Earth Fare is a great place to buy your clean food shopping. It is a clean place. Sales associates are very friendly and helpful. Also, there are very good BOGO on weekends.

I absolutely love this store. I am so sad to have to find another place to shop. Earth Fare had the best meat prices and local produce, and saved me so much money for eating healthy. The staff was always friendly and happy to help in anyway. I’m going to miss my weekly ventures there.

I can’t say enough good things about this place. Their prices are the best in town for organic food. Their produce always looks superb, well handled and properly placed, appealing to the eyes. You can see the employees actually care. They have an excellent variety of organic products. The meats are the best tasting. The organic banana chips that you can purchase by the pound are my favorite. Everything is fresh. The place is very clean. The hot bar buffet is always delicious and fresh tasting.

My family and I really enjoy coming to this location. The food is always fresh and the service is wonderful. We love the pizza from the deli. Always hot and good.

I Love this store ! The produce the fresher than another stores. Customer service is prompt, friendly and very helpful, and the choice of veggies is awesome!I am using this now as the primary source of my veggies since I make daily green juice and eat lodes of salads. I rarely write reviews but Earth Fare on Atlantic Blvd deserves 5 stars.I am really impressed and highly recommend! Special shout out to super friendly and helpful Tamara from Russia ! Best New Heath Food Store Everrrr!!!

Man I love this store. They always have the best and freshest products. If i need something of the organic variety they have it. No issues here at all.

The staff is very friendly! That is the only reason I can give this rating three stars. When they first opened they were amazing. I loved shopping there. However my recent trip has made me very reluctant to go there again. The fresh produce was old, and not replaced. The cooked chicken I purchased barely had any flavor (bought the lemon pepper) and tasted like rubber. And last but not least the milk I purchased expired the next day. I did not realize until brought the milk home from the store.Outside of my recent experience, they have been great for other things, they have a wide variety of cheeses & health items. outside of that go down the street to Fresh Market for produce & quality.

This is the best health foods store I’ve ever been to! I love it and it’s not a typical grocery store. The prices are way better than big box stores and other chains. The best selection of organic food and natural skin care products. They also have very affordable grass fed beef options. I come here every week!

Came here today to check out whats left on the shelves after hearing about the close-out. Not much left, all the good stuff is gone... They could fill one aisle with everything thats still there, but they have it all spaced out. Most of the items are health/wellness/beauty, but they also have select non-perishables, coffee, Valentines day chocolates, pet care/food, greeting cards, and some frozen/refrigerated foods. Some stuff are now listed as 70% off. Wish I came here sooner...heck, wish Earth Fare wasnt closing! The cheese bar was amazing!

I love coming here for the hot bar at lunch. Also the build-your-own parfait area makes my heart happy. I love their drink selection and assortment of designer snacks.

A quick stop for limited items. I cant buy everything in one shop here. Good produce prices and recent in stock levels. Not the best fresh foods and pizza area.

First time going. It was a cool experience. Ill be back.Picked up some teas, essential oils, and fresh meats and veggies and other sundries. It wasnt AS expensive as I would have guessed. But of course there are some overly expensive things in there.The employees were great!!! Way better than at Publix. They were knowledgeable and very friendly. Willing to give advice and guidance. You wont find that everywhere. Not even at my old favorite, The Fresh Market.Last thing. Their deli is NOT as varied and tasty looking as The Fresh Market. But it does look good. I say look, because I did not try anything this visit.

I want to love this store so bad but every time my husband and I come to shop here either food is expired or it is out of stock. Great concept, they just need to get it together. We still shop here due to my many food allergies we just make sure to check all expiration dates!

The best grocery store in the world!! Love their organic food. Great selection in soaps, veggies, fruits. The staff is probably the nicest staff out of any other grocery store. The experience is why I keep coming back. If you are a health nut and you dont come here you are missing out.

A big earth fare with some of the best staff and customer service. Ive never had anything short of a great experience here. They run a lot of deals for members and have a lot of dairy alternative products. The essential oil selection is scant and the only area for major improvement. The hot bar is great!

I know people swear by Earth Fare, but I just cant get into them. Each of the last 4 times I went in there, I walked out with not 1 thing I wanted to buy. This store is probably good if you only eat vegan/gluten free/some other specialty diet. I am none of those, but consider myself someone who likes to eat healthfully. I think a lot of people are similar to me in that regard, and there just isnt ever anything that leaps off the shelf and makes me think Ive got to have it. Id much rather go to Luckys or Trader Joes. Similar prices and way more items of interest.

Worked at the one in mandrin this one was close. With them closing down next best solution for those in the area try Sprouts on Kernan and Beach across from publix

We come here often, the staff is very nice. Jason is the main guy that waits on us in the meat department. He is phenomenal, I am writing this review because I believe hard work should not go unnoticed and every time we are there, he is there working his rump off with a smile. Go Jason!!

