I just had a minor medical issue, but was in and out in 40 minutes. I went straight to reception and then went straight to get my vitals after I was checked in. I was in my exam room in less than 10 minutes after walking in the front door. Very quick and efficient.The facility is brand new and very nice, I will definitely be going back for any future issues. Definitely a bonus that it is only about 15 minutes from home.

My husband accidentally stabbed himself in the thigh with a sizable blade trying to put a hole in a bowl to have a container for sharks teeth on vacation. We rushed to the nearest ER and had the absolute pleasure of finding this medical center and the folks working inside. From the time we walked in the door (in utter panic), the nurses, registration and Dr. Bell made us feel as comfortable as possible and answered all of our questions. Dr. Bell’s patience, understanding and compassion made the experience as calm and as quick as possible. He got 18 stitches in four layers of his leg and she talked him through the entire thing, being so careful and precise. My husband went from an anxious wreck to a collected patient in minutes because of her care. Thanks so much!

They absolutely need a larger staff. And more doctors. It’s really unacceptable to have people wait this long. 3 to 5 hours on average? It’s Inexcusable. And each time we did not need major procedures. Especially when they’re in massive amounts of pain and need immediate care and attention. I’ve come here 3 times and every time I’ve had to come out of the room and walk down the hallways to find someone after waiting 30+ minutes with no one around. Even after hitting the call button.The nurse was very disrespectful to my friend when she was in serious pain. The nurse practitioner was very kind and respectful but couldn’t do much to help her without the doctor who has been MIA for the majority of our visit. Absolutely not ok for us to wait 3 hours after my friend got something in her eyes and has been in considerable pain that hasn’t gone away and we are STILL HERE.

Was a long wait before I was seen, however when I finally was seen they took great care of me and gave me everything I needed to feel better and get the imaging I needed. Very great quality care, just might have to wait a bit. Also its VERY COLD so if you have to come here bring something warm.

Very upset with the way this facility violates your hippa rights asking you out in the open in front of everyone the reason for your visit nomatter the condition or personal

Had the best experience here. Ive been to a few other ERs but this one was not only cleaner, but kinder than any other hospital I have ever been too! My nurses and doctors were so helpful and answered all our concerns, If there was a way to vote you guys into a hall of fame I would!

Very friendly and professional staff. Made me feel comfortable while I was being treated. They were very attentive.

The worst visit to an emergency room. Workers were slow, nobody announced who they were and they at the nurse station eating chips. Been here since 2am and its 4:47 and still have not seen a doctor. They need to do better. This hospital is not friendly at all.

Fell off ladder and broke my left foot/toe. By the time I got to the emergency room I was wheelchair bound. (worst than child birth, I think of course that was 44 years ago). Dont know what the pain level would have been if I had broken my leg, at any rate I found all (from the front desk to the back end of personnel and service )to be very pleasant, even the Doctor. Only problem (( You will Wait here )), maybe ten people including myself in the whole outside emergency area, dont know how many was in the back/emergency room. They didnt have a room for me, so I had to be treated in the hallway. (I would have been okay with the waiting, if they had given me some Drugs..

Its new. Not too busy. Beats going downtown. Very nice people.

THE WORST EMERGENCY ROOM EVER!!!!!!!!! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED DO NOT COME HERE. I SEE WHY ALOT OF PEOPLE ARE NOT EVEN IN HERE. IT CAN BE 1-2 PEOPLE AHEAD OF YOU AND YOU WILL STILL WAIT 3-4HRS. TO BE SEEN. HOW RIDICULOUS IS THAT.

Thank God they have attended to me very quickly I am surprised The results also did not take or 2 hours been in others it still took me about 8 hours
