I am disgusted by the care Ive been receiving. There have been days I was left without care. When I contacted the agency about the missed time being made up, I was told the situation would be handled. Nothing was done to correct the issue. They did not have anyone on call, nor do they have any employees staffed on weekends. I am disabled and its not as though I can stop being disabled on any particular day I choose. It has been extremely disappointing and stressful to have this agency working with me.
