Horrible. Our agent Andi Ross did not help us to get a good rate at all. Not even a decent one. She was unresponsive whenever we had issues, and indifferent when we needed her help. I regret ever doing business with her. I could have saved a ton of money and time had I looked elsewhere.

Had an issue with wind mitigation and Michelle stepped up to the plate to assist. She attempted to deal with contractor as well as supplied with vendor that could perform inspection. Truly a professional!

Finally found a first class insurance agency in Jax. Working with Andy Ross and am impressed with her professionalism and especially her follow up. Started with my auto insurance and now bring all of my insurance needs to Shapiro because of Andy. What a breath of fresh air from the faceless e commerce insurance companys. She really digs for the best coverage. Very pleased.

For the past eleven years, I have been with Shapiro insurance. When it comes to renewing policies, transferring insurance to new cars, or when we added my husband to the policy, Shapiro has always helped us and kept our best interests in mind.
