Friendly and attentive staff, very clean, I went in the evening there was not a long wait time to be called after check in. My hygienist was pleasant however, I would have liked the teeth polishing to be a little bit better. The Dentist was Dr. K he was very clear explaining any concerns and possible treatments. He re-cemented my crown (the reason for my visit) the co- payment for that procedure wasn’t much. However the pricing for the “concerned areas” I wasn’t pleased with I have great insurance and still feel like it’s never enough! Anyway, they have all the newest equipment for painless X-Rays. 4 out of 5 is because I would have liked the out of pocket expenses to be a little less!

I Havn’t been to the dentist in 2-3 yrs. So I called Atlantic dentistry the front end staff is very professional and helpful. My first appt. I had a deep scaling done. The hygienist was great very personable and skilled. The Dr K, they call him was great too, very knowledgeable and confident. Oh and the place is very clean newish decor and everything seems high tech.

I had my wisdom teeth pulled and was treated very well. I was made sure that I was comfortable and I felt very in control of if I needed more pain meds and Nitrous gas. However, I was not pleased with how they billed and added on fees after I was already sitting in the chair hopped up on gas. I had been told in the beginning that after insurance, I would be paying around $600 for the procedure. I paid in advance for it on the morning of the appointment. I was placed in the chair and hooked up on nitrous gas and then accounting came in and told me that the doctor needed a CT scan in order to feel comfortable with the procedure and it would cost me another $550. At this point I had the gas in my face and no other option but to accept and sign the agreement. It was never mentioned before this day that it was needed and I did not budget for it. I’m a dad of 2 and bills are tight. I expect and hope that this practice will work with me on this and not force a payment for this scan since this was bad practice on their part. Other than that I loved this office and the people there. Doctors have great knowledge and treat people well on the health side. Just didn’t appreciate the staff not communicating until I’m in the chair breathing nitrous gas.

I felt comfortable the minute I walked in the office. Had spoken to girls at the front desk a few days prior to my first visit and Indira one of the Hygenists contacted me directly to talk and discuss pricing and my individual situation .Its never easy going to a new office , but she made me feel better about my whole situation just by taking the time to talk with me.I had my first cleaning with Indira today and she was so kind ..and such a comfort ..the Dr. filling in today was very nice ..as well as the girls at the desk were very kind ...All around very nice experience... Indiras personal approach in a very impersonal world...was very refreshing and very appreciated .Thank you for making a seemingly worrisome day .. not ☺️

I’ve had severe dental anxiety in the past and spent months trying to find a dentist I felt comfortable, but that is no longer the case since coming to Atlantic Dentistry. Everyone I have had the pleasure of speaking with here is very welcoming. From the minute you walk in and are greeted by the front desk to when you leave, the staff in truly incredible. The office is extraordinarily clean, and both Tiana and Dr Murphy have gone above & beyond in making my visits an enjoyable experience. 10/10 recommend!

My first experience at Atlantic Dentistry was great!! The office was clean and set up to protect the staff as well as the patients coming in for their appointments. I was registered quick and was called in fast. Sonya was fantastic, she explained everything we were doing and why.Dr. K was great as well, he thoroughly explained everything to me and answered any questions I had. I appreciated the professionalism and transparency with Dr. K he did not push procedures on me if he felt they could wait. I also liked how a staff member came to me before I left to explain the breakdown of what insurance would cover and what I would have to pay. Switched over to Atlantic Dentistry a few months ago after a bad experience with my dentist at the time. Indira and the staff at Atlantic were all super helpful and I was extremely pleased with the work they did. No pain whatsoever. I went in today for a whitening treatment and couldn’t be happier with the results. They went from yellow to an off the chart white. 5 stars! Big shoutout to Indira and her team.

I’m pretty sure that most people are like me and hate going to the dentist. Atlantic Dentistry did an incredible job of easing my anxiety from top to bottom starting with their friendly staff scheduling, the front desk, and the doctor himself. I especially want to give kudos to his amazing assistant Jennifer who had me giggling the whole time which made my time there a pleasant experience. I feel very confident referring friends and family to go there for dental care.

This place is a scam. I received a mailer with an $88 exam, X-rays, and cleaning. I called and was able to get myself scheduled the next day and my wife the following day, her day off work. I should have known something was strange, as I had called other dentist offices and they were scheduling months out. While there the hygienist did a gum exam that consisted of prodding my gums with a dental pick. The metal tool they use to clean your teeth. Afterwards she said I had plaque build up and would need a “deep”cleaning. I have had my teeth cleaned at my prior dentist in another state every 4 months. Although it had been 8 months since my last apt. I was fine with moving forward with this, but they said I would have to come back some other date to do the cleaning. Then she came back and said they could do half of the cleaning today. My schedule would not allow that, so I was going to schedule at a later date. At that point they requested I put 25% down for the “deep” cleaning, $320. They were wanting to charge over $1200 tô clean my teeth. I asked what a normal cleaning cost and they said $160, so I asked to have that done. They said they could only do the $1200 “deep”cleaning. Don’t waste your time with these clowns. I left, signed a release to have my X-rays sent to me and told them I would let others know how they do business. I paid $88 for the X-rays, that I have yet to receive from them.

