If you are a Veteran and referred here, dont bother. They not only up sell you on things that were not a problem, if you receive any items, they are of the lowest quality made. You leave in a worse condition. Their temporary crowns are made of some sort of paste that dissolves and dont last 2 days, let alone 3 weeks. And they charge VA extreme prices for below standards services and crowns. They display their dislike which is unprofessional to say the least when you dont want all the extras. Now I am being referred elsewhere to fix what Dr Johnson did. A pure waste of VAs money and 3 months of my time. Community care should not send veterans to them. They definitely deserve better care and treatment.

I’ve had a wonderful experience for both my first visit (with X-rays, exam, cleaning) and my follow up cleaning 6 mo later. Everyone is so great! Excellent service from beginning to end. I was nervous, having not gone to the dentist in a while, but they made it a comfortable and positive experience!

I am usually scared and nervous of the dentist, the thought of one in a new town was especially scary. I am very fortunate I found Jacksonville Complete Dentistry. The nurses were all very kind, I especially enjoyed Mrs. Kelly (the hygienist). She was talking me through everything, showing me new flossing tricks, and even checked my insurance to tell me everything she could offer me at the cheapest price. Amazing service, my teeth are 3x whiter. I have recommended this place to multiple people and I will definitely be back!

I’ve been with Jacksonville Complete Dentistry for almost 10 years. I absolutely love them! Dr. Rose and Dr. Barker are one of the best in town! You definitely feel like family when you walk in when Bonnie greets you no matter the time that has passed.

Dr. Rose was so nice as well as all of the other staff. My hygienist was really gentle and made me super comfortable. The other office staff were very pleasant and I am very happy complete dentistry is my new dentist.

Dr Barker fixed what another dentist had done. I really didnt know what to do but after meeting Dr Barker he put together a couple plans for me to choose from. He did exactly what he promised. It is hard to find a dentist who you trust and know he is there for you, Dr Barker is that dentist. Everyone in the office is professional and nice, also you dont have to wait before you are called back. I have been to many dentists I am thankful I ended up at Jacksonville Complete Dentistry with Dr Barker.

I had my first appointment here just a few days ago and it was one of the best dental experiences I’ve ever had. Everyone, and I mean everyone, was so nice, friendly, and professional. It was a very good mix of casual and calm but with an air of proficiency.The cleaning was very thorough but so gentle! It feels just as clean if not cleaner than other cleanings I’ve had that left my gums bleeding and sore. The dental assistant and the doctor were very attentive and listened to my concerns and wants for my teeth and discussed options without being pushy. Everything was explained very well and I felt very comfortable.It was a great experience from start to finish! I will definitely be returning for another cleaning in 6 months and recommending this office to anyone who needs a new dentist!

Kelly the dentist hygienist was amazing. She was extremely fast, personable, professional, and knowledgeable. Dr.Rose was also kind and very informative. My overall experience was great. My one suggestion is the $100 towards new patient services only works towards someone else you refer. It does nothing for you. Only your friend/spouse reaps the benefits. It should be both to encourage future clients while rewarding the ones you have.

I had a great experience! Everyone was very friendly. I had xrays done and cleaning. Farola really made sure my teeth were super clean and answered all my questions. Shes great!! They were well organized and I barely had to wait. Really glad I found this place.

This dental office truly cares about their patients and puts their patients first. You can feel it and see it yourself in the way they take the time to explain things to you as well as anything billing related. I really enjoyed having Kelly do my x rays and cleaning and Dr. Rose (I believe that was her name) took time with help me decide what I wanted to do about a certain filling I had. She made sure that I was informed to make a decision and did not skew me toward one or the other. The office was clean and comfortable. I am already recommending my family and friends to this office.

Without a doubt, a top drawer dental surgeon. I had really complex issues with my teeth that included both extractions as well as bone grafting. Dr Barker was brilliant, he put my mind at ease by explaining what the surgery was all about, the low risk associated with it. Great friendly staff, no wait time, and actually enjoyed sitting int “the chair”. My hygienist was Christine and she did an amazing job in terms of the cleaning and explained why my gums hurt and how to floss to decrease inflammation.I had staining from my invisalign and she completely removed that too. My teeth look and feel so good now!Also, she cleaned my invisalign trays while I was there as well.Her service was above and beyond, thank you so much, Christine!

She provides reports to me on any tooth or gum changes she observes.We discuss dental products and she is careful not to endorse any particular product, but has always been willing to share her knowledge about what to look for.My husband and I have been patients for many years and very comfortable with putting our dental care in the hands of Dr Barker and his staff.

The staff was EXTREMELY friendly, and the office and bathroom were very hygienic.Dr. Kostick was very gentle, soft-spoken, and knowledgeable.There was a moment when I got a bit more nervous than Dr. Kosnick had probably expected, but his kindness and patience settled me down.

When I went into the office I believe it was about 8 people waiting ahead of me and within 10 minutes everyone was called back for their appointments, Ive never seen a office move that fast. Staff is nice. Paid $400 to get a premolar removed Due to not having insurance I had to be seen as a cash patient. Numbing process wasnt to bad. Doctor was very informative and nice as well. I plan on continuing the repair to my mouth with these guys.

I’ve been coming to Jax Complete Dentistry for 10 years and have seen several hygienists. All were good, cleaned my teeth no complaints. The last 2 visits I’ve seen Chrissy and she has taken the time to educate me on how to properly brush my problem areas and give me tips for better gum health. I’ve never had anyone do this for me. My entire family—husband, wife and 3 boys—have been going to JCD for over 8 years. Our 3 year old has been for cleanings twice. At our visit last week, I didn’t even sit in the room with him. Thanks to Bonnie for getting all 3 boys in and out for their cleanings in under an hour and then my hubby and I enjoyed our double date cleaning on the following day. Our every 6 month visits have become somewhat of a family outing and we all have great dental health to prove it.

The staff is very friendly and my initial visit was the most thorough I have ever had. I didnt give 5 stars just because I am getting acquainted with them and have not yet had any dental issues.

We are a military family and have had to switch dental care every 3 yrs or so. JCD is great. I felt that I received a thorough examination of my mouth and the condition of my teeth. The entire staff was friendly and courteous. I felt very comfortable in their hands. I require some dental work and I met with a financial person who went over what was needed, what my insurance would pay and what my out of pocket would cost in the order of importance. So I left there with a plan of attack! I know others that go to JCD and are completely satisfied. I would highly recommend Jacksonville Complete Dentistry.
