My mom had so many great things to say about her experience at this dental office. First, The place was clean. The staff was friendly and professional. My mom wasn’t so comfortable being there with Covid still going on and her being part of the high risk group. They made it a top priority to make sure she was comfortable. We love this place and will continue to go there for all of our dental needs.

I went in for a crown. The dental assistant recommended a bridge and explained her recommendation. When the bridge came back, Dr. B could not get it to sit perfectly so he reordered. Today my new bridge was seated and feels great. He didn’t settle for “okay”; he wanted “perfect”! 😁

I love the care and attention Mechelle gives each time I come for my cleanings and periodntal cleanings. Shes very thorough and educates me on ways to improve my dental health. While I see Dr Clark and /or Dr Polite-Clark once a year, the dental hygienist is part of the work they all do.The only negative is that once a year, I have to remind and make the front staff to look at my history and record to see that my insurance pays 100% for all my cleaning. Each time they see my history of this and say they will add a note but every year with the same insurance, Im told I need to pay my deductible. While this is frustrating, I must add the staff is always professional and eager the fix the problem. So its never been more than a minor annoyance.Thanks everyone for all you do to help me have and keep my beautiful smile 😍.

The staff has always been GREAT at the Northside office and Im pleased to say it carries over to the Southside office as well. This was my first visit to the Southside office; due to a change in my work schedule, I made the switch, but I have been going to Dr. Lorraine for more than a decade. Dr. Lorraine is always personable and caring; I love her for that reason, and she will always be my Dentist. My experience at todays Dental was a wonderful experience. The staff is always so friendly and efficient and kind very accommodating. The building is somewhat difficult to find and my GPS wasn’t able to get me there so I had to drive around which can be very frustrating. However, Tiffany stayed on the line with me and gave turn by turn directions until I arrived. From the time I walked through the door until I walked out of the building the staff treated me as if my business actually mattered to them. TBH I hate that Im having to write this. I really liked my Dentist, but I have to just come out and say the way this office is ran, from a managerial stand point, is just plain poor. This business had owed me $ for over 2 months. I had to contact them numerous times to get any sort of detail on what was happening.Even worse Tiffany, a book keeper, has no communication skills whatsoever. Her lack of care shown through her lack of follow through says it all. When I finally recieved my refund for over pay, instead of saying Im sorry for the delay, she comes around the corner to tell me Now you can turn it up for 4th of July and turns around to go back to her seat. Really Tiffany? Thats what you have to say to me? Im sorry, but that is not how you talk to a customer. It was insulting to say the least. If I wasnt already disgruntled over the lack of communication and not paying me what was owed to me in a timely manner (Was told 30 day wait... I waited 65 days!!!!) now youre going to get sarcastic with me? I dont think so. You, Tiffany, are the reason I will never spend another penny with this Dentistry. Sad it takes one bad seed to ruin a good thing, for me....I have requested to speak with a manager several times, and not once has ANYONE reached out to me. I get a email, this morning from Tiffany, telling me there is no office manager. Oh... How conveniant. So... Here I am. And I plan to spread the word for others to take your money elsewhere. Apparantly once they have your $ they could care less about you. Just rediculous. All of this couldve been so different with some proper customer care...

I have had nothing but great experiences every appt dr. clark and his assistant are amazing they make sure im always comfortable before during and after... when a temp crown came off they immediately got me in no questions asked... tiffany is always on point and very kind as well... we laugh and he gets his job done quick and painless every time I love this place coming from some bad experiences to this one is like a breath of fresh air.... i have already referred numerous friends to them and will continue to do so....

Once again my crown has fallen off. Never in my life ( Im 70 ) have I had a crown break off. Yet, the. crown Dr. Clark put on has already failed 4 or 5 times ( Ive lost count ). When I tried suggesting a new crown, since this one is OBVIOUSLY defective, I was informed I would have to pay AGAIN for a replacement crown. To me, this seems wrong since its not my fault that his crown keeps detaching. This pandemic is stressful enough without having to REPEATEDLY deal with this situation

The staff and Dr Clark are the best! I was in today to get a temporary Crown and they could see how nervous I was. They were so patient and just kind. If you don’t want your data stolen and you social security number at risk of being compromised do not use this dentistry. I called this place because my last dental office up and closed down with no warning and I had tooth pain. I was told I could send my dental records (which contain personal medical information) to their GMAIL account... let me be very clear Gmail is NOT HIPPA compliant on its own. I sent an email to the primary dentist inquiring how he is protecting my data if I was to become a patient of this facility. No response... sent another.... no response.... sent one more and next thing I know I’m getting a phone call asking to reschedule the appointment I already had to a later date (when I have tooth pain) because the dental hygienist was not going to be there (don’t know why one needed to be there I’m going for pain not cleaning as I repeated many many times). I am not going to play this game where they want to cancel my appoint 2 days before hand after I had it worked out with work already and scheduled it 2 weeks in advance to give my work enough notice and then they just try and reschedule me. I don’t play that kinda garbage. Completely unprofessional and I question their security with your personal data. I highly highly recommend you find another place to do business.

I was very pleased with my experience at Today’s Dentistry. The front counter staff, Ivy the hygienist and Dr. Clark were all extremely professional and helpful. They discussed my treatment plan in great detail and I did not feel rushed or have a detailed bill thrust in my face as if that was the only thing that mattered. Yes, I know dental work must be paid for but I appreciated being spoken to in detail about the real reason that I came - to maintain my oral health. And, in the past I have had dentists whose first course of action is to refer you out to someone else which results in greater cost and more time scheduling multiple appointments. To top it off, my resulting bill did not cause me to have a mini stroke wondering how I would afford the care I need. I definitely recommend Today’s Dentistry!

Worst experience in my life, not just in dentistry.I will be brief and to the point. Dr and assistant are a perfect team for torture. I have never suffered so much in my life. I dont know what went wrong, maybe not enough anesthesia, maybe not waiting long enough for it to kick in, but regardless, I told them all along the process that it was painful, not just the pressure that they were mentioning.I recently received a reply to my comment, I dont know if it was an automated reply by a robot without feelings, or the actual doctor,anyway it was just a cold copy and paste response. if you want to reply to my comment properly, please address the issue, what went so wrong with that tooth extraction? thats the reply I want to read. I dont want to read that I am like part of your family, SHOW IT, and let me know WHAT, WENT SO WRONG with that tooth extraction.a cold reply with lack of empathy just further prooves my point that this is the worst place to be treated for dentistry.