My favorite grocery store. Their meats are so fresh and cut perfectly everytime. Produce is top notch and most of their items are good for you. Their kind of pricey but you pay for quality.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The store is clean and the produce, baked goods and food bar items were fresh and appealing. However the person who bagged my groceries placed a hot to go meal on top of some frozen items. By the time I got home the hot meal was cold and the frozen items warm.

This store is absolutely the best stop. They have everything you need from things for allergies and sleeplessness to the most wonderful Meats youve ever seen in your life. The people are very helpful and no matter how busy they always greet you with a smile. Thank you Earth Fare for bringing a small but large store to Jacksonville.

EarthFare is my favorite health food store to shop in. They have all of my specialty items, the store is never crowded, the employees are pleasant, knowledgeable and happy to help and the samples are delicious. We don’t buy our meat anywhere else! I also love the juice bar. Items we buy are often on sale.

Good grocery store for health foods. I recommend that you try their corrsonts their outstanding. I have had a few bad experiences with some of the fruits not being fresh after I cut them open but overall this is a great grocery store.

This grocery store has the worst management. Every time we go there we have to make sure to check the dates on ALL FOOD because they have so many expired products! Staff is less than pleasant and everything is way overpriced. The exact same brands are sold st Publix for $1-$2 less. I will say they have a great selection, but again, half of it is expired.

I go to get my lunch here and they have awesome selection of healthy hot foods. Love it.

Obviously overpriced. Lucky’s is a more fairly priced grocery store than EarthFare. I wouldn’t come here unless I needed a specific item. I’d never do a whole grocery list again. Did it once out of desperation and convenience . Many grocery items and especially wine is marked up by 2-3 times the average price . Customer service is fantastic . Fresh foods are quite fresh.

This is basically where we get almost all our groceries. Everything in our kitchen is all organic and natural and this is a great place to buy all of them. The have everything from food to make-up products. Theres more so its best to pay them a visit. They have BOGO monthly. It does get costly but I believe in spending more with better food choices than paying for medical bills.

When I first went vegan there was not too many places to go and but some cool organic/vegan food at a reasonable rate. This place is awesome, inexpensive, and they have everyrhing you need.

Beautiful store with great prices and products. Kind of a cross between a Fresh Market, Whole Foods and Trader Joes. And they offer fresh cookies by the pound...thats a no brainer!

They have a pretty good selection as far as health food stores in the area. I love that you can walk around and snack as you shop... Or for more food, their lunch selections are usually pretty good as well.If youre really lucky, you get to pet a cow.

The sushi was so Blan that I had there, did not hold together well each piece fell apart, the salad bar was beautifully set up, but when I took that salad home it tasted horrible, and I was not about to drive 23 miles just to bring it back ((Im just being honest) and the price was way too high for the little amount that I got & the taste were bad..On a better note.. The guacamole that they had was superb, and I love the fact that you can get purified pH water here.. they serve a vegetarian Patty that is excellent..

Always clean and friendly staff when I visit. 3 favorite items: macaroni salad, tiramisu and Earth fare mint chocolate chip ice cream! Deli and regular meat selection is great, and only you only have to buy what you need.

Guacamole was so tasty. I almost got kicked out of the store for eating all the free samples.Great variety. Similar to a whole foods. Lots of vegan stuff if your into that. My fiance is it was great she loved it too.

I see why this place went out of business! It is wayyyy overpriced ! Even at 30%off, Walmart prices for the exact items are cheaper ! Luckys Market was way cheaper and a better option !

Nice grocery store, lots of wonderful organic choices in dry goods but limited produce section. The ladies in the deli were super sweet. The salad bar had some tasty stuff too. Im only giving four stars though because we saw a number of shoppers walking around barefoot (ewww????) and Im fairly certain our cashier was high as a kite.

Superb quality combined with highly educated sales staff make our visits and purchases worth even more. The chefs can provide you with details on how to make but if you are in a hurry the meat department has ready to cook kabobs, chicken cordon blu, and so much more. Return bottles and bring you own bags for rewards.

I love shopping at Earth Fare. They always have fresh organic produce and it is competitively priced. I also like their fish and chicken when its on sale because it makes it so much more economical to purchase. I can also find large bottles of the coconut aminos that I use there. Its conveniently located close to my house.

I go here to get whole chicken. There used to be some nice guys there at the meat section, but these days I see a guy he is really mean to me. I always ask him to cut the meat for me and if its not something they do, they should tell me they dont do that. Instead this guy always tell me I dont want to do this, I am busy at the moment and blah blah. If this is not something their company policy, I am ok otherwise do it nicely

I love the concept and products that the store provides, however upon my first few visits I noticed that they were not friendly towards African American customers. At first, I thought it was an oversight, but after visiting a few more times I realized that I was indeed being ignored. Im disappointed because I was excited to have one in my neighborhood, but I cant shop at an establishment where Im not given the same respect as other customers.