My family and I love Atlantic Dentistry! Everyone is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. Appointments available at any time and someone always answers the phone, which Ive had issues with elsewhere. Highly recommend this practice!

I came to Atlantic Dentistry with emergency and they fit me in promptly. I am fearful of dentists, but Dr. Murphy listened to my concerns and understood my fear, and did all he could to make me comfortable. He asked if I wanted to know what he was doing along the way which help tremendously with my anxiety. I highly recommend them.

It was my first time at Atlantic Dentistry for #19 Molar Extraction and Cadaver Bone Graft. Called today, got an immediate appointment within an hour of calling. Upon reaching the dental clinic I was immediately attended, examined, explained about the recommended treatment plan and its total cost. Dr. K had flawlessly extracted the tooth and placed the Collagen Plug and Cadaver Bone Graft then closed it with a membrane and sutures. The whole procedure was completed in less than an hour WITH ABSOLUTELY NO PAIN OR DISCOMFORT WHATSOEVER. Now its about 7 hours after the procedure and I feel absolutely NO PAIN, SWELLING OR BLEEDING OF ANY KIND. Dr Ks staff Annie, in the front office and Jennifer who was helping Dr K with the procedure were equally great. I WHOLE HEARTEDLY RECOMMEND DR. K AND HIS CLINIC FOR ANY DENTAL WORK YOU MAY NEED WITHOUT ANY HESITATION WHATSOEVER. Once I got there and spoke with everyone there all my anxiety about my extraction and the pain associated with the procedure was gone. Dr K was highly experienced, very knowledgeable, confident, gentle and concerned about my pain level at every step of the way during the entire procedure. GOD BLESS HIM for helping his patients go back to feeling as normal as possible.

In the past Ive had several unpleasant experiences at the dentist. They tend to give me anxiety and make me highly uncomfortable; however, Atlantic Dentistry made me feel completely at ease. I made my original appointment for the new location on Old St. Augustine Rd after receiving a flyer in the mail. Turns out, this location had a delayed grand opening and would not be open for at least another month. However, I was never informed of this and did not know about the other location. I showed up early at the Old St. Augustine location only to realize it was not open. I called the number on the flier and was at that point told that my appointment was at the Atlantic and San Pablo location 45 minutes away. I asked if they could still see me for my cleaning and X-rays or if I needed to reschedule. They said they had time and to head over. So, I drove 45 minutes there and was checked in. The facilities are nice and clean and the front desk staff were nice. I was called back quickly, had my X-rays taken and my mouth photo-imaged. The technician was very nice and friendly. She made it a point to share what she learned from my file and talk about things we have in common. Then, the dentist came in and was clearly in a rush and not at all friendly. He quickly glanced at my xrays, took a look at my mouth, and asked if I had any questions or concerns. He mentioned I might want to consider a night retainer and walked out without saying anything personal or thank you. Next, a gum checker came in, introduced herself, and poked my gums for about 10 minutes. She gave me feedback and left. THEN, the original technician came in, said thank you for my visit, and asked when I would like to schedule my cleaning. The cleaning that was my original and main request for the appointment. I was shocked for a moment and asked her to repeat that. She said they never had a hygienist scheduled for that day and that I would need to reschedule for the next day or sometime next week.Never in my 33 years have I ever scheduled my x-rays for one day and a cleaning for another day nor have I ever heard of anyone else having to schedule both procedures for 2 separate days. This suggests a total lack of respect for my time and seems incredibly unprofessional on its own. Added to the original miscommunication about the location of the appointment, and Im not sure how this business retains patients. I refused to schedule a cleaning because I dont want to drive 45 minutes both ways two days in row to a business that does not respect my time and that I cant trust to be prepared for my appointment. They checked me out and l Ieft. Five to ten minutes later, I was on 295 when I received a text that if I was still in the area, they had a last minute cancellation and could do my cleaning after all. How convenient! For them, anyways... I kept driving and made an appointment with my previous dentist who may not be as personable either, but at least values my buisness and respects my time.I tried this business out because of the many 5 star reviews; Im left to believe that either those reviews are fake or their practices have changed in the past few months. Either way, be sure to confirm the correct location and that you will receive ALL of your serivices the same day.

First impression, this place is clean & nice staff. After speaking with the dentist I was quite impressed that he wasnt looking to do the most dental work just to rack up a bill like most dental offices. I ended up getting a tooth extraction on the same day & it was seriously the best experience ever. I am the type of person that needs to be highly sedated during major dental work. Being pregnant I couldnt go under for a tooth extraction. Dr. Kulynych made sure I was comfortable during the entire extraction and I didnt feel any pain. He even called me personally days after to be sure everything was going well .. I highly recommend this office. 👌

Thanks for responding in the most condescending way ever. Sorry I didn’t know which dentist I was seeing- goes to show it wasn’t a memorable experience. Last time I checked if a doctor has a family emergency for two weeks the business still continues. So unless you are actually suggesting I did something wrong by paying you to not receive my treatment plan then I am not sure why you would even tell me about his family emergency. Business goes on right? Did you all close? The simple courtesy of writing me an email would have been fine. Or a phone call. From whatever doctor or receptionist. This is Atlantic Dentistry right? You all work as a team? Thanks for the passive aggressive text about my 4 am phone call. It doesn’t matter when I leave a message- how unprofessional to try and undermine the fact that I did not receive my treatment plan? How am I suppose to know someone had a family emergency for two weeks. That’s a huge deal in my book I hope everyone is OK! You would think that a business like yours would inform their patients and not leave them waiting and wondering when they will receive an email. The response to my comment was so incredibly condescending - I am the one who wanted to pay you guys. Don’t take it out on me if I get upset about how I was treated. Unbelievable.

