Not responsive? That’s a joke. Been trying to get a human being from UHC on phone for 30 minutes. Either series of recorded messages, “bomp bomp bomp…” on phone or recording saying business closed. Transferring Florida Blue.

Absolutely horrible. This office has been calling me for over TEN YEARS looking for some guy named Charles. I’m pretty sure that violates some HIPPA policy...I’ve called countless times and corporate can’t help and the phone number listed doesn’t even work.

I am not rating any location in particular but of all the negativity I see, I have to say how lucky I am to have an advocate named Lisa Dunbar. I got my insurance through her. Have a wonderful dentist and PvP. Dr Denver Nutter is amazing. Staff as well. Dr Adam Greenberg, dentist, am totally satisfied. I have not dealt with any store front but call customer service on vack of card. Calls are recorded for quality. Logisticare, transportation service is horrible. No show, always late, they write you down as a no call, no show when they dont show. Never, never, never use them for any circumstances. They lie, tells you someone is on their way and 99 percent of the time it is lies as if the company is pathological across the board. They confirm your appt the day before and good luck if you ever see them.

They are a true mess. Customer service is God awful.

The new OTC program thru Walmart has been a huge disappointment compared to the previous OTC Essentials from last year. After attempting to order via phone and talking with a barely English speaking person, I decided to mail my request instead. Three weeks later I was informed it will probably be another week or longer before I may receive my order. I had no problems with the prior vendor. I cant be the only client experiencing these issues.

NON-EXISTENT Customer Service!!!! Have never been summarily hung-up on this quickly!!!! Just trying help my Mother get some info about her current policy (since Ive been unable to reach her case-worker). Tried to explain this quickly to CANDICE and before I got to mother - Candice abruptly said we dont handle health care at this office. I was going to let her know that when you Google United Health Care in Jacksonville FL, their office info comes up. Candice hung-up before I could let her know. NO customer service skills whatsoever!!!!

Got hung up on, hostile attitude from the minute the call started. RECOMMEND TO STAY AWAY. Was searching for United Health Care Jacksonville and this came up.

Not sure but this may well be one of the worst health insurance companies. My mother in law was having a hard time finding a pcp that not only accepted this insurance but that had open appointments for new patients. We called everywhere when she decided to call UnitedHealthCare herself to ask for doctors accepting new patients. They set her an apt with Dr. Amanda Zaide, who has nothing but bad reviews of how horrible the doctor, staff, filthy environment in an old house actually is. How rude and inattentive the staff and doctor are. How unprofessional and inept at their jobs they are. And how long of a wait in a hot environment your appointment might be, like the reviewers experience was. UnitedHealthCare, you should be ashamed of yourself not having any regards of where you send your clients. I’m not going to take my mother in law here. I’ve set an apt that isn’t until late September because I refuse to torture my poor mother in law with Dr. Zaide. It’s no wonder she had an apt time open on June 28th. No one wants to go back there. Thank goodness I had good sense enough to check before we went to this appointment.
