I was there to see if I could get an iud and the doctor made me feel like humiliated when it came to putting the speculum in and I was crying in pain. I will never come back there again!!!!!

I came here for a minor procedure.. they called me a day before all of my appointments, which was so nice! I enjoyed the nice employees. I always felt welcomed. Dr. A did a wonderful job.. Im glad I came here. Thank you ladies!

Only place Ive gone since I was 19 years old. The bad reviews are personal or they didnt clearly ask what female services are offered. She used to do babies she doesnt anymore they tell you that ! Duh ! The doctor and her nurses are very friendly and informative. Shes never been rude or not listened to a concern of mine. Communication is key people.

This office is garbage. The staff lied and put on my profile that they explained the protocol of a wellness checkup. They did not and are charging me 2 bills for a CONVERSATION and QUESTION I asked about my health. They keep saying they explained it, but if they did I wouldn’t of put myself in the position of coming back for a check up nor would I have inquired about a health issue concern. They don’t care and just want the money. They didn’t care what I had to say so I will never recommend or come back.

People are really rude and the place is freaking nasty.

They are the absolute nicest. They are so caring and really good. They check everything just to be sure you are okay .I highly recommend them!

Dr Alvarado is a nice woman, but her staff makes coming here unbearable. I was given the wrong test results and Lavinia LAUGHED when I burst in to tears. The office manager lied for her and said she was just clearing her throat. Couldnt even get the doctor to call me after this happened. I wont be back.

If I could give this a negative star, I would... I came here in hopes of getting an iud because my husband and I are not ready for a child. I was put on the pill strictly for controlling endometriosis symptoms (by my previous gyn). I asked my previous gyn if it would be possible to have an iud and still be on the pill and he said yes of course.This so called doctor at this womens clinic literally laughed in my face and said you dont have to be that scared to get pregnant. Plus I follow an endometriosis page on Facebook and multiple people use this method...and when she examined me, there was no other nurse in the room and it was extremely uncomfortable. I left there crying and felling completely humiliated.

I don’t understand why it’s called a womans clinic when they have nothing to do with pregnant women. Also, very rude people.

The woman I spoke to was very rude and had no means of trying to direct me for any assistance about getting checked by an obgyn. When I was referred from the ER to be checked by this place.
