Love the specialty & availability of some hard to find Items.

Each time I go you have less and less gluten free stuff. Its starting to look like a Publix in there. Actually I can get about the same items as the regular grocery store. Whole Foods used to have a great Sun-dried tomato bread then you stopped having it so I switched to Prairie Gluten Free and now they dont have that either. I made a special trip this week and realized its no longer worth the trouble.

Another anti vegan place that doesnt treat vegans right... Any place that doesnt have proper vegan dressings is a massive failure. And if that isnt bad enough they make you reach way down for the dressings that they do have. The only vegan option is balsamic and as everyone knows that just isnt adequate to make a vegan salad taste good. Its 2021 and this is very primitive. It cost $10 per pound for the salad items vegan ranch and treat us vegans respectively. It lacks a lot of things I could go on and on. Like how they dont know how to roast cauliflower but sell it as roasted.

Very clean and well arranged store. They carry a large selection of organics and specialty items that are hard to find. A bit pricey on many items though.

It’s not tuna salad, it’s onion salad . And next , you cheat people . Your organic food not organic , I have proofFor watermelon nitrate max can be 60 mg , a organic your have 520 . Melon max 90mg a have 410 mg . these products should not be consumed. and you are lying that they are safe

Great place to buy organic. However, a lot of the prices are more expensive than trader Joes organic products. Whole foods does have a bigger selection of products, including meat and seafood counters. In addition, whole foods freshly made, prepared food for purchase. It is a one stop shop for organic foods

I wish I had got the young ladys name at the customer service desk This morning Aug 17 @ 11:30am. She needs to be commended on her willingness to provide excellent customer service. A rare thing these days. And an example to her peers.

I was there yesterday and as usual everything is always fresh. There is always something new that I find. I’m really trying to eat more quantities of fresh foods and there’s no shortage of “Fresh”. The ladies at the register could be a little more friendly. The world has enough Snooty people. I would have given 5 stars but could not because of that reason.

Ive been in the health food store business since the early 90s, one thing I do know, is that, the deli food looks great in presentation, but can be quite OUTDATED. Two dishes were slimy at this location. SLIMY. Taste, smell and slime test the foods BEFORE putting it in the deli case. Just gross. 🤮🤮🤮🤮

Wish we had more of these stores. Wide variety of produce and meats. Also ready to eat hot food choices. I explored for over an hour and discovered lots of products. Great place to shop.

First time ever going to a whole foods store. This location is located minutes from the hotel we were staying at. This location of whole foods is awesome! The people that work there are so nice and helpful! Would definitely recommend going here for the hot/salad bar! Definitely worth the price!

Pizza makers, need to return to food handlers class as they tend to exhibit uncleansiness. Touching their mask, going to the back and return to making the pizza w/out changing gloves, touching dirty apron.

You know for a market that is adament about healthy eating, every one has very few vegan alternative foods or if they do they are always out of stock. Even before covid. Still, clean store and friendly staff and easy to get in and out of with my truck. Prices though, 4 bucks for vegan sandwhich meat that is 2.75 at Walmart. 😔

I am a very small person and I was ecstatic that they had shopping carts that were my size. I found my Jackfruit, grass fed whole milk, and Icelandic yogurt pretty easily. I was also able to save some money by scanning my phone at checkout with my Prime account.

This rating reflects the hot/salad bars, and seating accommodations. The hot bars are no longer being kept up. Many food items were empty or never filled. What happened? Also, are you looking for a place to sit and eat? Youre out of luck. The wonderful seating has been cut to 4 tables, two being hightops (good luck seniors). And the rest of the area has been corded off to accommodate filling online orders. Great way to make the people that actually come in and shop and eat FEEL UNWANTED. Yeah, I get it, Covid. But places are opening up seating once again. Your tables were never crowded together to begin with. Yes, you now have outside seating. Great. Yesterday was 95° with a feels like temp of 100°. Outside seating? Sure. Install fans. What a shame...

Still like to go here on occasion, but the bulk foods selection has markedly diminished, replaced by prepackaged foods that cost far more than at your local grocery. The bulk split peas, lentils, and sometimes the rice have grain beetles. This happens fairly regularly. Disgusting.

