After my LIPO360 procedure I was in search of a massage therapist that would help me through my post operation journey. Holistic Bodyworks Massage is not only helping me with my recovery Ann also helps you focus on your mental and emotional health as well. When you walk into the facility, it quickly calms your spirit and you can feel the positive energy. Ann has extensive knowledge of the human muscular system and that knowledge is felt in each session. I started with Lymphatic Drainage Massages, Cavitation Massages, Radio Frequency, Vacuum Therapy and now I have made it a weekly requirement for my physical, mental and emotional health. Beyond the massages, the facility is SUPER CLEAN! I was so lucky to find this hidden gem!! Ann has mastered her craft and selecting her services is hands down my best decision outside of being super happy with my results.

I highly recommend Anna she is wonderful, she takes her time to listen to your areas of concerns. The facility is quite and relaxing, she does not rush the experience. I would suggest purchasing the package of 6 sessions to get the full benefits of the massages, one session is not enough even though the session lasts longer than the typical 1 hour sessions, she books up very fast so if you are having surgery have the appointments made well in advance of the surgery dates to be guaranteed your times....

I wish I didn’t live in Atlanta right now b/c I could definitely use a massage from Holistic Body Works Massage! It’s not your “typical massage”: it’s AMAZING! Definitely book a massage! But know when I come back in town I will be booking a massage here!!

Several years ago, I reached out to Ana Maria because I was interested in cupping. Little did I know that she would expose me to a whole new world of massage. Ana Maria is so much more than a massage therapist. In fact, I never say I am going for a massage; I say I am going for body work. She knows so much more about the body and the mind than anyone I know. The thing I have benefitted from the most is NKT. When I come to see her with a problem area, Ana Maria does muscle testing to see what is not working correctly. She always finds the issues and makes corrections so I can feel better and fix the problem. No bandaids here; just pure healing. If you are in pain, I cannot recommend her enough!

Ana Maria is extremely knowledgeable, she listens to your concerns and what I really love is how she teaches you why certain muscles are hurting and gives you tips on how to continue your therapy at home. I have been going to her for the last six weeks for lymphatic drainage massage and it has made a huge difference in my healing post-surgery! I feel like I have learned so much about how my muscles interact with each other, things I can do to keep my progress going and about how to stay healthy in general. She has a kind spirit and makes you feel at ease. This is not a relaxing massage because she is doing the hard (sometimes a little painful- but its good) work to go deep and really release and fix deeper damage. I love the technology (like the ultra sound machine) she uses and appreciate how she tries different methods to obtain optimal results. I would definitely recommend her to anyone needing lymphatic drainage massage or any therapy for muscle pain that you cannot get rid of by other methods - I promise you will not be disappointed!

Ana’s use of NKT treatment really helped my arm and finger movement after years of nerve damage done by surgery. Also was a big help for leg pain resulting from too much sitting at a desk job..Highly recommend Ana for her thorough testing and customized treatment of pain.

Best therapeutic massage I’ve had in forever! I’ve been having hip pain for some time after years of abuse to my body from sports. Ana Maria is amazing! She knows just by looking at your body and how it moves what area of your body is in pain and needs relief. I came in specifically for PRRT for tension relief but her strength is the mix of manual bodywork and intuition from her knowledge of NKT and PRRT. I went to this location as it was close to the hotel where we were staying. Nancy did a wonderful job and has the perfect touch. Not too much pressure but enough to truly relax you. She was a consummate professional and set the room with relaxing music and perfect lighting. What I did not like was this place was set in an office complex. When you walked in there was a small seating area with a folding table as the front desk. That was all fine...no one gets a massage in the waiting area. BUT the massage room was right next to the waiting area. There was another lady that worked there (not sure if she was owner or another massage therapist). She apparently did not have a client at the same time so the entire time I was in the peaceful room next to the waiting area, I could hear her cleaning up, opening and closing cabinets, her cell phone ringing, etc. It made it difficult to truly relax and unwind. So I really liked Nancy but sadly, Im not sure I would go back to that location.

I recently had plastic surgery and was in dire need of a lymphatic massage. Lets just say that Ana is an angel in disguise. She is super sweet, caring, knowledgeable and very passionate about her job. Ive been going to Ana for almost three weeks and my body feels and looks amazing. I started coming here early in my pregnancy not knowing what to expect and I was pleasantly surprised. Pregnancy comes with all sorts of new pains and I felt great every time I left! Ana is amazing. She takes her time and listens to where you are having issues and addrrsses them. Plus she schedules appropriately so Im never rushed of the table. If I schedule an hour, I got an hour long massage! Very grateful to have found this little gem. Baby is due in 11 days but cant wait to come back after.

Recently I was experiencing new back pain. Ive had simple back pain since high school and have always been regular with my chiropractor. During my last back pain experience, it was clearly something new and my chiropractor was out of town for a week. Needing some type of therapy, Ana was recommended to me. When I showed up for my appointment there was no possibility of bending and touching my toes. When she was done, I rolled off the table and was able to easily touch my toes. My session was a completely new experience from any massage I have had before. It wasnt just about a massage, it was about what type of massage I needed to actually relieve the pain. There was explanation of what was going on with my muscles and what was needed to make them relax and the pain to subside. Something completely new from any other experience. I have been back now for other massages and will continue to go see Ana anytime the need arrises!

I suffer from severe chronic migraines. Because of the injury being soft tissue damage I have tried a number of various treatments, heavy preventative meds, chiropractors, and massage therapy. After going to Holistic Bodyworks Massage I can say my migraine frequency and intensity has decreased greatly. I have been to several other places for massages and none have really helped. I would highly recommend anyone to go here as it has been the only thing that has really worked for me!

I cant say enough postive things about my recent massage with Ana Maria. The massage was the perfect blend of relaxation and productive muscle work.After traveling for days with my toddler and schlepping his 25 lbs and luggage, my whole body was aching and my brain was in need of rest. I knew a deep tissue massage would help, but from past massage experiences, I feared I wouldnt be able to relax due to the intense pressure. Not the case with Ana Maria. I was completely relaxed and felt the pain ease within minutes.I left feeling like I was wearing someone elses body. A weird description, I know. But, since having a child back pain has seemed like the norm, I couldnt believe it when I stood up at it was gone.Im definitely going back and plan to send my husband too.

Oh my gosh- I cant recommend them enough!! I do CrossFit and had been struggling with imbalances/discomforts for months. I tried other PT places, and finally researched NKT work and found this place. I had an appointment with Ana Marie, and she fixed all of my issues SO QUICKLY!! It was such a relief, and I was in disbelief at how well it worked for me. One appointment fixed my muscle issues that Id spent months and hours trying to fix with mobility work, etc. You will not be disappointed. Its one thing to know your body but to be able to UNDERSTAND THE BODY is true talent!! Ana did an amazing job in accessing my my muscle incompetences and weaknesses. She specializes in KNT massage therapy (if Im saying the correctly). Not your normal relaxation massage. She was able test my muscle functions and identified areas in my back that are weak and not firing off properly. Now I know why I have lower back pain!! She was able to release my pelvic region (which is ALWAYS TIGHT) and create a better range of motion and enabling me to correct my posture and ability to improve my weak areas!! Like I said there arent enough words to describe my visit. But in simple terms: Im glad I found her. Im happy. Im working on improving my muscle function. And I will be back! I have experienced chronic back pain for years. I have several herniated disks and muscle spasms. I also have chronic pain in my shoulder muscles. After going back for multiple sessions I have experienced a lot of relief. I go on a regular basis now and couldnt imagine life without Anas help
