I am happy to be a patient of Lasik surgery. Like most i wish I had the funds or courage to get this done much much sooner. Glasses free, well currently still healing so shades. Post op appointment showed results of 20/20 and possibly would get a bit better with the healing process.I will say one important factor is you need plenty of patience and self control. I personally rub my eyes daily especially at night. The healing process demands, not just suggests, you not to rub your eyes for at least two weeks. With slight discomfort, I have a urge to rub my eyes but tell myself, when Im so close, i dont want to be blind! Just to scare myself into not rubbing my eyes.I would definitely recommend this surgery to any and everyone who is a great candidate. A bit pricier than getting contacts or glasses but very much worth it.

Let’s just say at first I was afraid to do it. I have never heard of lasik, but after my sister in law did it and I saw the results I wanted to do it as well. Honestly the best thing ever. I have perfect vision and I feel great. The procedure took maybe 10 minutes and soon after they finished I was able to see the clock In front of me. They walk you through the entire procedure which was comforting because you know what to expect. I highly recommend lasik if you no longer want to wear glasses. They are a very kind group of people who love to help.

Very quick process. Everyone was very friendly and informative. Went in at 8:00, left at 9:15. Procedure itself is about 15 minutes, and you feel no pain at all, just a little pressure, however you definitely need get a lot of rest afterwards.Overall, well worth the price. Feels great to not have to worry about falling asleep with contacts in. Would recommend to anybody on the fence about it

Wonderful experience! The entire staff was amazing and answered all of my questions. I was nervous, but they talked me through every step. I was very nervous, but everyone was very comforting throughout the process. The procedure only took around 10-15 minutes with my follow-up visit the next day. Definitely happy with my results so far! 😃

I had the most amazing experience from start to finish with LasikPlus Jacksonville. I went in for my consultation and they were extremely knowledgeable and took their time to do multiple tests (more than you see at your yearly eye exam). They actually caught that I had a slight astigmatism that my yearly eye doctor never has.The week before my surgery they called to check in make sure I had all the information I needed. The morning of all though they do many surgeries in one day you never feel like just a number. They make you feel extremely comfortable and very aware of what is going to happen. It’s a great atmosphere and an even better choice to choose lasik plus ! Everything went as planned and the next day I have 20/20 vision. I couldn’t recommend this experience enough that it still feels surreal and the best part is, you think you’re happy but their equally as happy and excited for you!

The staff is very friendly and answers all questions so you feel comfortable going into surgery. I was in the office for a total of 50 min on surgery day and the actual thing took about 4 min start to finish, I would say. I didnt get to sleep before the burning started so the 3 hours after were not very pleasant but being able to casually see when I wake up is so worth it. Even with the discomfort, if I had to get it again I would not hesitate. 5/5 all around. Being able to see is so amazing 🙌🏻🙌🏻

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Able to schedule appointments quickly and with ease including the procedure. Procedure was performed with skill and post procedure instructions were clear and all supplies and medications were provided. Overall a very positive experience!

Everyone was professional, answered any and all questions, and was extremely thorough and kind. The literature and videos were detailed and gave an accurate set of instructions and expectations. The doctor kept me calm throughout the short procedure and was able to get it done despite my constant attempts at blinking and squinting. The procedure was short and mind blowing at how clear I could see afterwards. I was nervous for no reason and couldn’t be happier at the outcome.

The Jacksonville Florida location is great! I was terrified to do it but was excited to do so. They are courteous, helpful and make you feel comfortable and safe. They talked me through every step of my lasik procedure, and for me it was not painful. Everything about the healing experience was expected since they go over every detail. I have had vision issues for my entire life. According to previous eye doctors I should’ve been wearing glasses for the past 18 years because of how bad my farsightedness and astigmatism was. After a 15 minute, painless procedure I could see better than I could with glasses or contacts and that was immediately afterwards. Three days later and my vision has only improved. I cannot thank the staff enough for all they’ve done. If you’re thinking about getting lasik, do it. It’s the best investment you’ll ever make.