Very clean and nice place they have alot of high grade food and spices and they also have a buffet and restaurant style place to order food in the store and they also deliver with amazon flex. Theres never alot of people in here so its easy to get in and out but beware they do have some very pricey items in here as well so pay attention to what you are grabbing

For someone who appreciates grocery stores that take the initiative to sell organic, healthy, and unique items, I throughly enjoyed visiting here for the first time. It’s super inviting, modern, and the place is pristine. I love the idea of buffet like food areas but unfortunately, it’s currently closed for health reasons.The workers and environment is lovely and they use brown paper bags as an alternative to bagging your items with plastic. Although one downside to Whole Foods is the expensive prices on simple grocery items that you can get at Target or Walmart instead.I think some of the prices on certain foods are more expensive than they need to be. I agree that rare snacks and drinks that you can’t find anywhere else in Jacksonville would have a high price, but simple items like chips and crackers were more pricy than I thought.For future reference, I personally would only buy rare items you can’t find anywhere else in town. If I wanted to buy food staples, I would prefer to stop by a Publix or Target. They also don’t have any bogos like “buy one get one free” or crazy discounts.One thing I did enjoy was their self serve display shelf. They had ginormous cookies of different varieties, from vegan to chocolate chuck cookies, which were all $1. They had freshly baked bagels/muffins, easy grab foods, and a bulk section for nuts and grains. I definitely think they could expand on their bulk section though.They also had small freezers near the cash registers which had desserts like ice cream sandwich macarons ($4 each; pricey!), ice cream mochi ($2 each or 6 in one box), and regular macarons ($2 each or 6 in one box). I grabbed a few of each kind, one yogurt drink, and the total came out to ~$40! Sadly, I would never spend that amount of money for a total of 6 items at one store because it’s overpriced.Overall, I would love to come back for the intriguing brands and rare items but wouldn’t stop by for the main necessities.

A little pricey, selection can be a bit limited on some items, but generally a good store if youre looking for healthy options. Always clean, fruit is always fresh.

This is just a PSA to treat your Amazon Flex drivers with more respect. Mainly when I shop here its a great experience, but as a driver I have been treated poorly multiple times. You need to provide more information on how to perform a pickup during early morning hours. This morning I had to wait almost 20 minutes before I was let into the store to pickup my delivery items. As well, when I was trying to get in, one representative was rude and was not being clear on where to go. I was lucky when I went to the side entrance and a nice, young lady asked me if I was a driver and let me in. And, as I was completing my pickup I noticed that one of my gloves had ripped, so I was going to change them out and catch a breath, but the same rude individual from earlier stated sternly Sir and pointed towards the direction of where I came. Sorry if I was trying to take a couple seconds before leaving to catch my breath and change out a ripped glove after picking up 17 packages to deliver in an hour and 30 minutes of a two hour block. I understand, it was early and this individual may have been having a rough morning, but that does not mean you take it out on someone else. As well, the wait time that I had to endure almost made me not be able to complete my block on time, which could have affected my standing. All of this could have been mitigated by having better information provided to Flex drivers on how to perform early morning deliveries.

This Whole Foods has a really nice atmosphere. The store is surrounded on the outside by a shaded garden-like area with benches to take a load off at or eat some of the hot lunch or salad bar food you purchased inside. The indoor seating is spacious, but is currently closed. There are generous windows in the front of the store letting the sun in. There is a wide variety of produce, dry goods, wine and alcohol, cheeses and specialty items, meats and fish, baked goods and pastries, prepared foods. Theres a coffee bar as well. Im leaving a lot off; the store offers a lot of great products. The staff are polite and amiable; they keep the store super clean. My mother, brother and I love this place and make a point to stop here whenever we are in town.

I love there selection on fresh produce and groceries.... my favorite organic market. I get my cortadito (Cuban Coffee) every time I walk in... delicioso. Clean, fun place to do my shopping and the employees are friendly and helpful.

I will never be using this Hole Foods store as an Amazon return drop off again. I dropped my return there, and the clerk was impossible to deal with. I asked her for a receipt, and she said she couldnt give me one. She would email it to me. I have never heard of returning anything to a business that they would not provide me a physical receipt. I asked her numerous times. Then she insisted I remove the shipping box that the item came in. I was not told by Amazon not to take the box it was shipped in. She was left to take care of the box as I was fed up with her sharp attitude.I will not be taking any more returns here and quite possibly see no reason to frequent the store again.

