My recent visit was one of the most pleasant I have ever experienced in a physicians office.The staff members were upbeat and funny, pleasant to talk with. They did everything with efficiency while actually looking me in the eye and smiling. The physician had a warm bedside manner and efficiently took care of everything that needed to be address. People, Im impressed. You really dont want to go anywhere other than this office.

Excellent dermatology practice! The front desk staff are polite and courteous, I did not have to wait longer than a few moments before being taken back to an exam room. Both the doctor and nurse were friendly, answered any questions that I asked, and performed a thorough whole-body check. Would definitely recommend this practice!

Dr. Cooper and her assistant were wonderful, prompt (not waiting for an hour or so as I find with the majority of doctors) and very attentive.The problem I had with a skin condition with my skin was diagnosed prior to seeing Dr. Cooper and he didnt come close to what the actual cause was. Dr. Cooper knew in a very short period of time that it was eczema and gave me a prescription that has made a world of difference.I highly recommend Dermatology Southeast, especially Dr. Cooper, I will definitely continue to see her from now on.

I took my daughter here because she is experiencing some skin and head issues, the dermatologist she never walked in the door, she stayed by the door while I was all the way inside the room and diagnosed my daughter without even looking at the issue or examining her skin, I have a 6 month old baby, they gave me some stuff for her head however when reading the back it says it’s for ADULTS and to put it on your head and sleep with a shower cap then rinse it off in the morning, how can they except this from a 6 month old baby, plastic on a child’s head is a safety hazard this could’ve done more harm then help, other than the fact that they never took the time to see what is actually going on with her, this is THE WORSE DERMATOLOGIST EVER, they over charged me and when I called them on it they first refused to give me my money and later sent the check in my daughters name!! A 6 month old baby !!

I visited this practice last Friday, 3/12/21. The lady in the office receiving patients was very friendly.I found Dr. Cooper to be unprofessional and would not recommend this practice. During my visit, as I was sitting in the chair in the examining room, Dr. Cooper kept glancing behind me while I was describing my skin issue. When she glanced behind me, she proceeded to chuckle a couple times and said she was sorry after both times. Her nurse was standing behind me during the examination. Hopefully this review will serve to be productive in learning better professional and mature behavior with patients.As far as knowledge for skin repair goes, I did not find anything to be uniquely new from what I had read about online. I felt as though Dr. Cooper was knowledgeable with the same information that is available online. After this visit, I contacted an esthetician and another doctor in Jacksonville who have more specific and unique treatment options for my issue. I felt like they really took the time to listen and prescribe and show me patient before and after photos.

My old dermatologist told me i had dandruff, after it didn’t get any better with very expensive stuff, i went here. Dr. Cooper told me i have psoriasis of the scalp and that diagnosis changed the way i feel about my hair, i rarely scratch anymore and i haven’t seen any flakes in 3 months!

Great dermatologist who takes the time to listen. Kind and caring staff who make you feel comfortable and take time to educate you on skin care. Rare find in todays fast pace world! Definitely recommend for all ages and skin care needs!
