Okay so I was a little skeptical about going here with the negative reviews I’ve seen but let me tell you! I am not receiving any payment for this review and this is my honest opinion. I went here today at 9:45 to have a tooth extracted. Mind you, I am 6 months pregnant. They were awesome! I was able to have an XRay done and my nurse suited me up with a lead vest to protect me and baby from radiation. Very important! Then I was informed I would be given a local anesthetic (a shot in the area of extraction) to numb the pain. My nurse was very informative about how they would normally give numbing cream before the shot and explained why they wouldn’t give it to me and how it could harm the baby. She was awesome. Then Dr Gaitros came in and administered the anesthetic and it was literally a small pinch in 2 different spots and done. He said “I’ll see you in about 10 minutes.” When he came back in they were suited up for the procedure. He put the clamp around the tooth he was going to remove and I said “I can feel that.” He smiled and said it would be fine and began to remove the tooth. I felt nothing, then I heard a tiny cracking sound and boom the tooth was out. It was the smoothest process I have ever had done in a dentist office. I was nervous because I’ve never had a tooth pulled. They were awesome, very comforting and extremely quick! I would recommend ANYONE to this dentist office for a tooth extraction! I absolutely loved this place. They are kind, sweet, and most definitely gentle. It took longer for me to fill out paper work, than it took for me to get 4 teeth pulled. I did the IV sedation. First time ever in my life. I was scared at first. But they took such good care of me. As a mother of 5. It was the best 20 minute nap of my life!!! The team is excellent and I highly recommend this office to anyone. I was able to wake up and walk out of there with no problems. 6/3/2020.

You cannot force sedation on anyone nor can you force the removal of ALL wisdom teeth. Happily canceled appointment and WILL NOT be returning.Thankfully my wisdom teeth were only a recommendation. I’ve had them in for 23 years now. No, need to fix something that isn’t broken.

Great with my boyfriend for his anxiety. The nurses seem to run the place but thats how it usually goes in a successful practice. Entire procedure was quick, the drugs they used for sedation were enough to knock him out without being too loopy after. Healing is going great with minimal swelling. 40 min to do 3 wisdom teeth. Go here if you want a quick experience with a professional.

If I could give Dr. Gaitros 25 stars I would. I had 3 teeth pulled last week (2 of which were broke off down to the gums). I was pretty nervous considering I have had a fear of dentists all my adult life. All 3 were removed while I was under sedation. I felt no pain or discomfort at all from anything, in fact I remember nothing at all until I was almost home with my friend and driver. It has been 5 days and you would never know I had teeth pulled. I have not had to take anything for pain (not even ibuprofen). The holes in my mouth are almost closed, I am eating pretty much everything I want, and have no stitches, and had no swelling.I have heart conditions and take blood thinners so there was additional worries for me. Dr. Gaitros stopped the bleeding quickly Im told so that was never an issue. I cannot say enough good things about my visit to this oral surgeon. He and his staff were compassionate and professional. I will recommend him to everyone and wont go anywhere else if I ever need more work done. Sending out a huge thank you to Dr. Gaitros and his staff.

Staff was extremely professional and polite. Dr. Gaitros personality was so humorous, genuine and welcoming. His assistant made me feel so comfortable and she was amazing. Dr. Gaitros took his time, walked me through each step and explained every feeling/pain I would experience. He also slowly injected the needle to num me which decreased the pain 99% while encouraging me to let him know if he needed to go faster or slower. My experience was definitely not what I was expecting, it was much more than that. Thank you Dr. Gaitros and team!

For the other reviews on here saying that all of the good reviews for this place were people being paid off... i can assure you that I havent been paid a dime. I dont work for this company nor am I a relative or friend of anyone employed here. That being said... i just wanted to take the time to leave my own review and say that although I was in excruciating pain once i started to come out of the anesthesia, I dont believe it had anything to do with the way my procedure was done. Dr.Gaitros was very easy to talk to for the small amount of time I was actually able to converse with him, and the other few staff members I interacted with were pleasant as well. My pain was most likely from my problem tooth that has been giving me pain and headaches for years. I had all 4 wisdom teeth taken out, one of which was impacted, and that tooth isnt even the one that hurt the most. You leave through the back when youre done. I would definitely reccomend this place to anyone needing wisdom teeth removal.

I’m a handful and VERY TERRIFIED OF THE DENTIST 🦷 & when I meant I didn’t wanna feel, see, or hear anything they fulfilled all that and some. They took very good care of me😍I recommend them for your dental surgery 😊😉

Cant give negative stars - they dont even deserve one. My husband has anxiety issues with dentists and we were referred to this office because they do sedation (we never got an explanation exactly what this entailed). It took over a month to get the appointment but we were satisfied with the wait because of the service offered. We called a week before the appointment to find out what our out of pocket expenses would be (our plan covers 70% but does not cover nitrous). We were given the approximate amount (our 30% plus an estimate for every 15 minutes of sedation) and reminded that he should not eat or drink anything after midnight the day before the procedure. We showed up for the appointment and he was relatively calm until he was called back. The nurse checked his vitals and said his BP was a little too high (duh, panic attack). He explained again that he didnt like dentists but would be fine once they got started. She kept talking and telling him to just calm down - which he couldnt do because she wouldnt let him relax. The doctor walked into the room and said hi as he went to the nurse to sign paperwork...then walked out. After about 10 minutes my husband stormed out of the office saying they refused to do the procedure because of his blood pressure. When I walked back to explain that he was having a panic attack, the nurse said that a panic attack had NOTHING to do with his blood pressure, but they couldnt start the IV until it dropped. They never explained WHAT kind of sedation he would be having (we assumed nitrous because it was being charged by time usage) nor did they explain that he needed to be calm prior to arriving. When I said we would be going somewhere else, the nurse said good luck finding someone that will do it with that blood pressure. Then they had the nerve to say we were going to be charged for the office visit because he saw the doctor. I dont care how awesome the doctor might be, this kind of treatment to patients is completely unacceptable.*UPDATE* FRAUD - filed to insurance as a comprehensive exam

I love them. Energy was very positive. The whole team was great. Dr. Ronald was amazing I love him lol I recommend anyone and everyone. Procedure was fast and painless. Go see him.

