I was very impressed by the reviews of this Drs office .They were prompt, got appointment almost immediately. Every one was very courthouses place was clean and all personal were very polite. I had results of my biopsy with in a week and given a report of results. I highly recommend them to anyone who may have skin issues. I went to this office because of the results of the reviews I had read and this was the main reason i went as the reviews were very true from what patients had said and i was very pleased with the results of the office. I would say they one of the best and I can speak from my personals experience on that.

The First Coast Mohs team members were very polite and efficient, from the moment I checked in through completion of the procedure. Dr. Warren was extremely nice and had a pleasant demeanor and “bedside” manner. His assistant and surgical tech were also efficient and pleasant.

This was the first time in years that I have been to the dermatologist because I have been putting it off because when I tried to get appointments with others it was at least a 4 week wait so when I called MOHS they were able to see me the same week! The staff was very friendly and welcoming and made me feel very comfortable! The doctor did a full body screen and asked me if I had questions and she said I could call if I thought of anything! Would define recommend!

Three months after my Mohs surgery on my left upper cheek near my tear duct, I was amazed at my recent appointment that no one could find the location of the previous Mohs procedure. They brought in a mirror so I could point our the location… it had healed so perfectly they really couldn’t find any scar. What a blessing.

I like the quick response and resolution treatment. Theres no hesitancy to the direction they want to take and they work as a team for great patient care.

Every aspect of my scheduled appointment was a pleasant experience. From the young lady checking me in, the short wait time, the total body exam, to checkout everything was fantastic. My previous dermatologist office was such a. machine like organization that you didnt get that personal interaction. They overbooked appointments so wait times could be up to an hour or more. I recently was diagnosed with skin cancer so I set up an appointment for surgery with Dr. Warren. Prior to my procedure I requested an additional skin check in case I needed more biopsies, I was scheduled the next day and Dr. Warrens PA and her team were amazing! She caught 5 more suspicious moles that the previous doctor did NOT... (I forgot her name, I was anxious) but with the thoroughness of care I received today Im confident I am in good hands and made the right choice for a provider as I deal with the big C. He was very kind, confident, and gentle. I could tell by the look of my stitched incision that I will have little, if any, scaring. In addition, the PA (I’ve forgotten his name) was also excellent. He finished up the final stitching and provided my husband and I with thorough and complete post-operative instructions. The whole experience at First Coast Mohs was top-tier. Have been seeing Dr. Warren and Lanai Cooksey for more than 15 years. Had 3 surgeries, one on the side of my nostril which definitely had me nervous before hand. Dr. Warren does remarkable work and the area on my nose is undetectable. The staff is extremely professional and Dr. Warren is awesome and shows his patients a high level of respect which is refreshing.

Dr. Warren and his staff are a breath of fresh air in character, professionalism, and genuine kindness. It tells one much to see the same staff over 15 years and hear them report that their working environment and Dr. Warren’s leadership is exemplary.

Grew up in the deep South, have fair skin. Same as my lovely wife. We see Dr. Warren and team every six months. Very efficient in the treatment areas, but also an extremely tight ship in the manner in which the business end works. Billing always correct, appointments accurate, reminders multiple and timely. Low turnover among personnel. I find all of that most welcome.

Terrible. They just want to milk your wallet. First visit, they just write a prescription and tell you to come back in a month. Your issue will only get worse, so that they can charge you again.Instead, do like I did. I strongly urge you, especially if you are in pain: get a second opinion from a Non-Mohs doctor. My issue was solved that very day (in 1 hour) by a new Non-Mohs doctor.Do not trust First Coast Mohs. I would still be in pain and waiting a month if I stayed. Dont send your loved ones, all they say is Soooooorrryy! And walk out the exam room on you. (and of course they will still charge you) Save your time and go anywhere else, Save your money, and save your health.

From the spacious waiting room to the prompt check in to the efficient exam and procedures, my first experience at FCM was excellent. My family was looking for a new skin care office and I think we have found it. Lanai, PA, and her assistants were courteous, proficient, and professional during my exam. I think we have found a new home.

I have been going to Dr. Warren since 2014. He came highly recommended by numerous people who have been his patients for years. We all live on Amelia Island and do not even think twice about the hour drive to get there! Would never trust my sun damaged skin to anyone else. His office is wonderful as is all his staff. Kind and caring but very professional as well!

When I arrived for my appointment I was immediately greeted by the receptionist at the front desk to get signed in. After a short wait time I was called back for my appointment with Dr. Warren.

Even without makeup you cannot see a scar. I have recommended them many times including my mother. They are the best.

I don’t usually write reviews, but felt it necessary to due to the fact that I’ve had great experiences so far at First Coast Mohs, unlike my bad experiences with Advanced Dermatology on multiple occasions. So far I’ve had a full body skin check, two excisions and stitches removed. Each time, I’ve been met by friendly staff, and great care. I’ve waiting longer than I’ve liked at times, but it is the holiday season, so is understandable. So far I haven’t had one bad experience.Just to compare, here are my not so great experiences with Advanced Derm:The dermatologist that did my first excision, his technique I’ve found was sloppy and not as thorough. I’ve been told by Dr Warren that the other derm may not have used dissolvable stitches due to the fact that my scar spread while healing. Also, they did not give me thorough wound care instructions and I did not receive any steri strips from them at any point of the healing of my scar to help the appearance of it. What is worse is that when I got my stitches removed, it was one of the most painful things I’ve experienced. Looking back on it now and talking with other people, I think my site was infected (possibly from not having the dissolvable stitches, and to my surprise, removing stitches doesn’t (or isn’t) suppose to hurt at all. Also, if my site was infected, the nurse who removed the stitches should have noticed, and taken care of it properly.Moral of the story is, First Coast has provided great experiences and I would recommend them to anyone here in the Jacksonville area!

First Coast Mohs is always professionally run. I have the ultimate confidence in Dr. Warren.

Made an appointment two weeks in advance and gave receptionist my new insurance info who confirmed that they accepted it and in-network. Today I get there and am told that I will be paying out-of-network. I explained that they already confirmed my insurance but was told sometimes the front desk makes a mistake. Needless to say, I left and will make an appointment with a doctor that accepts my insurance. What a waste of time!

The only sad part is the wait time. My appointment was 8am and I waited in room for one hour before Dr came in.

My experience over two visits has exceeded all expectations. The office is very organized and operates efficiently.
