later. I went to a different urgent care previously who never gave my official results only a rapid so I can’t complain. As far as urgent care goes this place is fine.

These people charged me $180.00 without even touching me. They just told me to go a nearby hospital to be seen by a Doctor . Approx 3 mins interaction with the nurse cost me almost $200 dollars

Came in and they want full price for a visit in cash plus to charge my insurance.. wanted 170 plus to charge my insurance. My copay for the visit should of been 45

My mom was having an active asthma attack and this was the closes to us and said they closed at 8 got there at 6:30 and said they not taking anymore people

On the positive, staff was friendly and it is very clean including the restroom, negative long wait for just an X-ray at a slow time of day mid-morning weekday but since it was a mild hand injury I said I was leaving and they could call with results or I’d stop back in but they called me 15 minutes later which I really appreciated.

Called for appointment and pricing, was able to get an appointment right away. Upon entering the facility I was greeted and entered a very clean quiet waiting area. Covid procedures were all in place. Staff was friendly, courteous, thorough, and expedient. I received treatment for my upper respiratory infection and double ear infections. Right before leaving the exam room the dr came back to double check my eye (I have a stye) and then proceeded to write another script for eye ointment on top of the antibiotics for my other ailments. Very thorough! Explained all medications, gave recommendations, overall an excellent experience.

I was able to hold my spot in line from the comfort of my home.

Came in on a Sunday and was seen very quickly. Everything was taken into consideration with the lady I saw and got to the bottom of what was going on with me. I highly recommend this place.

!!BEWARE!!Had to go to CareSpot for a hair follicle pre-employment drug screening and left the facility with a MASSIVE chunk of hair removed.The manager there, Dawn Salas, assured me that this is STANDARD PROCEDURE at CareSpot and done per their OFFICIAL TRAINING, so you can EXPECT this to happen if you have to get a similar test.Anyone familiar with this test can tell that it was done incorrectly, but Dawn Salas will insist that it is STANDARD PROCEDURE at their clinics per their OFFICIAL TRAINING.EXPECT THIS TO HAPPEN.BEWARE!!

I will never go here again. I walked in the other day with 1 person in the waiting room and asked to be seen but the woman at reception asked if I had an appointment to which I said no she then proceeded to tell me they have an appointment booked every 15 minutes and that I would be there a while. I was absolutely fine with that I understand when going to these types of places there is normally a long wait. She then asked for my ID and insurance card and when I began to pull it out of my wallet she stopped me with and asked me to sanitize which she literally just watched me do about 15 seconds before and I know she saw me cause we made eye contact. I at this point advised I would go elsewhere because she had an attitude. My partner went in there a few days prior and little to my knowledge had an interaction with the same woman and he did not tell me until I came home and told him about my experience but he said she was the same way with him as well. I wish I would have taken down her name because she should not be working in health care!

This is not a walk in clinic! If you do not have an appointment do not even bother. I’ve been waiting for two hours and nothing. You’re only guaranteed to be seen if you have an appointment!

The lady in charge of the front counter was very skilled, efficient, and kind. Everyone was quick and informative, seemed to take the time to listen if I asked or said anything. I felt they all did a good job. they were busy and I had to wait about an hour in the room after my appointment time. I was prepared for this and not sure if its unusual. I did not mind. I will continue to use as I need to and already suggested to a couple coworkers seeking urgent care.

I went in to be seen for joint pain after work, since it was close by. I received weight comments from not one but two of the workers.The first asked how much I weigh - I hadnt weighed myself in a while because of my long standing issues with an eating disorder - and instead of offering to weigh me or asking what was I the last time I weighed myself, she grossly over estimated my weight by 150+ lbs.And then I was told by the nurse my pain is from rapid weight gain when Ive been nearly the exact weight for 4 years.Extremely insensitive to their clients problems and unhelpful.The front desk was nice, the one star they receive from me is for him.

We were there Saturday afternoon and the man at the front desk was very rude and lack of customer service. We wanted to know the process for the Covid test with our insurance and he was very aggressive talking to us. He wasn’t able to provide information, only asked us to pay for the urgent care visit. We ended up canceling the process with him and going to the Care Spot at BEACH BOULEVARD location were all the staff is very nice and gave us all the information we needed.

Came in for pre-employment drug testing, the guy at the front desk was not very welcoming or friendly. The lady who actually did the testing was very nice and professional so that made the experience a little better. Probably will not return to this location on my own terms, maybe will just try another location in the future.

