I have been seeing Dr Stewart for many years, since back before she went out on her own. Always professional and always top notch people working for her. Sent family members there as well. Sad to say that in the last year or so, she is never available and its always a P.A. that gets the appointment. Worse yet, the people at the desk and who manage the appointments and services, do not have the level of professional demeanor or attention to the patient that I have seen in the past. Not happy at all. And getting a simple, emergent question asked? Forget about it. Time to move on I guess. Take it as a word of warning Dr Dr. Stewart, you can expand, but people came to your office to see you and to be treated with respect, not for this nonsense.

One star off for the wait. Be prepared to wait an hour. But everything else is great.

Really felt like you guys did not listen to me here. PA gave me lotion and other samples for face that made my face burn and scab up. I was prescribed antibiotics then a cream. Haven’t been able to get cream and I’m miserable. It’s been a week and the office is either forgetting or just not taking it seriously enough to fax over the info for my face cream. Within a period of a month I’m an unsatisfied client. I may look elsewhere for treatment at this point. I have a 2 star because they are friendly but rush way too fast. Slow down listen to clients. I believe the first incident really could have been avoided if I was heard.

I have been a patient of Dr. Stewart for several years and she is wonderful! She is professional and I trust her completely. I highly recommend her.

I am so thankful to have been referred to Dr Stewarts office. Her kind and caring manner makes you instantly comfortable. Her excellent care keeps you coming back. She has a wonderful warm staff. Love everything about this office.

I cannot possibly say enough good about this place. If you have any kind of skin issues, this is where you come to get them treated and resolved. I have been a patient at Total Dermatology Care for roughly a year now. On my initial visit, Katelyn Kelley, PA-C, very capably diagnosed, treated, and resolved a life-threatening infection that my then PCP, believe it or not, had ignored and refused to treat. Since that initial visit I have been treated by both Katelyn and Dr. Kristin Stewart, MD for a number of sometimes complex skin disorders. In addition to being an extremely knowledgeable physician with an incredible bedside manner, Dr. Stewart served our country honorably and meritoriously as a Flight Surgeon and Dermatologist. Again, if you have any dermatological problems whatsoever, this is where you want to be.

I went and had my first facial today for the first time ever on the recommendation from my wife. Holy cow, what an awesome experience! Kelly is their facial specialist and she is utterly amazing! It is so relaxing and such a great feeling having my fave cleaned and the face/head/ neck massage that also comes with it. Highly recommended!!!! Go see Kelly!

Dr. Stewart is the most caring, compassionate, and competent physician I have ever known. I am so thankful that I found her. She has improved the quality of my life beyond words. She is an absolutely awesome dermatologist, and a warm and caring physician. She is the absolute BEST! Love her!!

Dr. Stewart takes the time to listen to my concerns as a patient and responds with the best of care. I wish all of my specialists were as focused and in-depth with their care. I even got my husband to go see her, which I think was his first time to a dermatologist, and he was extremely pleased as well! The office staff is professional and courteous, and she is a knowledgeable and caring doctor.

Often, visits to the doctor as a first-time patient can be pretty uncomfortable... but not here! I felt so welcome & understood from the moment I walked in. Clean & modern office, friendly staff, patient nurses & exceptional treatment from the PA Katelyn. I’ve been struggling with an annoying skin condition and they fit me into the schedule the week I called. Highly recommend this office!

When I was trying to find a dermatologist for an acute medical (not beauty) issue, most in town told me I had to schedule at least 10 months in advance.Dr. Stewarts office understood that when you have medical needs, you need to be seen.In fact, I have had a wonderful experience at her office. Ive been in repeatedly, to treat a skin condition, as well as mole checks (and biopsies). She has treated my medical issues without trying to push (unwanted) beauty treatments on me. She even removed a cyst that had been giving me trouble for a decade, but which Id never before been able to get a doctor interested in. (Theyd just tell me to hot pack it, and tell me it was nothing to worry about -- ignoring that it made it impossible to sleep at night. Dr. Stewart listend to me, and removed it.)I totally trust Dr. Stewart. I wish I could find someone half as good to be my GP. She is the absolute best! She takes me seriously, as a patient, listens to what I have to say, and takes that into account when planning treatment.I cannot say enough good things about her!

Just initial call response is all I currently have. When they first recd referral to their office from my PCP overwhelmingly positive. However when I called back very hesitant about making an appt. for me. Seemed like they were trying to put me off or not schedule me at all for appt. Kept saying well what are you wanting to be seen for even though she stated she had copy of referral PCP sent to their office. Referral indicated exactly what I was being sent there for. Dont know how appt is going to go hopefully better than setting up appt.

I chose them from 10 dermatology offices and I am glad I did. Very friendly, helpful, and professional staff. The PA Kate is the best. She treated my skin issue right at the first time!

I decided that after years of going to a pediatric dermatologist that I needed a change. Dr.Stewart is very professional, answers all of my questions, and is very knowledgeable about different kinds of treatment. I was looking to treat adult acne without the use of birth control or another course of accutane. So far, Ive been highly impressed with the results and I cant wait to see even more improvement as I continue my visits with her.

The physician assistant has the best bedside manner. Everybody in the office was very nice and professional. They made the office visit so easy and all around the best care. Thank you very much.

This was my first time going to a dermatologist office and it was completely awful.

Amazing doctor. Im so happy I chose her as my doctor, travelled long distance from Boca Raton fl all the way to Jacksonville and it was the best decision. Unlike other doctors in the past, Dr Stewart took the time to diagnose, treat, listen and developed a specialized treatment plan that worked excellent for me. Im so thankful and blessed I went to see her.

Dr. Stewart is one of the finest in her field. I went to her after a terrible experience with another inept, seemingly unqualified dermatologist. After a rushed and strange exam he told me to come back in a year. I didnt feel right about anything this quack had to say, and, to make a long story short, sought out another dermatologist. Dr. Stewart listened, thoroughly examined my skin and treated me for many things that I had wrong, including isolated skin cancer. Thankfully I went to her and seeked out a real, qualified doctor. I had tears in my eyes as I thanked her for everything she did for me. Due to insurance reasons, I couldnt go to her for awhile and it was unsettling. I am able to go back now, and drive over an hour each way to get to her... and would only drive this long for HER. Dr. Stewart is worth it, and I feel safe again, knowing she is looking out for me. She is unparalleled in her field with her warm, thoughtful, thorough and professional care. Thanks for everything, Dr. Stewart...Holly, St. Augustine.

Exceptional. Dr. Stewart is board-certified in dermatology and has excellent credentials. She devotes time to each patient. She listens, and treats patients like thinking adults who are entitled to participate in their own health care. She has recently relocated her office to the LaVilla area between downtown and Riverside.

Dr. Stewart is simply the best. She has a calming presence about her and takes the time to develop a positive dialogue with her patients. Ive had the best experiences here, from check in to check out.

Dr. Stewart is kind, intelligent and diligent. I would recommend anybody to see her and trust with your health.

Rude front office staff, cuts you off in mid-sentence and disconnects the line. Will not recommend anyone to this office!
