Dr Michel provides exellent care and services to my mother who have been a patient for years. The staff is very nice.

You can get an appointment anytime and faster if needed. Customer Service is outstanding, they are always friendly. The wait is never long.Dr Michel takes his time to find out what is going on with you, actually prescribes medicine that helps unlike other DRs. ,very Professional,Great sense of humanity and humor.

Not quite sure why some people left bad reviews and even more baffled with the negative reviews about wait times and rude staff. I got in there at 2:20 for my 2:30 appointment and got taken back at 2:27. Staff was great and so was Dr Michel. I do not usually leave reviews but when I went to add the address to my maps to save as new location, I noticed the review rating and had to chime in. Give this place a shot if you are looking for a new PCP, don’t judge based of the reviews.

I’m disabled and you had MRI’s said you were not helping me anymore ,I said if I pay out of my pocket , could I be in your program ,you said no , 3 months later you were fired from Sunshine health insurance. You had bloodwork of mine that showed Tumors and cysts on a non working thyroid... 6 months later2018 UF Shane’s want except Sunshine health ins.so it 2019 still no tumor or cyst Doctors ,Sunshine health ins. Is horrible and the Doctors are as bad ... 6 caseworkers , 2 psych therapist 3 just moved from Jacksonville,Florida... she said people help and who she gets approval from Denied everything she recommended for me ... I have 5 denied letters and 3 Specialist Doctors saying I need more care and nothing but it started with this Doctor

Front office lady who answers phones is awful. I won’t come here again due to her terrible customer service. Have asked to speak to other people and she will refuse. Dr Michel is wonderful but after too many bad experiences with ONE staff member I’ll go elsewhere. Ridiculous how she speaks to people. I always call with a pleasant voice somehow I still get into with her every single time!

This doctors office is the most incompetent doctors office ever in the history of the world!!!! We waited 3 and a half hours for a scheduled appointment!!!! Every single referral has to be checked and triple checked for accuracy and most of the time they dont even file it unless we make multiple calls!!!! Please go elsewhere!!!! For your own good!!!!! We will be filing a formal complaint with HUMANA!!!!!!!!

Dr Michel is my primary physician that irresponsibly stop giving me Clonazepam that I was addicted to. COLD TURKEY no medical care or guidance. CRIMINAL

Amazing dr remembers patients after years. He really does care about the community and very kind person. I go to none else in Jax.

If i could i would only give a half star this doctor sucks. They dont call with reminder if a patient loses there appointment card. It took them half a year to request my medical file from my old doctor and i am the one who had to ask them. The nurses act like the dont understand what your saying. I have only seen him once and all he did was checked my heart. Plus if you offer services i need why would i need a referral to go somewhere else or being told that you would if you had to. Unorganized and slack you spend half your day in waiting room cause they always seem to be backed up or short staffed. Im planning to go to a better doctor. Those awards may have been earned but he is not that type of doctor any more

I love my dr. He is very patient with me its like a brother to me.
