I have always received great service here! Today I got Halloween nails. They turned out cute.

I used to like coming to POLISH, now I don’t know if I will be back.Positives: They will have you seated quickly and offer beverages.Negatives based on this experience: There were four people sitting and getting pedicures prior to myself. I was in and out so quickly that 2/4 were still sitting there. When it came to removing my calluses my feet were barely touched. As you can see on the photo, my big toe still has hard skin. I barely received a leg massage with the stones and the towel touched my leg. The towel never stayed on my leg long enough to cool down. I was seated in a pedicure chair underneath a leaking vent so I’m getting hit by that water from above. The best part was the polish. I love the color. I watched how several people had the option to go to the computers at the front and pay and select their tips, however I was asked to pay as soon as I sat down to dry my feet. My card was taken to the computer to where she selected a 20% tip for herself without permission and provided me with a receipt not showing any tip being charged. It cleared the bank with a tip included. Very bad experience.

This place is clean and very well staffed. The service was wonderful. Definitely coming back :)

They couldn’t do the design i wished and i paid for a black acrylic this costed me 75 dollars expected better you can see light through my acrylic. but what i do like is that they take walk ins that’s it. would not come back

Went for a gel removal and left like this. leftover pieces of gel on my nails still and barely filed anything, you can see all the hang nails. I don’t know how anyone lets a customer walk out looking like this. $12 for this too when most places are $5! I could not believe it when the tech told me to wash my hands and go pay at the counter. I should’ve said something I was just in shock and wanted to leave.

This was my first time coming but it was wonderful. Vera did my nails and she was amazing!!!! She was so sweet and attentive. 5 starts to Vera!!!!!! The customer service was great and I came in as a walk in but i didnt have to wait long at all. I had a wonderful experience here. Thank you!!!

I just moved to Jax. I tried this nail place out and I got a fill and gel, my nails always last for about 3 weeks. Not even a week later my gel chipped I’ve never had gel polish chip on me. Also my acrylics are already lifting. Unsatisfied.

Iv been coming back to this place to find quality service or the one i believe does extra good work. I used to always get gel and finally found that dip nails are the best option. My top favorite nail techs are Eric, & Vera. Although the job is done right, but honestly at times it can get so busy in there that you do not fully relax. So it’s too busy, it’s not a spa treatment it’s more of get in get out. However it’s worth it. Check out all my nails iv gotten done here.

I love this place. My sister and I go together for bonding time and then we head next door to Tossed Green and eat salad and drink smoothies.Polished is our meeting place. They are very good qne really take their time to do exactly what you like, even if you change your mind. I appreciate that

This nail salon is by far one of my favorites to go to. All the nail techs do an amazing job and the manicure or pedicure lasts 2 weeks or longer. I highly recommend them!

Let me tell you about my man John… he gets it right EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. He’s an angel who pays GREAT attention to detail. I first came back in the beginning of the year as a walk in after reading reviews trying to find a new salon, and I was blessed with John and have never gone to anyone else although I’ve seen some great work by other techs, not sure you could go wrong. 20/10 recommend John for nails. (I’ve always gotten SNS).

Dope spot. To get to the chair for a pedicure, the walkway is pretty tight to get through. Prices are pretty reasonable giving the times we are living in now.

The pedicurist technician that I had was super friendly and did a good job, and the technician, Alex, was rude and anti-customer service. Advice for you, always be nice to the customer. Just for a kind many times customers return. And as for your work, ten stars for the nails and I give you five stars for the gel paint. You forgot to pass the second coat of paint to several nails.

I am giving this nail salon 3 stars. Good back up to my usual nail spot. Cons - pricey for adding Gel polish and lavender scrub in addition they do not have a paraffin treatment like my other salon. Pros- my person cleaned my cuticles, filed my nails, and polished my gel nails well. The only fail is her use of the foot file to smooth my heels.

Hannah gave me an excellent lavender pedicure that was beyond relaxing. Tommy did my nails EXACTLY how I asked in an almond shape and white tips. I tried to leave a review while there but the phone kept messing up. I told themI would do it once home. $5 off, here I come..