The front desk lady was kinda rude but she might have just been stressed. When I was called back the medical assistant was professional and collected all my vitals. The nurse practitioner that saw me was GREAT! Her name is Hannah Weiss and she showed great care and professionalism throughout the entire visit. She saw I was clearly in pain and while she took her time to treat me she also moved swiftly once she discovered what was wrong with me. Thank you guys! Hannah keep up the great work! I wish you had your own practice, I come see you without a doubt!

Called 5 times to ask about Corona virus testing but never got through. I even called from the parking lot and was able to see no other customers in the building and receptionist not on the phone; still no answer. I made an appointment online but was told results would take 7-10 days when many other places around the city are regularly returning results within 24-36 hours. By the time you get your results you would have spent a full 2 weeks in quarantine regardless of being positive or not. If you want Corona virus testing this is the LAST place you should go

I went there for a test the front desk was very nice to me. And very helpful if I have to go there I will one hundred percent.

Would not recommend going here went for a foot injury was told it was sprained and sent home then got called back two hours later saying my foot was fractured just seen a specialist that looked at the x-ray that carespot took and he said their isnt and was never a fracture I have to miss work for this appointment it was a waist of time and money

My test came back early and Cory ARNP called me with results. Very appreciative of this. The office staff was also super friendly and the place was very clean.

I got Covid tested and would recommend this place. Nice people and didn’t have to wait long.

Not bad, but not great... went to their to get a Covid test because of body ache and throat soreness. No vitals were checked, not sure if thats routine but I ended up leaving with nothing prescribed for throat or body aches. Also, need to wait 3-7 days for results on tests. Nothing really bad to say, but that was my experience.

Front desk staff was very rude and not professional at all plus the clinic doesn’t have any doctor.

Very nice staff all following CDC guidelines. Everyone was really caring and compassionate. The nurse practitioner really took the time with me and ensured I was educated and knew my follow up plan.

Beware of this place. I went in and got simple blood work which I paid for out of pocket. For some reason I get another bill from Quest requesting payment for the blood work which I had already paid for. When I try to speak to the manager, my calls and emails are repeatedly ignored. Every time there is a different excuse, shes on a conference call, shes out for the day, shes in training. Repeatedly they have told me that she will call me back and has never called. I’ve sent emails regarding the issue with no response. I suggest you go somewhere where customers are not double billed and ignored.

My experience today at this care spot location wasnt good. Ive been here waiting an hour to get a DOT physical. Ive watched people come in and go right back to get taken care of. Be ready to wait if you arent a paying customer.

I saw Cory McCormick a few days ago. It was an excellent experience. He took time with me, talked through my symptoms and treatment options. He even related to me on a personal level. He met me where I was and that meant so much to me. He was very personable and it was obvious that he cared and made sure not to treat me like just another sick person he needed to get in and out. I am so pleased with the service and also very appreciative! The ladies at the front desk were so kind and even though every seat was full they maintained patience and compassion. I truly appreciate these individuals and would give more than 5 stars if I could! Thank you guys! And thank you Cory McCormick for taking care of me!

DO NOT USE this quest diagnostics unless you want to be contacted by a lot of TELEMARKETERS AND SCAM CALLS.I went to this quest diagnostics to do covid testing and elected for them not to share my information with third parties or other external entities, since then I have been contacted well over 25 times in relations to your medical devices order is ready, and other covid scams some of which say your medical provided sent your information.The people that worked there were friendly, professional & good, but what they did with my data and information was very unprofessional, against what I elected and signed. Also you need to provide your real number because that is how they call the next patient, you wait in your car and they call your phone when they are ready for you so there is no easy way of getting around giving them your real number.

Had an appt. Had covid test because of symptoms. Sat in the waiting area while others went ahead of me aftet my appt time. Was told 48 hours. My husband had his test the next day and received his results. It has been 72 hours and still no results. Not impressed with carespot nor labcorp.

My first time there. Visiting from out of town and got a tick bite hiking in the area. My hotel recommend this place. Easy to find, close parking, large, sun-filled waiting room, prompt front desk, friendly and knowledgeable doctor. And they sent the Rx to a nearby CVS. I was very pleased.