The only thing I wish they could have done is, talked me into getting Lasik 10 years earlier. I was nervous before my procedure but everyone was so comforting and fun to talk to. We talked about movies while they where preforming surgery on my eyes. The best part, I walked in with 20/400 vision and left with 20/20. I highly recommend LasikPlus.

This was such an amazing time in my life! I’ve been wearing glasses since I was in the fourth grade and Dr. Endicott was amazing and so were all the other staff. Misleading advertisement. The website advertised that their pricing is all inclusive with no hidden fee. It also clearly stated that precription drops and post-opt visits are included in the cost. However, I was charged for the drops and when I questioned about it with Christina, Christina said, “the drop is included in the total price and cannot be discounted.” I tried to explain to Christina, its not discounted, its already included in the cost. Her response was, “yes, its included in the total.” She stared at me like I was an incompetent person. No customer should feel like that.Cost and total price is two different things.If the drops are included in the cost price, then they are already accounted for in the cost, then they should not be charged again separately. That would mean the customer is being charged twice for the drops.The drops are a little over $100, so its not that much, but its the principle for me.I feel like if you promised your customers something you have to go through with it. If not, then don’t make the statement. ‘No hidden fee, no suprise charges…everything is included in the cost,’ should be taken off of the website, because its not a true statement.

Best place to get Lasik! The staff is professional and experienced. The doctor reassured me on the day of the procedure that he had had my same prescription when he got Lasik at my age. He said it turned out great for him. The procedure was mildly uncomfortable, but very fast. Recovery was also fast with pain and swelling subsiding after the post-op nap. The results were immediate - perfect, crystal- clear vision!

To say that the procedure was transformative is an understatement. I have bounced between glasses and contacts since the second grade. I had gotten used to not being able to do things that others take for granted. I mean we had a termite swarm in our shower and I couldnt even see then while showering. The day after the procedure and I am at 20/20 vision already is unbelievable. The Dr. was very calming as anyone would be nervous about having your eyes sculpted by lasers. He walked me through each step and I felt I was in good hands with every person from the nurse to the optometrist to the surgeon. Absolutely worth the investment and wish I had done it years sooner.

I am giving them a 3star only because I feel like I wasnt checked on properly. When I came in for surgery I wasnt sure if I was going to do mono vision, so they did do a check and that was great. After that I was handed my paperwork to sign in the waiting area instead of with the front office staff. I felt pushed off because I needed that eye check to make sure I was making the right choice. I also never got any copies of anything I signed, so will be getting that when I go back in later this week to get the lens out. There was not even a call later that day to check in with me. I think that is needed. I went with PRK and its going ok so far. Still have trouble reading , but that is too be expected. The actual surgery was quick and painless. The Doctor was great and his staff in the room was great. I would recommend this office for you if you want to get out of glasses and get to wear awesome sunglasses all the time. Had to give one star cause there is no 0 star rating. Came to them believing they were the best. The day after my surgery till now I knew something was not right. Left eye is great right eye well is like the laser never came on. I can see better with my old glasses still on with that eye. Now after calling they tell me to go to regular dr to get 0 prescription in left eye and prescription in right. Yes you read that lasik plus Jacksonville told me this. Then in three months to come back. I’m a pool diver so three months not working?????

The only reason I would give Lasikplus less than 5 stars is because of the doctor. He didnt seem very understanding that I was nervous over the procedure and told me that he was not going to do this and would give me a refund. Granted, it angered me enough that I wasnt nervous anymore, but there were plenty of nicer ways of saying that i couldnt be that nervous during surgery.Once the surgery started, he was great, even counting down how many seconds I had to endure each step. Everyone there answered any questions I had, and made sure I fully understand what would happen during and after the surgery. Im glad I chose to have my surgery at Lasikplus, and wish I had done it sooner.