I have to have laser focus to only get what I need. So many awesome products its hard not to stray.

Just not the store it once was. Employees standing around talking to each other while you have empty shelves throughout the store. The culture changed when they were purchased by Amazon. That was expected; however, the culture of some the employees has gone down hill and needs to be looked at. Right now they are just a fancy Walmart with a fancy price tag. One bright spot is Robert, the cashier. Knows the product and knows how to take care of customers the old Whole Foods way.

Very friendly workers and theres always a very nice lady welcoming everybody by the entrance. It looks very clean and everything is from great quality. Awesome experience! Thank you for such a great customer service.

Personally, I have been to a Whole Foods twice. Not sure I see whats so amazing about these stores. I found the meat section very limited and the dairy layout just phreaking strange. The pricing as compared to a Publix was about 20% higher with the exception of some produce at least at the time of shopping. I guess a lot of people Lastly, I found it irrating that you needed an Amazon Prime for some of the discounts.

Love all the fresh food. Especially the seafood counter. You should go check them out. Fresh honey , Fresh made be for your eyes peanut butter and more....

This is a great store to shop at. The selection is terrific and its a well-maintained, bright score. The only problem with it is the workers are somewhat surly.

Wish I had enough room. But I dont. I have had a run in a few times in the evening at the customer service counter. Thought she was having a bad day the first time. But when she was rude the next couple of times. You know thats not the case. Not helpful at all. And always has something smart to say. Which really bums me out because normally I would give a five 🌟. Not sure if I will shop here if I dont have too.

I havent enjoyed WF since Amazon take over. Products are poorly stocked, variety is also down surprisingly. The perimeter of the store is increasingly hard to navigate with poorly placed displays and stockers. Food bar is dry and unappetizing. Last nights set up for carts was ridiculous. And the position of the app reader should have long ago been improved. The only thing that I enjoy are some of the long-timer staff that are friendly.

I have been to Whole Foods all over the country and this one makes me hate the entire chain. The large black woman in the fulfillment area that used to be the inside dining area actually pushed her shoulder into me while I was holding my baby in my arms at 3:45 pm on Sunday November 15th. I had to call police she was so rude to me for no reason.

Hadnt been there in ages, and decided to grab a lunch for a last minute shift. I was pleasantly surprised how much variety they have!

Never seen Whole Foods so busy than today, 22 Nov 20. Then realized maybe 50% of the people inside were the shoppers for online orders and restockers. Made for a hectic day. But always love Whole Foods when not so crowded.

Ive been shopping here since their grand opening, and the customer service since day one has always been exceptional, produce is always fresh, great selection of vegetarian options, and their employees can answer any questions you may have about any products.

Great store if youre looking for quality and healthy food. Dont expect to pay Walmart prices.

Honestly, they have a lot of good product that you can have if you have a lot of money. Which is why 2/3 of their customers are over-privileged white moms with their noses in the air.... Assuming they havent elected to wait in the car... With the engine running and the A/C on, burning holes in the sky.

Everything I wanted was in stock and easy to find. The cashier reminded me about the Amazon Prime discount, thank you! Unfortunately there was only one register open and 10 people in line, including 2 handicap patrons who should not have been left standing in line as long as they were.

Love the curbside service, my only complaint is getting food that will expire like a day after since the shopper chooses, or maybe fruit that is a little banged up, but im picky so this may just be me... but still for the convenience its worth it

It saids mask required. But there is a decent amount of people not wearing mask indoor and even coughing with no mask. And no one tells them to wear one. For my familys safey i will not visit there again.

Samantha was GREAT! The clerks in the store are AMAZING and a huge help when you are looking for specific items. The first store clerk had no idea what soursop was however he asked several clerks until he found what I needed. Im so sad I didnt get his name because he was AMAZING and so very helpful. Then I met Samantha on the oral hygiene isile. And she escorted me through the store until I found everything I needed. This is the place to go when you are trying to make a healthy change but have no idea what to get....WHOLE FODDS MARKET is where you need to go.