I like coming here. They work with you what you like. Polite, let say customer service can be worked on. They do good nails, bring a picture., if you prefer different.

I used to be a loyal customer of this place but after my last experience I will not be back. Alex who did my nails was so rough on my hands and did a horrible job. I would put my hand where she wanted it and then she would continuously yank my finger harder and harder. She at one point pulled so hard my finger popped. She also did a horrible job with my nails. The gel has bumps and random patches of something brown in them. there are bubbles in almost all of my nails. She also cut me several times and burned the side of the hand with the file. I will never be back. Absolutely horrible customer service.

I’ve been getting my nails done here almost a year now, coming in every two weeks consistently to get my nails dipped. I have had some great techs like Vida, Red, Alex and Vera. And always had the best results. However the last two times I walked in to get my nails done I was turned away. A new guy working the desk, that I’ve never seen before, told me both times they didn’t have any techs that could do my dipped nails. I went last Friday an hour before close and was told this then it happened again last night but yet I arrived an hour and half before close. I specially drove 20 minutes to come to this nail salon because they have always had such great service and are open late. This is highly unacceptable for a business to treat their regular patrons this way. It’s so sad you lost a valuable customer!! I will not be back.

This is my first post lock down Mani and Pedi and our anniversary weekend, so we stopped by. The place is packed but the wait wasnt too long. The service was good for me, though my tech didnt ask if I wanted buff. However for my wife, it was a different story. The Nail tech clip her thumb nail too short and caused her to bleed. When my wife asked for peroxide to clean the cut, the tech didnt know what she talking about. It was supposed to be a relax, anniversary getaway for else with the kids, but now she is all wound up. Things happen, but it how you handle the mistake that matters most

First time there, and not only was I was overcharged for a simple gel manicure but my nails were messed up and they had the audacity to argue with me and tell me it was my fault because that was what I asked for and then told me to come in the next day so that they can fix it after they saw I was close to tears. I had a horrible experience and I even tried to stop the nail tech from the first nail to tell her she was doing it wrong and she kept telling me it would look good at the end. I went from growing my nails out to walking out with toddler nails from how short she filed them. really upset at the service i received

I have never been one of those girls who likes to sit and get her nails done. But ever since I met TIti I have been addicted! Titi is a perfectionist! She makes your nails so flawless- everyone stops and asks me where I get my nails done. I am so excited to come back repeatedly and have her try new colors and new techniques. I LOVE the way she does my nails and I will never go to anyone else but her.

Left my local salon for one with some great reviews and so glad I did. Lan was amazing! Best foot massage. Everything was perfect. Not too much lotion. Personalized as needed. I did try it on a Saturday morning so be prepared for a crowd. However, that is a sign of a good business, right?! Ill be back!

Polish is the only place I go to get my nails done! Micheal has been doing my nails over and over again and he never disappoints! He always takes his time when doing my nails and makes sure they look perfect (each and every nail) I highly recommend Polish for your next mani/pedi! 10/10 :)

We scheduled an appointment for 3 pedicures and my daughter also received a manicure. The salon was very busy when we came in, but we were seated less than five minutes after our arrival. The salon was very clean and the service was excellent. Tom did my pedicure and it was honestly the best pedicure I’ve ever received. Nothing was rushed and the finished paint was excellent.

This was the first time I went to Polish and I will not be going back. I got a regular polish manicure and it may have been the most painful manicure I’ve ever had. They were very rough with my nails when shaping and pushing my cuticles back. The polish job is very poor. One nail is messed up because the person doing my nails rubbed her hand on it and didn’t try to fix the area where the polish pulled up, she just left it messed up. There are areas of my nail where they missed polish completely or missed when doing the second coat. My friend went with me and had a different person do her nails and they were slightly better than mine but definitely not up to standards.

I went in on 6/24 for a manicure and pedicure. I asked for a slight extension on my natural nails and to have them be done with dip powder. My nails ended up being done just to the length of my natural nails and the coloring ended up patchy. Some areas are much thinker, one or two spots are very thin, almost transparent. Several nails have matte spots. Plus for several days I was pulling hardened powder from under my nails. Definitely wasn’t worth what I paid.