Earthfare is awesome! Some of their prices are a bit higher than most, but they have a lot of fantastic products you dont see anywhere else. When they have a sale, items are usually at a great price. The staff is super friendly and always offers helpful advice. I only wish there were more locations!

I wish I had taken a photo. The bag of avocados at the door looked terrible. I expected a better quality from this store. The avocados were shrunken and irregular shaped (gone bad). Other than that un-expectancy it was fine.

Huge meat selection, lots of choices directly from the creamery including egg nog and custard. Great deals on pizza (Tues), sushi (wed), and military discount on Thursdays. All in all, a good place to save a little on high-end, organic foods.

Always can find good, quality, heathly food with loads more options than other places. No nitrate meats found here!! Usually have trouble with the fish/meat counter getting workers attention tho...

Good beer selection. Some good deals of you sign up for their alerts. Black Friday had $5/lb gulf shrimp and $1.50 pints of blueberries. You have to shop the fliers and deals otherwise Publix or Winn Dixie are better priced most days.

Friday night pizza special...great tasting . . . .LARGE 2 topping ready to bake pizza regular 10.99, now 600. Comes with peparoni add you other topping. . Excellent! Or they can bake it.

I love the selections of EARTH FARE, they have a lot of ORGANIC vegetables and fruits. My children love the paper bags they pack the groceries in. And also the prices are reasonable as well.

Very odd and displeasing expirence. Ordered a sandwich and was served old bread and near rotten vegetables. Claimed to be out of lettuce and the girl making it had the personality and enthusiasm as a brick wall. Very disorganized, overpriced and garbage food. Stay away.

I use this store quite often since it is close to where I live. However, lately it seems like every time I visit the customer service is awful. There is not one section that I could compliment this store on in the last few visits. The gentleman in the meat department seemed like he was having a bad day and we were bothering him, the lady at the cash register seemed like she was disturbed that she had to check us out and was very rude when asking for the reward card information to look it up. Usually, when we come there to order a green juice fresh, they never want to make it fresh and when they do ..... they are not happy about it!.I think it is time for me to stop going here and start going to the Fresh Market. I really hope that there is some training improvements in the future.

I go to the store often because it’s right around the corner from my apartment. It has a wide variety of fresh vegetables and fruits. As well as high quality meats. It has many options for alternative diets like Paleo, Vegan, Vegetarian, etc. Furthermore, they have many essential oils and alternative medicine products. My only problem with the store is that it’s a little pricey. However, this is common among these type of grocery stores. You get what you pay for.

Used to be my number 1 supermarket until they raised prices to pay their corporate heads salaries. Basically every product is double the price now. The only reason I am still giving 2 stars is because their employees have great customer service.

If you and into anything organic this is the place to be. Wonderful food bar for lunch and or dinner at good prices. Love this place.

I came for fresh seafood and it was worth it. The salmon was not over priced and the young man at the counter was really helpful.

This store is by far my sons favorite store! He makes me go meet him there nearly every day to go shopping, and he is even friends with nearly all of the staff. One time they even helped fix his bike for him. The bulk section is diverse, but not as much as the mandarin store, thats the only critique

I loved this store when they first came here, I was such a loyal shopper but I moved but still drop by once in a while. Its pricey but I buy here what I cant find anywhere else. One huge thing I found that changed is the people that use to work here a lot of them are gone & the ones that are still around I can tell the vibe has changed. I believe they deal with a lot of complicated snobby people & I feel management needs to make sure it treats there people great, make up for what they have to deal with to boost morale & maybe pay them more.

Worst customer experience ever. Crystal was very rude and seemed like she was very nervous like something was wrong. Try hiring employees who can actually communicate with others. A simple question that required a simple explanation is all.

Their staff is courteous to all customers (saying hello, suggesting items, answering any and all questions, going out of their way to help you find an item in the store, remaining professional while on the floor, and having awesome team work with other employees at the store). Besides the friendly atmosphere, this store has awesome $5 deal days, coupons, a great selection of items of both conventional and organic. AND IT IS CLEAN! I appreciated that they strive to keep a tip top store.My husband and I ventured in one day just to check it out. This is now our home grocery store. First, I am not a complainer nor do I leave bad reviews online. I was very courteous when asking my initial questions. I was shopping with an ill teen and looking in the prepared meal/deli/sushi section and asked the clerk about the preparation of the chicken dish since it had no instruction or indications for heating. The clerk said he wasnt sure. So I asked to speak to a manger. A man came out and identified himself as the store manager and asked what the issue was and I asked him if there were specific heating instructions for the dish. He took the package and read the ingredients label looking for instructions and said, I didnt know theses didnt have heating instructions He flippantly said, I guess you just heat it up to 350 for 20 min Not wanting to gamble with my sick daughters health I asked if there was anything printed anywhere.He again flippantly responded with, NO