This team is amazing. Everyone up front was amazing and answered all my questions. Prior to my procedure, they explained in detail everything I needed to do. Dr. Endicott conducted my procedure with literally no pain at all. During the procedure he explained everything that was happening and it all took about 10 minutes to complete. Ive been wearing corrective lenses for 21 years and finally decided to invest in myself. One of the best decisions Ive ever made. The procedure was fast and there was no pain. Just some mild discomfort. Day after the procedure and Im already seeing better than I ever did with glasses or contacts.

From the online consultation to the final follow up appointment, everyone was so nice and professional. The doctor who performed the exams made sure I had no questions and that I understood everything about the procedure. The surgeon and his team explained everything that was happening and they were reassuring during the procedure. Everything they told me to expect after the surgery has been spot on. If you travel from out of town, I recommend staying over night so you can get rest right away and you’ll still be close by for the follow up the next day. I noticed the improvement in my vision when I woke up the next day. My eyes were still swollen, but I could already read and see better than with my contacts. I recommend this procedure, and especially this facility.

Overall the experience was good, I was very anxious about the procedure and the doctor seemed like he was losing his patience with me as I was trying my hardest to look at the green light(which I couldn’t see). Besides that, the rest of the staff made me feel awesome by comforting me before and after the procedure. Looking forward to me new life without glasses or contacts.

Super friendly staff. They take every precaution. They gave me so much information before the preop appointment, during the appointment and the day of my surgery. I never had any questions. Everything went as expected and better. Each appointment was less than 45min.

Great experience, they prepare you and let you know what to expect (yes there is a wait but they tell you before hand to expectthe wait). I have 20/20 vision in both eyes! Without my contacts or glasses I was pretty crippled. So it was pretty miraculous in my opinion that I left the office without any pain and with much better vision. The next day my eyes felt normal with fantastic vision. I keep giggling to myself that I dont have contacts in. If your eyesight is bad, do yourself a favor and get this done.

I had a great lasik experience! From the consultation to the follow ups, everyone in the Lasik office was so kind and incredibly informative. The actual lasik procedure didnt really hurt - but I was sooo scared about having it done. Everyone really helped me feel more relaxed about the entire thing.The ONLY reason Im not leaving 5 stars is because I had an issue and I called the office several times over a week and I couldnt ever get anyone to call me back. I ended up showing up to the office asking to be seen - what I learned is that all calls go to a call center, not the office directly. They later gave me an email address so I can directly contact them if I have any other issues. Luckily it wasnt an emergency - just frustrating that I couldnt get a hold of them. Even with that - my husband is planning on having Lasik done in the summer and will go here too!

It’s not good when you google complications, or side effects of lasik and your eyes look worse than any of the images. It took two weeks for the pain to finally subside but my right eye still is extremely red. When I had the procedure done the suction before the laser took them multiple attempts and every attempt the disk would flip out and pop me in the eye. When I asked what the issue was I was told it was because I “have small eyes and it can make it difficult”. Makes me wonder if the surgeon doesn’t have enough experience with “small eyes”. Vision is great, pain finally subsided, staff is friendly, but my overall experience was not that great.

The staff is genuinely caring and patient/customer-centric. I expected the disingenuous courtesy that you might see with high volume services (like chain dentistry) but I was pleasantly surprised.They explain everything in amazing detail, the process is extremely organized and efficient, and the results of the procedure exceed expectations. If I was hired to consult for them the only recommendation I could make (based on my experiences to date) is to remove any ads out there that advertise the “as low as rate” I think they advertise something like “as low as $250.00” or something like that. No one is getting this treatment (from a reputable source) for both eyes for less than $3500.00. The service is well worth that and suggesting that it can be had for less just cheapens the perception of the business and the industry.

It was an extremely fast process from the initial assessment to the procedure to the recovery time. I think I have been stuck on the interstate longer (that maybe a little exaggerated but you get the idea)!! I am still adjusting to my new vision but it has been a real blessing. I cant wait to take my adult children to get their vision assessed and corrected!