One of the worst pedicures i have ever gotten. The toe nails were all trimmed crooked, the polish was applied thick and uneven. The only way for me to fix it is to wait few weeks for my nails to grow out and go to a professional nail tech.

Ive been having my nails done by Ms. TiTi for a few months now and let me just say, shes the sweetest. She is very detail oriented and does a wonderful job every time I see her. For a while I had her do acrylics for me and they were always great, but I decided to switch to hard gel and theyre even better. Unbeknownst to me, its her specialty. I recommend her to everyone. The salon is nice and clean and the rest of the staff is awesome as well. I highly recommend this place.

Ok Im gonna start by saying this is my first time and definitely my last time coming to this place. I understand the value of the work put in to something but after paying $75 for a pedicure, you tell me its another $75 to get my nails done with just a gel overlay. What kind of gel overlay cost that much? I dont even get color polish on my nails. I will not go back at all.

I absolutely love this place! Ivy and her sister Yen are the technicians you want to see. I know the other are probably really good too. Ivy was recommended to me by a friend and I have been hooked. Ivy introduced me to sister who will be taking care of me until she returns from her trip. Both of their works are amazing. Ill add the photo if my latest manicure. I get SNS on my natural nail and gel on my toes. I go every 2-3 weeks. The nail bar is nice and very accommodating. Staff is always friendly and they have a hug selection of colors/pigments and a nice drink selection as well! Definitely the place to go. Oh and you can appointments here as well.

When I called they couldnt tell me prices time or anything nor could they act like they understood me over the phone

I came in for a pedicure. I had Michael. He asked me if i wanted my toes filed i told him no he still continued to file my toes even though i told him not to ,he messed up my shape and still continued filing even though asked not to and messed up the shape. If i ask you not to do something you should respect that and not do it they are my feet. When he got to painting he didnt even paint far so it looks as if my toe nails already grew out and got polish on my skin and left some missing spots. I had a bad experience and will not be back.

This was my second visit. My initial visit was amazing from beginning to the end. Helen is amazing, she is fun and makes the experience worth it. The pedicures are life, they are real massages like 5 mins or more a leg. I enjoy every minute

Titi did a great job on my nails! However she didnt understand that I am colorblind and couldnt pick out the colors. She gave me a little bit of a hard time because of the language barrier. GREAT service from the other english-speakers here though. They noticed that I was struggling to explain, and came running over to help me! I was very happy with the end product.

Best experience ever. Thankful I walked into this place the weekend of my wedding and Alex did more than an amazing job. The whole staff is super nice and accommodating.

Alex the girl that did my nails was rude. She cut my finger and told me that that was my fault. My hand was relax. It seems like she was in a hurry. I came back to get a nail fix and Because it was a little bit crooked it. She didn’t grab my finger before placed it in the acetone. For the money that I paid I expected more. First and last time here.

First experience was a success! Conveniently located in town center. Very friendly staff, accommodations are clean even bathrooms! Perfect for male and female client visitors. Julie did a great job with a male manicure for my fiancé taking care of his dry rough cuticles. Christina was awesome taking great care of my manicure and pedicure. She was friendly and did an amazing job. I felt very at ease and relaxed. I will request her specifically when I go back. Cute and professional manicure that looks as good as gel! High class and great value with quality. My fiancé loved the massage chair.

I got SNS with tips and the nails look good however 5 already broke off within a week. $57 is way to much to pay for nails that didn’t even last a couple of days. Not worth the price at all

Omg ! I have never been to a nail salon that exceeded my expectations, they are so professional. My mother in law and myself went, she had been here before and loved the service and quality of work. So because of her, during my visit I came with her. Friendliest staff, they practice cleanliness especially during COVID, face masks required of course. Will definitely come back.

Acrylic they used caused nail fungus they use bad products over and over on different clients or use the same unsanitary tools.

They were a wonderful place to bring our team to have manis and pedis! Kind staff, and easy to book in advance!

I would give zero stars if I could!!!! $85 for a full set. 3 days later they blamed it on the length I got!!!! Less then a week later and they’re starting to lift up!! worst set of nails I’ve ever gotten. I wish I could attach photos!!!!

