From the beginning everyone at JC was friendly and helpful. Unfortunately my new insurance didnt cover them. That didnt stop Karen from going out of her way and not only calling my insurance to see if JC could start carrying their insurance just so I wouldnt have to look around, but informed me that instead of having to return my medical device, it was only a month from being paid off. Its now mine. I highly recommend this company with flying colors.

I went today for a sleep component fitting. Stacey was assigned to handle my complaint of leaking face mask. She was very knowledgeable and competent as she explained everything in detail. She presented some new scenarios that might be the cause of my sleep problem. Overall I was greatly pleased with her expertise and service attitude.

The black lady that’s at the front desk has a very nasty attitude. She’s horrible. The way she talks to people. Every time I go there she’s very rude. If she hates her job that much and doesn’t know how to deal the public or talk to people then she shouldn’t be working there. Replace her with someone that’s polite and knows how to talk to customers in a respectful manner.

Each staff member that I interacted with at JC Home Medical was fantastic. They are very friendly, professional and helpful. They took the initiative to check and recheck with insurance and received the best coverage. They explained the use of the equipment very thoroughly. I am very impressed with JC Home Medical. My experience with this company has been excellent. I have bought various types of medical equipment from them for use at home and have also contracted with them for services to be provided along with rental equipment that requires regular monitoring by their professional staff. Speaking of their staff, I have been impressed by the quality of their people such as Rey Saulog, the very knowledgeable and gracious Warehouse Manager. There is a lot of sophisticated equipment in their warehouse and Rey and the people working for him are experts on all of it. It is very comforting to know that you can get all of your questions answered by knowledgeable and helpful people. I have not yet experienced the at-home service provided for the rental medical devices that I have on order, but I am sure that Catherine Chung, the owner of JC Home Medical, has a well trained staff that will provide the know how and monitoring assistance that my wife and I will need. Ms. Chung is an impressive person, and she makes sure that things are done right at her company.

This location is always helpful and friendly. They never seem too busy to attend to your specific needs. When you arrive here, they do not assume that you know which particular piece of equipment you want or how to use it. They carefully take their time to explain your various options and instruct you on the use of your chosen equipment. Each time that Ive come to this office Mrs.Kelly Flowers has been great. Shes been patient, informative and demonstrates great interpersonal skills.

I had been using my CPAP for 9 years and it was about to bite the dust. I had my second sleep study done, I was in a rush to get a new CPAP before my other one died.After calling JC Med and didnt get a return call, I decided to just drive down. I live in S. Georgia so it was a little over an hour, one way.When I got there, I realized they needed an appointment, so I thought I had wasted my time. Instead, they found someone to help me and I was able to leave with my new machine. Just make an appointment.I just had a few questions about the data on the machine. I called and spoke with Katherine and she was most helpful. Although I was full of questions, she never made me feel rushed and made several suggestions that helped me with mask fit, etc. Very knowledgeable and professional.

My Pulmonogolist sent me to JC Home Medical in January 2019 to fulfill my prescription for a BiPAP machine and supplies. I received detailed instructions on operation and usage. JC Home Medical offers excellent communication and timely shipping of supplies.My insurance changed on January 1, 2020 forcing me to search for a new supplier. I found no company offering the level of customer service that I have received from KELLY FLOWERS at JC Home Medical. I highly recommend JC Home Medical for all sleep apnea needs.

I dont understand the negative reviews. I was fortunate to have them as my oxygen providers for many years, until medicare awarded the contract to a different provider. Nothing but frustration since: late deliveries, deliveries two days after they were promised, delivering to the wrong address. They were always timely and courteous. Ill never forget how one of the owners of the company came out to make sure I got set up correctly while in the hospital.

We were in quick need of crutches and a scooter and were able to pick them up immediately. They even offered pick up and drop off. Great experience. Great customer experience. They came through for us.

Watch out for this place. I felt like I was in a used car lot w salesmen trying to sell me a car I couldnt afford. If u have insurance YOU call ur company prior to getting equipment or u will be in for a big surprise when the bill comes. Some of the staff were great some were arrogant. Do ur homework before accepting anything

We waited for 3 weeks for a wheel chair. Faxed all the paperwork they requested to them. Called several days later and they said they were waiting for approval from Medicare. Call Medicare they said they provided the approval. by that time my mother-in-law had fallen and had to go back into rehab. She was released from rehab and orders were written for a hospital bed and another wheelchair. 4 days later we called and they said they were waiting for Medicare. We called Medicare Medicare said they had approved it. Medicare called them back and then we received a phone call from JC saying they will be bringing it out in two days. Two weeks after my mother-in-law was discharged from rehab, Cory from JC shows up at my door and I tell him theyre waiting for him next door. Theres two homes on this property, 5 steps from each other. I went back to work thinking he was going to knock on the door and deliver this hospital bed. My husband comes back in an hour later and said he found a notice on the door that no one came to the door after he knocked and to call to reschedule the delivery. I am fed up with these people do not use JC medical. If your life depended on this company youd be dead!!!

Good experience to have Mens Compression Socks in JC home medical. I have spent 20 mins with Ms.Anna and she explained Compression stockings benefits, specially designed to apply pressure to my lower legs. after I have tried it, it was helping to maintain blood flow and reduce discomfort and swelling. Typically IT professional sitting long hours like me in a desk or traveling in flight, it was a big benefit to manage my health. Also Thanks to her about giving me precautious healthy tips in case poor blood flow in my legs. definitely, recommend for IT professionals :). Thanks to Ms. Anna.

These people at this company are the rudest people I have ever dealt with. They are stubborn and have absolutely no idea how to treat people attempting to get the medical supplies that are needed. They insisted that my wife had to come and get her necessary knee scooter and said that we would not allow her to have it unless she paid their fee. We went to Genesis and had no issues with billing, and they said they would deliver the knee scooter to us at the surgery center or hospital. If you have a choice. DO NOT use this company. USE Genesis. Tell your doctors/surgeons.

Very Rude! Incompetent! Respiratory Unit !! I have been ordering supplies from this company since 2011, now they tell me I will order it there way and not to tell them how to do their job. The manager said order it off line, I dont need to deal with them anymore. Centrix, Blue Cross and Mayo Clinic is being notified. They sent my grandma 8 o2 tanks. Went found out Saturday morning that the one unopened tank that she had left was empty. When I called to get someone to give her a full tank they said they dont deliver on the weekends. I had to threaten to call cms for a quality of care complaint to get them to come out. To all patients on o2, if you get an empty tank be sure to complain because the supplier still bills for a full tank that wasnt given to you. If they dont make it right call your insurance company and file a formal complaint with them. They will take action. I audit medical records for a living and see this sort of thing all the time.

My dad was having breathing complications so he was given an oxygen machine through this company. We were told his insurance payed for it so it was his. My dad passed away and not two months later they started calling my sister saying they were going to press charges because she stole the machine which was 12,000 dollars. My sister asked to see a contract and they said they didnt have to show her one because of hippa..... they called the sheriff and tryed to press felony charges on my sister. They showed the sheriff a contract my dad had signed and tryed to say it was my sisters signature. Needless to say the sheriftold them he would not be filing charges and they would have to take it to court.Update: After seeing this contract my father had apparently signed. It is obvious that it is a forgery. Do not deal with these people because they are crooks and WILL be out of business soon.
