Hopefully he is a lot better than the man he is partnered up with at Internal medicine and primary care. I was treated very poorly by By this man Dr. J I was told youre above my pay grade asked if I had psychological issues and that he didnt have time for me today 😞 I left in tears hurt and in complete embarrassment. He dismissed me from the practice, thank god because I wouldve left on my own. Dr. Rolando Gonzalez was a huge loss to that place, hopefully Dr. Arcot has professionalism, compassion, and decency that Dr. J lacks. My new doctor has told me it wasnt the first time hes lost it on a patient ☹️ I hope no one has to go through what I went through there that day. I want to make sure of it. He refused to check me out, I left and went to Star Medical and saw Dr. Lovato... who is a godsend! I walked in in tears shaking and they took complete care of me the entire staff. I found out that Dr. J has lost it on other patients before also. I ended up with a ruptured left eardrum , A terrible sinus infection , that I was swallowing and making me sick to my stomach, completely dehydrated. My white count was high and I needed to be given IV antibiotics ... Im glad I went and got seen by Dr. Lovato, Bc Dr. J slammed the ear scope down and told me to find a new doctor, And refused to check me out. Good luck Dr. Arcot though hopefully he cares about his patients, u like his partner, and heres hoping Onslow Memorial hospital can step up their game 🙏🏼
