Almost everyone is very friendly.A little unorganized but definitely has it together much better than the other gyms in the area and will absolutely get your child further than other places in the area as well.One star off because of the not so friendly faces when you walk in the door and the slightly off organization. Other than that this place is great.

We have thoroughly enjoyed N. FL Gymnastics! We even left another gym due to this preference in setting! We are however, ready to see hour smiling coaches faces again! This will offer better engagement with the young students and learning styles.

Absolutely love this gym! The coaches are firm but kind to their kids and keep them on the right path. My child started over three years ago and is already at level 5 for an 11 year old and wants to go all the way to the Olympics! I do wish they had some kind of scholarship program because for a child that wants to do this for the long haul it gets very expensive as the years go on and its difficult to maintain but they are a wonderful, supportive, and hard working group and Im glad that shes going there and we intend to stay for as long as possible.

We’ve been part of two other gyms before for boys competitive gymnastics, this is our favorite one!

My grandson has been attending this gym since starting with the Mommy and Me classes. He has always loved this gym and all of his teachers. They have always been patient, understanding and very caring. This gym is clean with the latest and most up to date equipment. Everyone always seems to be having fun. I recommend this gym highly.

We love this gym and I would recommend it to anyone. My 6 year old son is in the boys program. We initially did a trial class from 6-7 pm and I was really impressed by some of the older kids that were there and what they were doing - boys and girls. The gym is clean and smells nice with great visibility of the entire space. The coaches all seem very professional and you can just tell that they love what they do.

North Florida Gymnastics is a top quality program and the owner Mary is a wonderful person. I am the mother of two competitive gymnasts and had to come to the local area temporarily due to a family emergency. Mary welcomed my girls with open arms and allowed them to practice with her team. Marys warm welcome and kindness towards our family removed such a burden in an a stressful time. It was a huge blessing for my girls to be able to be around other kids, continue their training, and have some normalcy in an otherwise overwhelming situation! We are truly grateful for her kindness and compassion.I can also attest to the quality of training and coaches at North Florida. I am also a gymnastics coach, having coached in several high quality gymnastics facilities in Florida (such as LaFleurs) and in Texas. The coaches at North Florida were top notch. They have an excellent focus on technique and form and hold the girls to a high standard while still having fun. They ran practice efficiently and safely. I could see improvement in my gymnasts in the time we spent there. As a military family, we have been to many facilities and Ive realized it is not easy to come by a gym that has both high quality training and coaches that use positive reinforcement while upholding high standards. I am so glad I enrolled my daughter here. As a matter of fact, I just talked one of my friends into enrolling her daughter here as well. The staff is friendly, the coaches are caring, and the program is relatively seamless. Dont expect overly strict behavioral standards as these are mostly college-aged coaches. Ive seen parents get furious because their kids arent chastised for the smallest infractions. Its not that kind of program

My kids (ages 3.5 & 6.5) have been taking recreational gym classes at North Florida Gymnastics for two years. The gym is clean, has age-appropriate equipment and a great viewing area for parents who want to watch their kids. The staff is extremely friendly and the coaches are great working with the kids. My only complaint is the size of the classes. The ratio is supposed to be 6:1, which is ok. However, lately Ive noticed some classes having as many as 7 or 8 students in them. (I suspect the additional students may be from the staff squeezing in makeups or a new student doing a free trial.) When this happens, the coaches are not able to give individual time/attention to each child at each rotation (this is unfair to the coaches and the students). It becomes frustrating to watch my kid perform an exercise wrong over and over because the instructor is not able to get to each student because the class is too big. I cant help but feel like quantity is being prioritized over quality, which is a shame because the quality of this gym is what originally impressed and sold me.

This is the best place to learn gymnastics. Erin the Program Director and Head Coach is wonderful. The owners have done a great job keeping the facility clean and well equipped. The location is perfect with shopping right next door. They have been open since 1992 and have 4 other locations, there must be a reason! They offer free trial classes so try it yourself. Your child will love it.

We left about a year ago for a team day program as it fit our family schedule better. We were not unhappy at this gym. Every coach there is well trained and knows what they are doing. The gym itself is in top notch condition with top quality equipment, and their rotation schedule for team and recreational classes are run so well neither classes run into the others. Each gymnast receives attention, so not one is left out or behind. Their customer service at the front desk is also run very well. I may not always agree with their coaching style for team, but they have each gymnasts best interest at heart.

We love this gym! Both of my daughters have been going there for awhile now and still look forward to gymnastics every week. Coach Isabella is the best and is amazing with the kids. The front is extremely flexible with scheduling and are really friendly. Weve done trial classes at other gyms and this one is by far the cleanest!

My 12 year old daughter loves going to gymnastics class everyday after school. Since starting the program her grades have drastically improved (AB honor roll now). She loves the trainers and learning new gymnastic tricks. The staff is warm and welcoming! (especially Jessica) Plus, they assist her with getting her homework assignments done. This program is affordable and I would recommend it to any parents looking to build their kids confidence and get them moving!

Clean gym, staff was very nice and helpful. We went to a birthday party, and it was well organized with birthday balloons and gift bags provided for the guest. They did all the work and both of my children loved it! I would highly recommend them for a birthday party.

We have just started here and my daughters first class one of the coaches pulled her to do a one on one because she has never done any type of tumbling before. It was so awesome! It is the reason we will continue to come! My daughter loves it!

My daughter is in her 2 year and we came form another gymnastics place. We love the encouragement , patience and love from the coaches! Ms Katie and Ms Isabella are wonderful with the kids. The Honeschool class fits perfect with our schedule .

Great gym! The coaches are truly focused on teaching skills to the children (vs. just running them through several different exercises as I have seen at other gyms). My daughter has learned a lot and is excited and motivated to get to class every week.

On vacation and visiting the Mens team for a couple of practices. Team and coach are warm, friendly, encouraging, and very talented. Will make sure this is the gym to visit next time we are in Jacksonville.

This place requires a month deposit even though you have credit card on file. Although the class itself is all right, they are having so many classes at the same time slot (that is, in the same room) making the place feels like a zoo and not it starts to smell. Over all, this place feels too penny pitching.

My grandson is going to a beginner boys class and just loves it!!!

The staff are all very friendly and helpful. We have only been coming here for a few months but I plan on keeping my daughter here for as long as she wants to do gymnastics. Her coach Katie really takes coaching the kids seriously and is very nice. In fact, all the coaches seem to really take their jobs seriously. They all take their time and patiently wait for each student to learn a new move before they move on.We also held my daughters 6th birthday here. Katie hosted that party and she exceeded my expectations of holding a party at a place like this. We had kids from two to nine year olds and every single one had a great time. She had them doing all kinds activities that they all enjoyed. My favorite was the parachute where the kids switched positions and she knew each and every single one of the kids names and made sure every one got their turn.I cannot gush about this place enough!

I brought my kid in for a trial, and the instructors were so rude I pulled her out early and left. I could hear coaches screaming at children and lots of them were crying. Not somewhere I would let my child spend one more minute.