EDIT: I ended up losing my whole nail because of how the tech did them. Never coming here againI’ve been here before and loved it however this last experience was not so great. We went in for pedicures and I was getting a fill on my acrylics. Our one lady was super slow on the pedicure. I started late on mine and finished and got halfway through my fill before she finished. My fill is where I’m really unhappy. One of my nails which she had to replace is sticking off my finger and she filed the other nails unevenly so they’re slanted. Then while I’m sitting there, the salon manager is complaining about people calling on the phone and asking questions. The fill is WAY overpriced, it’s almost the same as getting a whole new set (unless I was charged wrong). We did get complimentary mimosas though so that was nice

Nail tech, Alex, was not friendly at all and made me feel uncomfortable. While I was looking for nail color on the wall, she approached me with an bad attitude and rushed me to be seated; seemed as though she was irritated already from having to work or overwhelmed and probably was ready to go home. She got even more irritated when I didn’t know the process of the dipping powder or at least I didn’t remember, I thought she was finished and I asked to make my nails shiny. She responded snarky saying of course I’m going to make it shiny and started speaking in another language, which probably was talking about me, as what tends to happen in most salons when they’re irritated with a customer and afraid to say what they really want to say to the customer in English. She slammed the polish bottle on the table. This was just a bad experience all around, a customer next to me sensed the bad energy. The space of the nail bar is way too small for the amount of people they jam inside during this pandemic. Overall the negatives, at least my nails came out looking nice.

Horrible experience, yesterday. Atmosphere is decent in this place. Services are very rushed and the techs I got were not very nice. The worse part is the result. Attached, is my receipt and what I got for it. Although the look is even worse in real life. Pedicure tech did not have a name tag. After she was done I had more polish on my cuticles than on the nails. The results shows are after me speaking up (nicely) and asking for another coat of polish with some cleanup to be done. I believe the nail techs name was Linda. After I took these pictures at home, I removed all color, reshaped the nails and repainted them at home. Notice glue and Acrylic on the cuticles and on fingers. It was painful cleaning up the acrylic that was slapped on.Im sure there are good techs in POLISH, but be very careful if you go here.

I got an SNS manicure, which is supposed to last 3 weeks or more, and it chipped after a week and a half. I messaged the salon on Instagram showing pictures of the chipped manicure and no response.... EDIT - below, they claimed they responded to my IG message.. they didnt. And conveniently, they waited past the allowed 3-5 days for a redo to respond to this review.

I love coming to this location for my acrylics! I took my friend here for her birthday, and they did her nails based off a Pinterest photo - IT CAME OUT GREAT! The staff is very friendly and professional, and there’s never a wait when I go. They always do a great job, I can’t imagine going anywhere else for my nails

I got my nails done five days ago here. I got the nail tips with sns powder. The nail tech was very nice and gentle with my nails. It took forever which I understand.. and I left paying 62 for my nails and I tipped 10 because they fit us in immediately.Basically all of my nails started to crack and break off completely within two days. I’m pretty sure that’s not normal. I paid way too much for my nails to come off within 2-3 days after getting them done.

I was taken back by the long wait, almost left to be honest, it took about 45 minutes for them to start my nails but Titi, the tech, was very sweet and did a wonderful job on my nails. I got gel polish and was very happy with the results!

My service was great. The separation between you and the person next to you getting a pedi was well provided. I am not from Jacksonville but I would definitely come back. My boyfriend had very easy access to the use of a pedicure chair being in a wheel chair and I will definitely be coming once a month for the great massage given during pedicure

I stopped going to another salon in the town center because they just didn’t care about the customers. I came here and I have been there only twice and I absolutely love it! They are clean they follow the Covid sanitation guidelines. My favorite person is Tom and he does an amazing job as he did my gel pedicure for me. Can’t wait to get in there this weekend to get my pedicure again.

I started coming to the nail I would say a month in half ago. Ever since I had the best experience I come with my mom and at times my daughter. The best relaxing experience. I love extraordinary nails. I love the nail art from the technicians very artistic. Everywhere I go compliments daily even while at work. I fully recommend the polish nail bar. The nail technician are very neat and shape the nails they are just all the way around great.