I went there because my daughter does. It was an emergency. Everyone is very friendly and professional. When I needed time to decide on a plan for my care they were very understanding.

Service was good a little slow but that’s because one dr was out and the other was doing everything still good experience. Explained everything well and gave multiple options that fit the budget.

They were hands down, awesome. From the front desk to the hygienist to the Dentist. My son had a very bad experience with a dentist a few years back and they were so patient, kind and never once seemed bothered by his 10 million questions. I even felt comfortable enough to leave him back there alone for a while. He can’t wait to go back for subsequent appointments, which is a HUGE accomplishment for him.

This place is truly amazing! Great people, educated people through out! I 100 percent cant stand going to the dentist, but everyone there made it easy to relax! They care and it shows! I could go on and on, but this sums it up in a nutshell!

Excellent customer service, professional staff, and Doctors Murphy and Kulynych spend time to explain dental procedures in a concise but comprehensive manner in laymans term. They are not pushy! I was so impressed on how fast I was able to get an appointment. They did a panoramic and bite wing x-rays without making me nauseated. Always a plus then the dentist came in gave me a through exam. They gave me an insurance break down of the work that I needed we very polite and made my next appointment even offered to put me on their waiting list if something opened up sooner.

The office staff are always the most friendly and kind employees I have dealt with in a long time. The office is so clean, newest technology, and comfortable. The staff will spend time to talk you through EVERYTHING, no matter how many questions, and never once do you feel like you are annoying them. They also are VERY clear on charges, estimates, etc. They are one of the very few offices opened on Friday and extended hours. This staff truly goes out of their way to ensure the patient is taken care of and 100% satisfied. Highly recommend!

I went in today for an X-ray and from the start, the staff was very friendly and helpful. Jessica calmed me down from my nerves and anxiety of being at the dentist, she walked my through and explained to me step by step on what was happening and was extremely knowledgeable at her job! Dr. Murphy came in and explained to me what he was seeing and set me up with a helpful and affordable treatment plan. They made me feel very comfortable and confident in their abilities.Everything went very smooth and the crown was perfect, you cant tell the difference between the crown and my real teeth. I have 2 more implants to go and Im glad I chose Dr Murphy.

I had a dental emergency and was able to get right in thankfully. I have dental anxiety and everyone was genuinely kind and super helpful.

First visit. My hygienist, Sonya, was thorough and explained everything she was doing and finding. Very professional. The office is modern, and not only clean, but COVID-clean! I felt comfortable they were doing everything possible to keep me and the staff safe.

Everyone at Atlantic Dentistry is just really great especially Lisa and of course Dr. Murphy.

I can’t say enough good things about my visit at Atlantic Dentistry. My dental hygienist Sonia was such a sweetheart and made the exams and cleaning go so smooth and painless. It was also a pleasure meeting Dr. Murphy who reviewed Sonia’s analysis of my teeth and gums. In the end I wound up only paying $88 for exams and an awesome teeth cleaning. I don’t see how they even made money on my visit. I actually felt bad leaving only paying that much. I highly recommend anyone looking for dentistry work go to Atlantic Dental.

We have always had a good experience at Atlantic Dentistry. The staff and Dr Murphy are friendly and professional. I like how they educate my kids about dental care instead of just saying they need to brush/floss better. They explain why being consistent with dental care is so important. Also, we have never had any billing problems. They always know exactly what’s covered and how much everything will cost.

By far The Best dental experience ever. From the initial phone call to the end of our visit. The front desk staff, dental hygienist, and Dr. Murphy were so pleasant friendly and professional. I knew what to expect and what my charge was going to be. No surprises. My mother has special needs and they all went above and beyond expectations. Very Compassionate. Thank You.

Its so nice to find a friendly, professional dental office close to home. This was my first visit. I was impressed by the welcome, friendliness and professionalism of the receptionist. I experienced a minimal wait and the technician and hygienist did their jobs quickly and competently. The meeting with Dr. Murphy was brief but pleasant (fortunately I had a good report). Altogether it was a pleasant first time experience and Im already scheduled for my 6 month return.

I have dealt with several dentistry offices all over the country and the staff here were by far the best. I want to be a dentist and through my cleaning, they told me exactly what they were doing at all times and answered any questions I had. Morgan was amazing and so sweet. Dr. Murphy was very direct and answered all my questions. I can’t wait to go back!

I appreciate all the measures they are taking to keep things clean and safe during Covid!