The two girls up front are very rude and short with conversation. On the phone before I arrived I asked if I needed to make an appointment and she said yes to be seen right away. I’ve been sitting in my car for over 3 hours waiting on them to call me. I went inside to check thinking they might have forgot me and she told me to stop being impatient and wait outside. I told her it was hot and asked to sit inside and she told me no. Other people were sitting inside so I’m not sure why I was told otherwise.The staff is unfriendly, rude, and annoyed at any questions that customers ask. When I was waiting for my turn to check in they were being ugly to other customers as well.

Their website says to make an appointment online, pre register and sit in your car and wait for text message when appt is ready. So I did. Big mistake. Now the website says check in and then wait, but I didnt schedule it, so I didnt see that and IT MAKES NO SENSE. I did start to go in to make sure I didnt need to check in (even though that renders EVERYTHING Id done to this point moot, but I wouldve been grazing elbows to get to a spot to wait that could be considered socially distanced. I take care of an elderly mother, so I u turned right back out. There was no where I could stand farther than 3 feet away from diseased people. No thanks. Waited for 2 hours standing out front (they could clearly see me) after realizing it wasnt just the typical American wait for 4 hours for simple appt I went inside and asked why I had received no text. She said, we dont text people. Well thats super interesting. Ive gotten 2 texts from Care spot confirming my appt. None telling me to come inside. So if Ive got this right in response to a once a century pandemic Care Spots solution is make an appt online, pre register, then come up here and walk inside with a bunch of sick people and pretend like you didnt do anything up to this point because thats what they are doing. You are expected to walk into a building full of sick people and CHECK IN ANYWAY? When an hour past the appt lapses STILL NO TEXT SAYING WHERE ARE YOU? lol I went to this one because its on the nicer side of town and I figured it might be better not going to one in the ghetto. I was dead wrong. Walmart figured it out. Home Depot figured it out. I guess Care Spot didnt hire the same rocket scientist Walmart did. Stay away from here. I know thats difficult to do bc this is how poor people get health care in the richest country the world has ever seen. Instead of having curb side pick up, stores should let you order online, then drive to the store and go inside and take it off the shelf anyway. That way you still get the online shopping experience AND you are still exposed to sick people mid PANDEMIC. Even the damn VET is doing it safer. The desk people see someone standing outside, staring, mask in hand waiting FOR TWO HOURS. Excuse me sir, do you have an appt? Are you waiting for someone? NOTHING. They made eye contact several times. BOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO BOOOOoOOOOOOOOOO

The office felt clean and safe with observed social distancing. I didnt have to wait long, and everyone was professional. It was great.

It’s just a building you can go into and they send you a bill, there is very little medicine it seems they practice. Absolutely useless waste of money trying to get treatment for a very basic issue.

Some of the nicest people I have ever met. My sister came down with something and was willing to get it checked out only if my family and I went. We all went to Care Now. They informed us that we had unpaid balances which we were totally unaware of. We had to leave and most walk-ins were closing up around 8pm. I found CareSpot and we decided to check it out. We called to ensure they had no relation to CareNow and that their prices wouldnt be too high. We got there and they reassured us that we would get her the proper care right away. They were absolutely right. She got the medicine she needed and we all went home being happy. The woman in the front of the building checking everyone in was incredibly nice and she even offered for us to pay after the visit to see if it would be cheaper to pay with insurance or without. It was cheaper because the insurance deductible hadnt been met yet, which just isnt fair.

Along with the cleanliness, the MA who took my sons vitals, the radiologist tech, and the Hold My Place in line option. 4 stars because I feel the front staff need to work on their professionalism and friendliness though. Im sorry but part of any customer service is your kindness and desire to help others; and body gestures and facial expressions are 80-85% of communications. All in all, thank you for a pleasant experience!

Clean facility, very attentive and very straight to the point. I came in thinking I had something, they tested for something different what they thought it was and they were right! Got my prescriptions, directions to follow and even a works note. The staff was amazing!

Visited from out of town. Great staff, excellent service and care. Sent me home with a DVD of my xrays. No wait time!

They were courteous during sign in. I was taken back within 10 minutes of my appointment time. The PA and the assistant were very helpful, knowledgeable, and concerned for my time and my health. The X-Ray tech was friendly, patient, and good at her job. I wouldn’t hesitate to go back there again and would recommend it to others

My husband has been waiting over 3 hours for a Covid test. Meanwhile, I was in and out of Avecina this morning in 20 minutes. We both had appointments. Also, I have already received my results. I would NOT recommend CareSpot for any reason.