Positive and reassuring staff. Staff and Dr. Gaitros are some of the most friendly dental office affiliates that I have encountered. Definitely recommend, if you dont mind waiting a little while in the office as they tend to be busy from the experience that I have had.

I had all my wisdom teeth pulled out, super easy procedure and it was, felt, really fast. They made me feel really good about it all. I was very terrified, but they comfort me. I have been terrified about the procedure and I would get anxiety attacks when I would think about it or even the date getting closer would make me flip. Overall very pleased with it all. Definitely recommend this place.

He is a monster.I sat there in the chair awaiting having eight teeth pulled.Fear overcame me and I had a trickle of tear slide down my check.There were many times I have had teeth pulled so I knew what to expect,but nothing like this.He was very rough with the needle.I didnt say a word but,he knew what he was doing.He started going on about what a expert he was.Ive been doing this thrifty yearsno twenty nine!I could care less,all I knew is he was really hurting me.Someone came in the room and asked me if I wanted to do this another time.No ,I just wanted to get it over with.After he injected me several times,he left the room.What seemed like a inordinate amount of time.He came back in .Thats when it really started.I started whimpering, a tear ran down my cheek again.You sound like a puppy whimpering over there.I can tell you now if you get any louder,Im going to open the door and and kick you to the curb.Again, the pain was so excruciating.,but I had to soldier on.Finally, I yelled out stop,stop,stop!I could feel every bit of the pulling scraping and drilling.The assistant packed me with cotton and I ran out the room.No follow up with him.I was traumatized. Its been two days and I still am feeling every moment .The only follow up Im going to do with him, is with the Dental Board.

I drove an hour to meet Dr Gaitros to have some work done. This was for a consultation, I will say from the people that answer the phone to the Dr himself. They are wonderful, helpful, just an overwhelming feeling of comfort in a dentists office and very professional! As for no one answering phones, the entire time I was there the ladies upfront were busy answering phones nonstop and helping. A lil patience, leave them a message they will call you back.. If thats not goood enough go somewhere ELSE

Appt was at 845. Was seen for xrays at 930, finally got the surgery at 1040. They make you watch an informative video thats 7 minutes long. Once in surgery, if you choose for sedation, You will get an oxygen mask that just covers the nose, and an I. V. In your arm, That will run multiple medicines to block the pain in your mouth. After a few short breaths, I was off in LA- LA land. Woke up, didnt even know my surgery was over, and was escorted out by a nurse and went on my merry way. For an anxious person, I wasnt nearly as freaked out as I thought I would be.

I was seen on June 7th and it was absolutely the best visit I have ever experienced in all years of dental work. My nurse was full of compassion and details. Dr. Gastro was excellent and I was in and out and healed wonderfully. Thank you for all youre help

Honest to God, the best medical visit Ive ever had anywhere (and Ive had quite a few).I have a semi rare disorder most medical docs have never heard of. And most dont care to learn or pass me off as too hard.They mustve researched my disorder a little, and were very receptive to listen to me about what has and has not worked in the past. I was really pleased at how personable the staff was. They really work hard to make you feel comfortable (without going over the top and making you uncomfortable). It was a no b.s. consult that answered every question I had and more.First off, they sedated me for removal of 3 wisdom teeth. I am completely terrified of dentists, which is why I let 3 impacted wisdom teeth go more than ten years before getting them removed. So hearing this wonderful news almost made me cry. I had literally just left an oral surgeon who basically was like yeah we just give you ibuprofen and send you home. Ow. No thanks. I didnt have a lot of hope this was going to go well.Im a very slow healer, so the first one I had done years ago at another place took months to close up and fully heal. I was expecting a lot of pain and misery post op, no matter how good the doc was. But actually, the surgery seemed to take no time at all, despite lasting around 45 mins (or so Im told).I woke up in absolutely no pain. I spent the rest of the day in no pain. In fact, besides a few little moments of some mild soreness, Ive really not had any pain at all. One spot has healed MUCH faster than expected, and the other two seem to be coming along great as well. I think my girlfriend and I have recommended them to at least 2 other people in the past 2 weeks.If you need your wisdom teeth out and youre terrified of the dentist, this is definitely where you want to be

Ive been calling since 9am to see what time I have to be there tomorrow to have 2 teeth pulled and no one will answer the phone.

Terrible bedside manner, absolutely NO where-with-all when it comes to the security and reassurance of their customers/patients. Entire staff is dismissive and they unlawfully have no formal complaint system in place for issues like this APPALLING customer service. Rude outlook and a dont want to deal with it attitude. They have a looking out for our own vibe when discussing the wellbeing of the patient when an industry like this needs to thrive on positivity and healing. It seems to be just a job to these people. Not a place to recieve true help for the agonizing persons of extreme dental anguish. And I garrantee the positive reviews for this clinic are either payed for or put up by staff members and associates of said clinic. AVOID

The doctor was very rude . the lady that was telling me about the procedure was really nice and helped me get over being scared but when they put the IV in me and started to lean me back my heart started beating really fast and scared me so I told them and he told me to shut up . Only put one star because I had to in order to write a review
