Moved here less than a year ago and wanted to ensure my oral upkeep and I am glad I found this place. They are excellent here. From the time you walk in the door, you’re greeted and everyone is so pleasant. They take their time but they’re efficient. They explain everything and ask what you’d like to do. They’re upfront with costs, if any, and offer options if needed. Super consistent and flexible scheduling. They’re caring and it shows. I would recommend to anyone.

I have had many wonderful experiences here. Dr. Garske has been amazing and kind at helping get all the work done that I needed done. All the dental assistants and dental hygienists I have had have been wonderful. Jamie helped me today and was so kind! All the staff was super accommodating when I had to bring my baby with me today. I have refereed my husband here and also plan to send my daughter here.

After being asked several questions in the waiting area regarding my PHI (with other patients present) I thought I was going to have to write a report. I confronted the employee regarding the matter and was promptly taken to a private area where I was able to answer the remaining questions (although I had completed them online before my visit). HIPPA violations aside, my doctor and hygienist were very personable. My visit was painless, and quick.

If I could rate no stars I would. My children had an appointment in the morning. If you are not familiar as I was not they have 2 office across the street from each other. I received a phone call when I was literally around the corner like I told the lady who called me. Just for me to arrive at the wrong office. I was suppose to be across the street. The lady at the office I arrived at was very helpful as much as she could. The person she spoke to at the other office told her they could not see me since I was late. When I was there the whole time just at the wrong office, since making the appt it was not verified which location I should go to. I thought it was at the office where I made the appt. The lady since I did not get names that called me was rude and very unpleasant. I calmly said that is ok and decided to take my kids where I normally go where I know they would have a pleasant experience. (Great Expressions) if I was treated with no ethics I could only imagine what the experience could of been for my children which would of been an even bigger issue. I do not recommend.

The customer service here and at the North location was amazing! The staff is friendly and they get your insurance information before your visit to make sure you know whats covered. Im definitely going back!

Every dental office and visit should be like this. An A+ establishment, from beginning to finish. The Treatment Coordinator (Aileen) set the tone with superb intake. The X-ray technician continued with noticeable efficiency and warmth.I decided to try JR Dental upon recommendation. Also my former dentist passed but I wasn’t too keen on the dental assistant there anyways so I flew the coop.I get very nervous during dental exams due to my sensitive gums. Well this office has a Valerie. All I can say is while Valerie cleaned my teeth with the swiftness , stealth and gentleness of a ninja I could appreciate her asking me throughout if I was Okay. As I deeply inhaled the gas as she worked I kept thinking in my mind EVERY dental office needs a Valerie !

The insurance billing is flawed! Instead of verifying with insurance what they will pay and what the patient will be charged they estimate payment and leave you stuck with a high bill. That process needs to be fixed. I will definitely find a better provider. Also, the cleanings were rushed and mediocre.

Great customer service. Every staff member I have come in contact with has been pleasant. The office is often crowded but even then, they move fast. I highly recommend their services.

Revised to 4 stars because they remedied the problem. Original review: /They don’t stand behind their work. This practice put on a crown, for which I paid a significant amount of money. The crown later came off. They put it back on BUT CHARGED ME FOR THE OFFICE VISIT BECAUSE THE DENTIST WHO ORIGINALLY DID THE CROWN HAS LEFT THE PRACTICE. If the dentist who originally did the crown were still here, there would have been no charge. I should not be responsible for the comings and goings of their personnel. THE PRACTICE should stand behind the work done by the practice.

The best Dentist I have ever been too! If your teeth are sensitive during cleaning, they can use numbing gel and then there is no pain at all! This place is awesome!!

I recently received a flyer in mail that says we accepted ALL insurances,but thats not true or even close to the truth.They only accept ppo insurance.Which is a huge advertising misleader.And false advertising. Which is against the LAW.

I went today as an emergency with an abscess. I was on pain for three days without sleeping well. Dr Hanna was my doctor ,she was very professional and kind , her assistant Yda as well. I really recommend this office everyone is very nice. Thanks a lot guys.

My dentist is Dr. Hanna. She really shows personal concern and would not do anything or recommend anything that isn’t necessary. She definitely is looking out for me which is amazing. She has a wonderful bedside manner that can put even the most nervous patient at ease. I cannot recommend her highly enough.

I had a really bad toothache that came on really quick and they were able to see me the next day. The woman who took my call was really friendly and personable and when I got to the office everyone I encountered was friendly personable and professional (sorry I didnt get anyones name but I was in pain so my focus was elsewhere ). Dr. Hanna saw me and she took the time explain to me what was going on, what I need to do ASAP, and what I should probably do very soon. I have been to many dentist in my life. JR Dental is the best dentist office I have been to. You are greeted with a smile. You are called back at your scheduled appointment time. No long waiting. The assistants and dentists are very professional. The dentist was so thorough and explained everything to me after xrays were taken. So happy about this facility.

Very nice! I had gone to a different place originally, but had to switch due to terrible service and incredibly high prices. I called JR and they immediately took me in the next day. The customer service is excellent and they try to accommodate you as much as they can. The prices are also very affordable; even if you don’t have insurance it’s very likely you might be able to afford going here. Great care and service!

