Negative stars for this place.. Absolutley horrible customer service and the woman and young man showed it all over their face they do not want to be there and those customers coming through the door are a bother. Just sign in! No smile, hows it going... Nothing. We asked ..Excuse me.. who do I make the check out to and amount. This must of been a difficult inquiry because their response: Just wait until I call you. After finger printing is completed he said make check to ALL CLEAR. Was that so hard to tell me when I first asked? Also.. Sorry we cant provide an official receipt because we cant print of quickbooks. All while they look like they are overwhelmed with 2 people needing services. I would HATE to see if they were busy. If you dont like your career, it is time to seek alternate employment where you can at least SMILE. NONE of that going on here!!!

Horrible customer service.We went online an made an appointment, an available time at 3:45 was open so we took took it.Apparently (I did not know at the time) they close at 4:00 pm and don’t like customers coming in close to that time.The appointment was for my son, he goes in with two papers one paper was for the appointment the other was finger printing for another job, I figured he could get both prints done while he was there.The employee there sent him away saying he has the wrong paperwork even though he showed both. I was waiting in the car so I go in and explain to them what was going on, and show the same paperwork my son did , which clearly showed the correct info, had they not been trying to rush and leave they would have took the time to look at both documents and see what he was trying to say. They of course took no accountability for it, so I told them ok I’m going to send my son back in then so he can get his finger printing done. An old man that was in the back started getting angry and made some face. So I asked him if there was an problem? He told me there closing?!!! When I literally was in there for a couple min and I had AN Appointment. So I told him I have an appointment , he just threw his hands up and said fine.??? If they don’t like appointments close to closing time then DONT have availability at that time!

Quick and easy! I needed finger prints done. Made an appt online and was in the next morning. It took 5 minutes and I paid $60 cash.

Everybody was very professional, and made the sign in process easy and efficient. The workers were pleasant and joked around which made the time pass quickly.The building itself is very clean with minimal clutter, plus it’s relatively easy to find which is nice for those of us who are not originally from here.All in all I’m glad I chose to come here for my fingerprinting services and will choose them again should I need their services again in the future.

This company truly puts the serve in service. They were curteous, prompt, and responsive. Best of all they drove hours to come to us which saved us valuable time! I could not recommend them more highly.

This staff was so nice from the phone inquiry to fast same day service! Christine was AWESOME and so genuine. I will be back for all future fingerprint services!

Their website makes it easy to make an appointment online. The employees were very friendly and helpful. Fast but patient (my pinky finger was having a hard time being scanned, lol). The young man who took my fingerprints personally called me when he could not read my handwriting on a form I filled out. Instead of assuming, he took the time to make sure what I wrote was correct. I appreciate that- especially for something that is so important (Thank you!). I would recommend this place if you are a nurse looking to get a compact license. The whole procedure probably took me 15 minutes. Great service.

Thats cool 17 bucks to take my picture. 88 total. Im surprised they didnt charge a fee for me using their pen. Oh and I sat in their chair, surprised there wasnt a fee for that too.