I went for a physical and TB test for a new employer, the first time I went I was in and out, very friendly staff. My second time returning I had an appointment for a physical, they were very busy but I was in and out very quickly, they very were professional made copies and signed all my paperwork without any questions. I would definitely go back again! Staff is friendly and efficient

Not Happy, I took my Husband in with a sprained back, the Dr. ordered a shot that should take about 15 mins. to work and a prescription and sent us on our way. He got no relief at all, so I asked that the Dr. Call me back to discuss what else we could do. I called twice and she wouldnt even bother calling me.

Front desk lady with tattoos on left arm was unbelievably rude. She was not wearing gloves. I had been waiting OVER 5 hours. When I asked for my ID’s back she got an attitude. I told her she should probably wear gloves she mumbled some cuss words under her breath. I left after waiting 5 hours and not even being seen.

DO NOT GO HERE FOR COVID TESTING! It has been a week and still no test results. Meanwhile you can go to the city testing centers and get results within 45 minutes to 48 hours.

The staff attended me in a timely manner and were able to answer all of my questions, no matter what they were about. Whether it was about health, treatment, or paper work. Thank you!

Terrific place to be treated for those urgent needs that happen when you dont have a PCP to visit or simply cant get an appointment your PCP. And though walk-ins are always welcomed, its also very convenient that youre able to make an appointment with CareSpot online, and even pre-register.I was in there recently to be treated and could tell that my health and well being was a matter of great interest to the staff. They took great care of me, and I would definitely recommend them to anyone in this area.

The Male nurse (not sure his name) and Dr. Luis Cabrera made this experience the best I could have asked for. It was late in the evening, shortly before closing and the staff were extremely accommodating as well as humorous. I laughed several times during our encounter, which was truly appreciable. They quickly diagnosed my issue and provided care and recommendations. I will always choose this location in the future. Thank you!

The presentation at CareSpot was amazing, but the only issue I had was the Xcup reader was down for me to proceed with the drug test.Also the tablet questions was a bit confusing for exp. Who sent you here? That text label needs a drop down menu with something like employer, hr, or something in that nature.Other than things that are outside of their control they were amazing.

Absolutely wonderful experience!

Absolute worst service ever. It’s not totally all their fault, because I told myself I would never come back to CareSpot, especially this location. But I figured since I got new insurance somehow it would be different. Scheduled appointment on line for 7:30, showed up at 6:30 to maybe get seen sooner. They took 3 walk-ins ahead of me, maybe that’s just what I need to do next time, but you’ll sure took my money first at check-in. No problem with that! Next, a woman came in 30 minutes late to her appointment and they still took her in front of me. As a person that works in the health field, it’s extremely frustrating to hear nurses ask the appointment scheduler, who is next? And the appointment scheduler bases it on who is coughing the longest. You don’t know my condition, as I am very sick. I will definitely make it my way and travel and go to another urgent care and make sure I tell my friends to never visit. It’s not the wait time, as I do understand the doctors are back to back with patients, it’s the disrespect of the appointment schedulers/nurses. Instead of having sidebar conversation about who didn’t check out who, you should probably check on your patients that are coughing up a lung in the lobby. I hope this steers you all well when you make your decision to come here. I will be reaching out to corporate as well. The only reason I am giving them a 2 is because the Physicians assistant, Dr. Reynolds was amazing.

Everyone Ive dealt with from the front reception to all the people in the back have been incredibly helpful and incredibly kind. There is a Care Spot closer to my house (they might be lovely too, but Ive never been there), but I drive 20 mins out of my way to go to this location because of the employees. Amazing people!! I feel like they really care about my well being. Also, I feel like Ive been seen almost immediately after arriving. Even after being taken to the back, I waited less than five minutes to be seen. It may have even been one or two minutes. I cant say enough good things!!!!

I saw the PA Nicole I think her name is and the super sweet nurse I had was just awesome. She had to to a flu and strep swab and as much as both sucked, she was quick and made it painless. I was in and out quickly. The entire experience was painless and quick.

Once an appointment has been made it goes pretty quick. I only waited about 15 min. Then we were finished! The care with which the nurse explained everything to me was very good and informative. Allowed me to make a good decision going forward. Thanks!

Always a good experience here. If I register at home before going in, I do most of my waiting at home and not at the facility. When you feel terrible, that makes a huge difference!!