I was concerned about returning to any dental office during this pandemic but I had no choose because needed treatment. The staff helped alleviate my concerns. The facility is always clean and the staff is so warm, patient, and professional. Even though I was there a little longer than I expected, I will attribute it to the extra efforts in keeping the patients and themselves safe.

Hated them. Super rushed and didn’t really listen to me.Also didn’t run my insurance for my mouth guard which my insurance does cover and they said it didn’t then charged me out of pocket. Then wouldn’t give me any requested information to file a claim.

Too much of a hurry. This dental location sacrifices the way they treat their customers for speed and volume. Every cleaning I get here is more hurried and sloppy than the last. They cant maintain their own schedules, after 20years of being a customer here I had to leave after being overcharged and disrespected for the last time.

The whole staff is proficient and friendly. Theyll put you at ease. Their discount plan makes treatment more affordable, important for me. We Love JR Dental Care! Have been patients since 2004 ( My Family & I ). The Most Compassionate, Honest and Gentle Doctors!!Treats us like we are Family Dr. Rondon and Dr. Gonzalez are our favorites however, the Entire Staff goes above and beyond for theyre Patients. We were referred by my sister, since then we have been referring other Family members and anyone else. We moved to Georgia and the 3 hour drive is Worth continuing with Our Family Dentist.Thanks to JR Dental myself and our younger Son ( at the time)are Not to be afraid of going to the Dentist Anymore.

I am extremely dissatisfied with this place !!! For over two years nothing but issues with dental implants & the shoddy dentures...have had to return too many times to have adjustments being charged $250 .for such when its their product that falls apart under extra careful care and maintenance of denture. They have truly made me wish I had gone elsewhere !!!

I thought I would have a overall GREAT experience but I left in more pain than I came in with. The doctor thought I was prescription shopping for narcotics and I wasn’t. I was in real pain. She saw the x-rays of my tooth and told me it was a nerve that was making me so uncomfortable. I’m allergic to Ibuprofen and I take a large amount of Tylenol daily with my other meds. So she asked me if I could take hydrocodone and my response was yes ma’am. But then she still gave me Tylenol 3.... I explain to her once again that I cannot take any more Tylenol and they made me feel very disrespected like I just wanted narcotics and that wasn’t the case at all. I was embarrassed in front of the entire staff. I will NEVER EVER go back again and I will not recommend anyone else to as well. They talked about me and my. Character as a person that just needed help with a tooth. I will tell everyone about my experience at JR dental. I will go on YouTube, Facebook and my Twitter page as well.

I had a root canal today on one of my front teeth and I was so relaxed I fell asleep in the chair while Dr Gonzalez was working on my mouth. I had no pain and it was so nice to have a caring dentist!

100% recommend Dr. Gonzalez! I very much appreciate her taking a conservative approach, and not trying to oversell me treatments - on the contrary, she gave me options that considered my finances. She spent a good amount of time and effort to get the job done & done well. Shes assertive but gentle, and very detail oriented. Her assistants were very personable and attentive.

Referred there by the VA, but they didnt know why I was there! Also, the lobby was full so because of social distancing only allowed to sit in certain chairs, luckily they call one of the customers so I was able to get a seat if not I would have to go to my car!!

This is by far the best dentist office I’ve ever encountered. The front office staff is amazing! The back office staff is second to none. The dentist are great & make you feel at ease and comfortable. My nerves are super on edge when it comes to allthings dental & this was my first dental experience where I had any sense of ease. My husband needed a tooth pulled awhile ago but due to having cancer and immune issues he was having a difficult time getting anyone to help him. Dr Rondon at JR Dental/ Multi Specialty Center was able to see him right away and take care of his tooth and having an Oral Surgeon on staff was a plus! Dr Rondon and her staff and Team are amazing and very caring patient centered practice.

The doctors here are amazing! I had three cavities filled and I barely felt a thing. The rooms are all really clean and the tech is state of the art. I felt truly cared for by all staff here. I strongly recommend coming here for all your dental needs.

Not one ounce compassion with anyone there... they start a plan for you, try to shove as much as they can in one day.I will finish what’s started then my UNLIMITED insurance for myself, my son and husband will go to a place where we feel welcomed to be there. My husband walk out of this place 2days ago so upset with... everyone heard his opinion. I’m sure some Cracker Jack watching the reviews will respond in a way That will sound apologetic... I 100% Guarantee not one person will address me when I go for my last visit. (I have to go to get my bridge, I wish I could go elsewhere) hey good though... calling my insurance company tomorrow. And I can honestly say that most of them left me feeling discouraged and digected.But, I finally found some folks that really care about you and the service that they provide to their patients.If you are in need of excellence, affordability and overall satisfaction in Dental treatments... You need to go see the folks at JR Dental.JR Dental will treat you with the respect that you deserve.I mean lets face it.... Youre probably already going to have some teeth pulled. Great dental office with very friendly staff. Their extended hours are great for people who work during the day so they dont always have to leave work early for things like cleanings and other small jobs. Just a great friendly place to go for your dental work.

I would give zero stars if possible. When getting a filling she leaves pockets to collect plaque and bacteria. Terribly difficult to floss now. Will be looking into a different practice. Also, staff is VERY pushy.
