I have been going to this place for a long time. I have never had a bad experience there. Stacy is so sweet, she does my nails and Q does a great job with my pedicure. I read some of the comments, and I had a hard time believeing some of them. They always go above and beyond for me and are very friendly with customers. I like the smaller shop, more personable. No customer has ever complained while I was there. I so recommend this place. I have been to other nail salons, and always come back to Sky Nails because of the people who work there! Give them a try!

Do NOT go to this place if you want your nails done right. If I could give a negative star then I would. I will never go back to this place.1. You do not do a pedicure in cold water. It promotes bacteria and that is how people get infections. The guy didn’t know what he was doing. Basically just got my feet wet in cold water and then my nails painted.2. Lady was very unprofessional and playing around. Laughing and making a joke of how nails are done.3. I got pink and white acrylic nails. The lady didn’t know what she was doing. Instead of pink and white I got mostly clear and then pink put on top. The pink is over the white tip, they are lumpy, they are bulky, there was glitter mixed in the powder so I have glitter when I didn’t want glitter, and the polish at the end...which is not supposed to be polish on pink and white...is messed up and has a peak in the middle of one of my nails so it’s not something I did by touching something..it was applied wrong.4. Very very expensive for the services that were done. especially since she didn’t charge me right..she charged me $59 when it was supposed to be $40 for the pink and white and $24 for the pedicure....so supposed to be $64. Maybe she charged me that because she knows it was all done wrong? Who knows. I did NOT leave a tip.5. Maybe it is a Florida thing...idk...but there was not any license to even see that these people actually had an education for their trade.

They cut the space in half. Manager not very friendly. Not big enough for more than 6 customers. They ruined the relaxing atmosphere they had before down sizing. I will not be back.

Ive been a customer for over 15 years, seen a number of ownership turnover...Under new management right now... give them a chance, great people.May is a wonderful nail professional.

We were barely welcomed at the door and sat in the waiting chairs. The older lady came up and invited us to sit in the pedicure chairs and wait for the current clients to get finished then we would be next. 15 minutes rolls around and the next employee comes out and tells us that we wont get services because they had appointments coming in. There is no customer service here and wont be returning.

I came to get my nails done for the military ball last minute without an appointment about a week and some ago, anyways everybody here was very friendly and even took time to help me pick out some polish, I enjoyed myself and had a good conversation with these ladies. Overall my nails looked wonderful and went well with my dress and shoes ☺️ They did a great job !!

I was a customer for over a year. My husband had appoints and were turned away. Luckily, we went to Pink and White across the street who were delightful and great service. Everything happens for a reason .. got a new nail company.

DO NOT USE YOUR CREDIT CARD HERE!!! I just happened to be scrolling through my bank account one day and saw a charge at Nu Nails for $68. I thought to myself.. hm thats strange, I only got a pedicure when I was there. So I went a found the receipt in my wallet, sure enough $30 pedicure with $8 tip =$38. No problem I think to myself, Ill call and get it taken care. So I call and was told Stacy, the manager would take care of it. Couple of days go by and no return phone call so I decide to stop in the store. I see Stacy and show her my receipt, show her my bank account and she ALSO verified it with her receipt copy. She tells me she will call the bank and get it resolved and call me the next day. Two days go by, no phone call. She finally calls me and says its good to go.So after 3 weeks since the transaction there is still not a $30 credit to my bank account. So I call VyStar and dispute the charge. VyStar temporarily refunds the $30 back during their investigation. However I just received a letter today stating that they found their investigation inconclusive and will be taking it back out.This has been going on now for 2 months!!! You would think someone would just give me the damn $30! I know its only $30 but ITS THE POINT. I showed every damn piece of paper and documentation that I could.Long story short- dont use a debit or credit card here and I will NEVER be back. Im also switching banks.Thanks for nothing

$25 for gel nail Polish ombre. Definitely didnt look like an ombre. Got it done not even two weeks ago and Polish is already chipping. I have been getting gel nail Polish for years and never had it chip on me unless I waited longer than 4 weeks. This was a waste of money. I will never go there again.

The lady (the only one that speaks english and maybe spanish), did my toe nails perfect! The guy who did my acrylic nails was in a hurry, because he was already with 3 people waiting and still getting more people... my nails looks it needs some more care and the cutticlesI will not even say... just wasted $63...

Customer service is non existent. My girlfriend and I went up there to get pedicures and her a manicure. My pedicure was weak, and sorry. It felt unprofessional. Her pedicure was left with dead skin still on her feet. As she was finishing up her manicure, the paint had not dried completely and was actually drying irregularly (creating holes, and cracks) so the girl re-painted them and sent us on our way before they were even the slightest bit dry. She said itd be okay. 30 mins later, her nails had done the same thing, and the paint job was uneven. So we came back and showed them and asked for a refund. Because no one spoke English, they had to call their manager who could speak to us over the phone and all she kept repeating is that there are no refunds in their policy, which was never shown to us. We were on the phone for about 10 mins with this terrible manager, and she could do nothing, because no one there is authorized to give a refund. However she said she could but shes not there, where later she explained that refunds are not in their policy contradicting what she had just said. It was like beating a dead horse trying to talk to this lady. Non the less they did not help us at all, and threw the policy rant in our face. Never ever coming here again. We are so livid I had to make sure others knew about this. Do not go here.You can go here if youd like, but expect mishaps to occur, and nothing be dont about it.

I loved this place before it changed ownership. Now I wait 30-45 min on average even with an appointment. Looking for a new place.

Great product and attention to small details. I really like the quality. Have had abt 15 (at least) compliments on my nails since I got them done. Which I should add was 22 days ago and my nails still look new. For under $40 I got clear SNS powder and OPI gel polish, which is the healthiest nail growth option. I am thrilled with the quality. Stacy and Nu Nails do great work!!!I reccommend ☺👍🏽👌

Made appointment three days ahead of time for Sunday when they open at 11 am. Showed up 10 minutes early before they even open and theyre are already 5 people on chairs. Needless to say making an appointment was a waste of time. Then they wanted us to reschedule. For what? The appointments are no good.

Got Gel done on my nails and I could already tell they werent going to be the best because the girl seemed new and confused about how many times she was having me put my hand under the light. Not even 2 days later all the polish on my left hand had faded and turned yellow. By 5 days later, the polish on the left had mostly chipped off.. very terrible job. So I went back exactly a week later to see if I could get them done after already spending $25 the week before.. had somebody else do them but was still charged for another set because nobody spoke enough english to understand that i was just here a week ago and they werent dont correctly. Its been one week since I got them done a second time and the polish is already chipping again. Not sure what kind of polish they use but Gel for me has always lasted more than 3 weeks, I havent had my polish last more than a week while getting my nails done here. For sure wont be back.

I got my nails done as a treat to myself for my birthday. I have no idea what he used but my nails started cracking and breaking off right after I got them done. They didnt even last a whole week. Never going back.