I was nervous to have lasik but the staff at Lasik Plus in Jacksonville, FL were great. I am now 2 days post surgery and I see great. I went from 20/150 in my left eye and 20/60 in my right eye to 20/20 and it’s could only get better. I’m very happy that I took the leap to have lasik. Well worth the money!!

This entire staff is amazing! They all care about what they do and it shows! Dr. Hagan is an amazing surgeon that takes her extra time to do this because she loves what she does.. (and thank you for your service ma’am). Dr. Orta is an amazing Optometrist that takes the time you need to talk and make sure you completely understand every aspect of it all.. and Danny is a phenomenal..everything else!! Danny was there from start to finish to make sure that I understood everything, did my initial exam, explained everything and made sure I was comfortable through the whole process. I can’t say enough about these people and what they do. My results are more than I could’ve hoped for, so I say thank you to this wonderful team of professionals!!

I had my lasik done 10/29 and Im very happy. The consultation was more thorough than the eye doctor and they were transparent about pricing. The FNP didnt make me feel pressured or rushed and went out her way to calm me down the day of the surgery.I had - 2.00 in each eye with slight astigmatism and I paid $3900. My husband overheard another couple and it seems like $3900 is their standard charge.My only complaint is I feel like they should have spaced out patients more on surgery day. It went fine for me, but the surgeon and staff were constantly busy and running around. They didnt seem flustered and I understand the surgery itself is only about 10 minutes including prep. I get that more patients = more $$$, but I dont like seeing staff that rushed when they are about to cut open my eyes...I cant say much about the surgeon Dr McCurry because I dont think I ever talked to him really, it was mostly the FNP and front desk ladies. They were very nice and Brianna even remembered my name when I came for the surgery and post op checkup the following day. Pretty impressive with how many people come through the office. Overall I would recommend LasikPlus to anyone on the fence

The staff is very nice and quick too. They have their procedures down and are willing to work with you. They answer questions quickly and correctly and care about what you have to say and your worries. The actual procedure was super quick. Dr. McCurry was very well versed in the Lasik process and kept me calm throughout, talking me through everything he was doing.I hurt a lot more than expected after my surgery but the pain went away after I took a nap. My one small critique is that I just wish they told me it may be more than just irritation (However, this may be just my bodys reaction and not a general one).

Just got my surgery done a few days ago and I am loving that I can see 20/20 after 15 years of needing to wear contacts and glasses. All consultations and the procedure were quick and efficient, but also were personalize and very friendly. Could not have asked for better service!

I had my procedure yesterday day and today I am already seeing 15 20. The staff had been more accommodating and kind. Dani tried his hardest to get me a good price and was welcoming every visit. The doctor on staff was by far one of the nicest and gentle doctor. She made sure I was comfortable and informed. The doctor doing the procedure is also very nice and will talk you through out the procedure I have no complaints on the staff nor on the procedure.

The staff here are so helpful and knowledgeable and really guide you through the process. The day of the procedure went so smoothly and it was obvious you were in good hands. Great experience!

I had the most amazing lasik experience at LasikPlus! All of the staff were super nice and genuinely excited for me to be able to see without glasses. They went above and beyond to be comforting, answer all of my questions, and get me a great deal. It was a much easier process than I had thought it was going to be. I would absolutely recommend LasikPlus to anyone who is considering having lasik surgery.

I have wanted to get Lasik for years; however I was afraid to do it. I made the decision to go to a consultation a week ago and after 30 minutes in the office I felt completely ready to schedule my procedure. The office was so clean and inviting, the staff was so kind and friendly and made every step of the process easy. I can’t stress enough what a wonderful group of professional people that work at this office. My procedure was painless and I am so glad that I took a chance and made the appointment.

Unfortunately I had to come in for touch up I would be the lucky one but for all my experiences have been wonderful the staff is great. The experience is definitely an experience in a good way. Mrs. Allan and her staff insuring the procedure is wonderful they walk you through everything and keep it comfortable. I have a special place for Mrs. Vanessa I had told her something and you could see in her eyes the compassion of such a wonderful Person. I have bonded with her over my visits.
